Celebrated my sister’s birthday at Harvester and Dan was fantastic. Even brought out the cake. 10/10

Great meals for 3 of us. Food as always really good. Jennifer our waitress was excellent, friendly, helpful, attentive.

Kiera was amazing ! Really quick polite and smiley . You need more like her.

Jennifer was our server and she was fabulous warm, welcoming and engaging. She tried to take our order several times but we were gossiping she wasn't phased and gave us plenty of time. The rotisserie chicken is one of my favorite meals at harvester but I missed the lovely seasoned fries and the gravy wasn't as nice as normal, it didn't stop me eating though 🤣. Thank you Jennifer 🙏

Met for a breakfast chat early in the morning. Food was hot and delivered quickly. We stayed for a long time and were checked on a few times but pleasantly as they were cleaning plates or later taking away coffee cups.

Arrived late but Brogan accommodated us and was very helpful Thanks

Very good service, tasty food and very clean... a lady i think named cerys is always welcoming and smiling every visit ive been and a young lady with glasses was my server this time 25/11/24 again very welcoming, smart and polite nothing was too much of an ask for her. Very good team at warrington and management should be proud. Thanks again for a lovely visit see you soon :)

Keira served us and was very pleasant and attentive

Staff gave me and my wife the wrong ice cream twice and had a go at us because they didn’t listen to us properly. We when pointed out it’s supposed to have Oreo’s in it, and then they bring us completely different ice cream with no oreos in it.

Grace was very friendly and helpful. The team were very accommodating and found us a space to where we could sit next to our pram.

Ceris and brogan served us today. We are regulars as granddaughter loves the pancakes. We had 2 classic breakfast and came hot and tasty. Server's chatty and as always felt welcomed

been here a few times, basic food but always nice, i had the rack of ribs which were great,the staff were nice as well, deffo will be going back

A lovely pub. Food was fantastic and what I would expect from Harvester. My favourite dish was the honey corn bread! Wish I remembered to take photos of the food. Lots of new items added to the menu since we last visited a Harvester pud. Our server Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was very polite and bubbly and took great care of us. Excellent service. We were greeted by lovely staff at the Apollo Harvester, for a birthday brunch for my Mum turning 75! The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas which entertained our youngest guest, my Mums great grandson aged 2. We ordered either the ultimate or class breakfast and each were delicious and great value for money!

Great quality breakfast. Option to swap tomato for beans. Perfect sausages. Only thing disappointing was the wait for unlimited coffee. 15 minutes after initial order and my partner had to go up and ask for coffee.

Food mediocre which is a shame as Harvester used to be brilliant. What made it massively better was the service from Daniel /Danny. Such a lovely lad and I'm really sorry my drink exploded on you!

My wife and stopped at this restaurant for our evening meal whilst on a journey from the south. Our server was very friendly and helpful to my wife in connection with here specific dietry restrictions. If ever passing thatcway again we shall definitely seek this place out again.

We were greeted by Borgan who was a fantastic host and sat us at our table, a very enthusiastic person who then introduced us to our server, Daniel. Daniel was great and even gave us some lessons on ballet. A fantastic experience.

Daniel, our waiter wan so kind, professional and cheerful. Food is amazing, tasty and never give disappointment. I’m looking forward to come back to this Harvester next time.

Took my fiancée here as a birthday treat and couldn’t have been more pleased. The ambiance was superb as was the food but neither were a patch on the unbelievably brilliant service that we received. Nothing was too much and everything we needed was offered immediately. Price too was really good and overall I cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Disappointed with attitude of the manager . The food and slugs are not what it should be picture is the slug tracks all all around the carpet . THE TOILETS ARE TERRIBLE !

Daniel was so attentive for our visit to the Gemini Harvester. Very helpful and nothing any trouble.

Pointed out to one of the managers that the condiments were out off date, her reply was that it's all that we have, so it's that or nothing, i was not really expecting that reply. I would not trust this place with that attitude

Nice place, warm and welcoming after a day out. Food was great too. Portions brilliant for all. Only reduced a star due to the fact that the salad bar was smaller than usual and hadn't been refreshed. It definitely needed a little more attention. We were 4 adults with 4 kids. Atmosphere was great, plates were bigger than expected at first. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I visited for the first time and we were not disappointed. Our visit was a delight as we were seated quickly by the kind lady at the door! We were served by heather, an attentive young lady, who helped us through our queries about the salad bar and kept a smile on our faces throughout! The food could have been better, but for the price and atmosphere we’d definitely come back

Visited many times but the Visit was disappointing the place badly needs a refresh the food was excellent as always. The seating is tired and not very clean toilets have sticky floors both myself and partner found unflushed toilets. It was a new waitress who was very pleasant and did a good job had to ask for drinks normal we get asked if we need a drink. It's a shame that the place as been let to fall from it's usual hi standards the salad bar was not very exciting and very unappealing

Lovely lunch, food was great and we didn’t wait long even though the restaurant was busy! Gemma was an absolute star and looked after us well - her team all did her proud too and we were greeted really warmly by a very professional chap. Highly recommended - we will be back!

So sad I have to change my review to 2. Each visit just seems to take the experience down. Staff being unable to provide an extra cup with a pot of tea order when asked, but not having a problem to do so the other time - which shouldn't even be an issue at all. Pots of tea different size as well, first few times they brought larger pots enough to be shared between 4 people, now same price but enough for 2. Or lately cups brought in dirty and not properly washed. What a dissapointment that this place has gone downhill. Used to be favourite place for breakfast. JUST UPDATING ABOVE FOR CLARIFICATION THIS WAS NOT FOR UNLIMITED DRINKS.

I have taken 3 points off because the host was rude when I told her I didn’t want to sit by children.

Lovely experience from start to finish greeted at the door. Easy to order. Food arrived fast, hot and fresh. I think the lovely lady who looked after us was called Gemma, an absolute delight. Would recommend

We have eaten here before and could not fault the food however on this occasion we didn't get to eat. The attitude of the lady on the front desk was unbelievable. She seated a couple then proceeded to clear tables. Completely ignoring us, when she did come over she said "what can I do for you". I thought it obvious we wanted a table. When I said a table for 2 please she said "I didn't know if the people behind you were with you". The lady behind us rolled her eyes in disbelief. Eventually she said they only had 2 tables left which were booked and we would have to wait 20/30 minutes. On our way out I counted 5 tables empty, one of which was just for 2 people. I wish I had returned and challenged her but my protest is best served by not going back. Training. Works wonders and remembering the old saying "the customer is always right" - but not at Harvester, Warrington.

Lunch today served by Nathan. A young man who is excellent,quick and quietly does his job.friendly polite and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble.. Helpful around the app and resolved the .issue I had A credit to the company

Very poor, slow service. Had to ask multiple times for cutlery, sauce, and drinks all while our food was going cold. Breakfast was edible, but nothing special. Iced coffee was so weak it was barely flavoured. When I ordered another one, asked for an extra shot of coffee to get a bit of taste and was charged £2.49 for an espresso lol. Starbucks only charge 60p for an extra shot! Laughable. Had to ask 3 times for the bill. Whole experience was a joke. Avoid!

Would rate higher than 5 star if I could. The food was amazing. Everything from the Slad Bar to the Mains was superb. Food well presented and delicious. Arrived quickly even though the restaurant was busy. Service was brilliant. A very good experience all 'round. Good options at the Salad Bar. The Coronation Pasta and Potato Salad were particularly good. Food was the best I've ever had.

This Havester used to be the best one in the area.not anymore. Decided to take mum for lunch. Started with the salad bar Very disappointing not like it used to be. Mixed lettuce now No pineapple. The coleslaw was big pieces not Mixed very well.carrot tough to eat. Mum opted for chicken skewers 5 big chunks of chicken which was chewy and big peppers on which mum don't like but came already prep. I had the Ribeye it arrived It was ok but had better did not taste like ribeye for the price was disappointed opted for beef dripping gravy as I thought it came Inc. Did not read menu properly as I was charged £1.99 for it Which made it expensive meal.A certain steak restaurant all Included. For a Harvester used to be a reasonable price place to eat not anymore. The only good experience was Daniel our server he was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Just sorry for the poor review as it used to be out favourite Harvester won't be returning. Has gone expensive for what you get.

Used to be great quality , can be best described as greasy spoon. Whilst the staff was very understanding and apologetic, we will not be returning. It would appear the standard has dropped dramatically

Going down hill everytime we come here now. We used to love to come to the harvester but recently when we come, we are stood at the door waiting to be seated for too long, one time it was 10 minutes, it comes up on the screen I'm 10 minutes late however I'm stood there waiting, also at the end of the meal we are sat waiting for the bill and no member of staff come with the bill. Salad bar is always empty and today when we went we requested for the tubs to be filled up and my partner got tired of waiting and sat down didn't bother with the salad and when I got back he timed it and said I was waiting nearly 10 minutes. My partner used the pepper shaker to find there was barbecue sauce all over it ( he cleaned most pf it up before picture was taken). Then my partner ordered medium rare steak and it came nearly fully cooked there was no pink in there and he couldn't eat it said it was rock solid. I couldn't eat my chicken as it was pink in the middle. And then to add on top, manager sat outside feet up on the chair drinking alcohol. Not very professional in my eyes. Very sad as harvester used to be my favourite resteraunt.

Sat down for breakfast with a pre-booked table, waited 15 minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks. I politely asked one of the staff if we could have some drinks and I was told our waitress would be over. The waitress come over, and was the most rude person I’d ever spoken to, clearly unhappy that I’d asked if we could have drinks. Didn’t smile, didn’t look up and then slammed the knives and forks down on the table. Went to the next table and couldn’t have been nicer to them, smiling joking and laughing.

Great value food and wine. Unlimited salad a plus. Service good. Can't go wrong with Harvester visit often due to great salad bar

We were a table of 7 at 7.45pm on 29/08/24. 1. Round table very unsteady due to the table top rocking. 2. No rotisserie chicken available. 3. I had simply salmon, with mash with chives; salmon lovely but no chives in chive mash. 4. Had to wait around for salad bar to be topped up as most tubs were empty. 5. Mayo and other sauce bottle almost empty. Quite disappointed with this visit

We had a pleasant meal. We each had the ½ rotisserie chicken. The server was friendly. We all felt that a rice salad option to the salad bar would be good.

Absolutely first class. Don't be put off by this being part of a chain. The food, service, cleanliness all excellent. Me and my mate been going out for a full English together for years and this place is right up there with the best. Ollie served us on both occasions. Very polite, efficient young man. A credit to Harvester.

Never been before but I'd definitely come back. Good food at affordable prices with lots of variety. Be sure to take advantage of the free unlimited salad bar and unlimited refill drinks. The ultimate mixed grill is a beast so come hungry. FYI, everything on flat ground with disabled toilet and disabled parking spots.

We went for tea and it was relatively empty. Hence, prompt service. Once we received our bowls for the salad bar,it was only a short wait until our food arrived. The food was well presented, just the right amount. It was well cooked and tasty .

We’ve enjoyed lots of meals at the Harvester but today was poor. Waitress hadn’t put our order through so waited an age for food to come. When it did the veg was sloppy the halloumi hard and crusty and the jacket potato had been made a long time ago! To add insult to injury we were charged the best part of £10 for two drinks! Soft drinks at that! Refillable or not over £8 for two drinks!?! Their mistake our food order hadn’t been put through, their fault the food was shrivelled up and then changed nearly £10 for the experience!
