Came with family for a 40th birthday surprise meal. Great food. Great service. Lauren was our waitress and was amazing. Thankyou for a lovely evening.

Really great with kids, as they eat for £1. A good place for nice food that isn't too expensive

Shocking. New system is dreadful and soulless. Not customer friendly at all. If all M&S cafes go this way they will lose us as customers. System is also cashless and just like a McDonalds. Certainly won't go back to this one again.
