Great value food and wine. Unlimited salad a plus. Service good. Can't go wrong with Harvester visit often due to great salad bar

Sat down for breakfast with a pre-booked table, waited 15 minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks. I politely asked one of the staff if we could have some drinks and I was told our waitress would be over. The waitress come over, and was the most rude person I’d ever spoken to, clearly unhappy that I’d asked if we could have drinks. Didn’t smile, didn’t look up and then slammed the knives and forks down on the table. Went to the next table and couldn’t have been nicer to them, smiling joking and laughing.

We were a table of 7 at 7.45pm on 29/08/24. 1. Round table very unsteady due to the table top rocking. 2. No rotisserie chicken available. 3. I had simply salmon, with mash with chives; salmon lovely but no chives in chive mash. 4. Had to wait around for salad bar to be topped up as most tubs were empty. 5. Mayo and other sauce bottle almost empty. Quite disappointed with this visit

We had a pleasant meal. We each had the ½ rotisserie chicken. The server was friendly. We all felt that a rice salad option to the salad bar would be good.

Absolutely first class. Don't be put off by this being part of a chain. The food, service, cleanliness all excellent. Me and my mate been going out for a full English together for years and this place is right up there with the best. Ollie served us on both occasions. Very polite, efficient young man. A credit to Harvester.

Never been before but I'd definitely come back. Good food at affordable prices with lots of variety. Be sure to take advantage of the free unlimited salad bar and unlimited refill drinks. The ultimate mixed grill is a beast so come hungry. FYI, everything on flat ground with disabled toilet and disabled parking spots.

Going down hill everytime we come here now. We used to love to come to the harvester but recently when we come, we are stood at the door waiting to be seated for too long, one time it was 10 minutes, it comes up on the screen I'm 10 minutes late however I'm stood there waiting, also at the end of the meal we are sat waiting for the bill and no member of staff come with the bill. Salad bar is always empty and today when we went we requested for the tubs to be filled up and my partner got tired of waiting and sat down didn't bother with the salad and when I got back he timed it and said I was waiting nearly 10 minutes. My partner used the pepper shaker to find there was barbecue sauce all over it ( he cleaned most pf it up before picture was taken). Then my partner ordered medium rare steak and it came nearly fully cooked there was no pink in there and he couldn't eat it said it was rock solid. I couldn't eat my chicken as it was pink in the middle. And then to add on top, manager sat outside feet up on the chair drinking alcohol. Not very professional in my eyes. Very sad as harvester used to be my favourite resteraunt.

Brogan was an amazing server! The food was stunning and not too expensive at all. 10/10! We will be back

We went for tea and it was relatively empty. Hence, prompt service. Once we received our bowls for the salad bar,it was only a short wait until our food arrived. The food was well presented, just the right amount. It was well cooked and tasty .

We’ve enjoyed lots of meals at the Harvester but today was poor. Waitress hadn’t put our order through so waited an age for food to come. When it did the veg was sloppy the halloumi hard and crusty and the jacket potato had been made a long time ago! To add insult to injury we were charged the best part of £10 for two drinks! Soft drinks at that! Refillable or not over £8 for two drinks!?! Their mistake our food order hadn’t been put through, their fault the food was shrivelled up and then changed nearly £10 for the experience!

Staff walking past us while we was waiting to be seated over an hours wait till we got food other people complaining to staff about the wait and the food. when we was about to leave the food arrived barely warm and most of it was left I know it's not expensive and you get what you pay for but I won't be wasting my time here again

Fantastic place to take the family for breakfast, the young lady was on her own this morning because of a sick call but she was great. There was 5 off us without a booking but it was early & quiet but it does get busy about 10.30 so be aware. Within a couple of minutes she had our order, her boss came in for support at this point. The actual restaurant is really nice & well designed, we have only been for breakfast at the moment. The food selection is really good with a bit of an American twist, when it arrived the kids had a big smile along with the big kids. The food is well presented & really good quality. I would recommend this place for a quiet sit off or take the family for a treat.

Jodi and Nathan provided excellent service, warm and friendly, personable approach. Advised to book as always busy (clearly busy for a reason!). Food delicious....and the salad bar is the best with a good choice of sauces. We will be back soon.

Cerys was lovely and her friendlessness was delightful. The food was delicious and would h if you recommend. The atmosphere was a bit loud on the ears but otherwise enjoyable.

After a tiring morning walking around IKEA my husband, daughter and I called in for lunch. We opted for the two courses for £12.99 which we really enjoyed and thought it excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and we shall definitely return when we are in the area

Had the slow cooked belly pork. So good as usual. Salad bar was low on several items. Was very busy though.

Passing the Warrington area we decided to stop for something to eat. The Harvester has a wide range of choices on the menu. Hubby chose the beef burger in a soft bun which was obviously freshly made and included chips in a basket. His comments were “very tasty. I ordered the “Simply chicken” which was a chicken breast with a baked potato, ratatouille with gravy on the side. Niamh, our server, was friendly and polite, taking note that I didn’t want gravy, The chicken was straight off the grill and moist. It was perfect for me. Ratatouille was very tasty. Ben who cleared away the crockery was extremely pleasant and when I asked how I could review the Harvester he immediately responded by bringing me the server’s card with the QR. Would not hesitate to go there again. The toilet facilities were spotless.

Had a lovely meal with my family, Stacey who was working made us all feel welcome and she couldn’t do enough for us throughout our dining experience. Will be back again soon.

Food was awful today!! Undercooked chips, over cooked steak, boiled chicken and waited over an hour for cold food.

The food was delicious, the staff were amazing especially one of the staff named Cerys, she was very lovely and helpful.

We were going to use the Groupon voucher 2 courses for 2 for a bargain £27 There were only 2 vegetarian options, my favourite battered halloumi wasn't available and I didn't like the other option.I got a refund for the Groupon voucher. We had to eat off the main menu.There was then only 1 Baked potato.We wont be going on a Sunday evening again

Meal was really good, I had a platter and shared it as I don't eat very much. They were more than happy for us to share. The food was very good, to be honest I was surprised. I recently been to a very expensive BBQ restaurant and had a platter for £33 each which was disappointing. The platter here was £26 and really tasty and great quality. The salad bar was good, but not much choice. Service was decent.

Food is average but considering the price that's to be expected. However, the table service was appalling. Food was left at the kitchen counter going cold until the waitress was asked about the delay, at which point she realised the meal had been ready for some time. Had to leave the table to find the waitress in order to pay the bill. One-time visit only, I'm afraid. Not recommended.

We went here for a family meal and unfortunately it wasn't good. My steak was chewy and practically raw. The onion rings , chips and vegetables were cold. I cleared the dishes from our starters and then also cleared the dishes for our main. The menus were dirty with food and grease stuck to them and the table was sticky. We didn't stay for dessert. I wouldn't go again and wouldn't reccomend.

The service was really good, but the quality of the food didn’t meet my expectations. The chicken on my chicken flat bread seemed to be processed, reformed chicken, as though it was pre-sliced and proceed reformed breast meat, which had an almost slimy texture. Not at all like I was expecting.

Went into Harvester after booking a couple of hours beforehand for Father’s Day! It was busy so kind of thought the meal might not be as good but ordered two steaks they were exactly cooked they way we ordered them perfect, the last two visit had only been average but today the food was 10/10 well done keep up the good work

Waited for 5 minutes to be seated, got ignored by 4 servers so left Edit after response from Harvester - I appreciate that not everyone is trained to ‘host the door’, however nobody needs training to say ‘we’ll be with you in a minute’, that’s just politeness. It was after 8pm on a Tuesday and wasn’t busy at all. So my review still stands, we got ignored by 4 servers and left after 5 minutes (which it was 5 minutes!)

It was ok, the food was ok for what we paid had the lunch deal. I got the burger, doubled up on it for two patties but the bun wasn't up the task so soon became difficult to eat. The waffle desert was ok the waffle was a bit hard so not sure of it was over done or had sat at the pass for too long, either way you couldn't grumble for the price of the deal. Restaurant was tidy and clean, and the staff where friendly and helpful

Service was terrible plates left all around our table .No checks on food run out of lots of items on menu . waiting time for food ages . When food came was burnt .Burger hard chips burnt ribs burnt .complained waited ages for Manager to come was offered voucher . politely declined. Price of food was good shame so busy food was burnt due to being unable to watch food and serve without being burnt .

My son and I visited the Harvester in Warrington and had a really great experience. Our server was Beth and she couldn't have been friendlier, more helpful and more pleasant.

Nice environment and varieties of food selection. I enjoyed the signature half rotisserie chicken and rice.

Brogan greeted us with a beeming smile as soon as we sat down, extremely helpful and friendly. Good food, good atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely meal Amber who served us was delightful. Lunch menu was great value and the kids menu the same. Bacon bits on the salad bar were for some reason everyone's must have.

Thankfully the salad bar was most empty and weren't replenished during our entire meal, I was beginning to think it was just my local Harvester that done this but apparently they're all sh1te. Staff walk past it repeatedly and NEVER check it. But it's the customers fault for not complaining. They promise the salad bowl so why isn't it checked?! Baffles me. Main meals are bang average. I think I'm done with this franchise. No bacon bits, no carrot, no beetroot, mostly empty sauces, bar there ones somebody has double dipped the same spoons into each other turning them in to something entirely different. Some of the furniture is in a poor condition and needs repair. High quality Pleather peeled off all over the place.

Brogan was amazing, super friendly and attentive the entire time, the food was delicious and the 40% off voucher a nice incentive to get out of the house!

We went on a Monday expecting the restaurant to be quiet, however they were running a 40% off mains promotion. We went early - first dinner setting at 5pm. They were unable to supply a large portion of the menu as they had already sold out at lunchtime. Poor planning. The salad bar didn't even have lettuce. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and it took ages to get our bill. We had to go and find someone eventually so that we could leave it's usually great but very sadly incredibly poor planning meant my Mum's birthday meal was not the best experience. Disappointing this time

Service was great but unfortunately my son ordered a burger and it was full of gristle he only a bite out of it but didn't want anything else as it put him off I complained to the waitress obviously not her fault and I asked about not paying for this meal but the manager only took off one soft drink so not very impressed by this so it will be a while before I go again

Arrived here today for breakfast were greeted on arrival and seated swiftly. Restaurant and toilets were all clean. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm, staff were bubbly, friendly attentive and polite. Food and drinks all come as ordered and was all hot, delicious and great value for money. We will definitely be returning thank you.

Just came here tonight 16/04/24 to treat my parents out for food to say thank you to them for everything they have done for me over the past few years (I booked it and it was my idea no hate to my parents please) and Ben, Cerys and Nathan were the best trio to help us out, Ben was an amazing host he was friendly and funny and very helpful too, Cerys was a great bar lady she brought our drinks fast and my salad bowl too. Nathan gets a 10/10 he was amazing the food came out very quickly and he served us with a smile, hes truly a great waiter as well, left comments with the manager amber as well. Thank you Ben, cerys and Nathan! Definitely reccomwnd it here for fast friendly service and amazing food too!
