Ordered two portions of toast with butter and marmalade, together with two coffees. Toast and butter arrived promptly, but no marmalade. When I inquired as to the whereabouts of the marmalade ,I was told it would be served with the coffee. Eleven minutes later( I timed it) the drinks and marmalade arrived. By this time the toast was stone cold like a piece of cardboard. Here’s an idea for the management, serve the marmalade with the toast.
