absolutely disgusting service, 2 hours and still no food, Apparently it has been sat going cold on the side for 110 minutes but that is my problem accordingly to the shop worker, not the fact they havent followed the delivery process, , if I cancel I'll pay full price. any issues are apparently the customers fault. take some responsibility Subway Westbrook and look after your customers! how dare you blame the customer for getting things wrong

My food was cold. I asked for it toasted but it was freezing when it got here. Driver was at the restaurant for over 15 mins before they left

Order missed my food entirely, it’s not difficult when you order two subs, just check there are two subs in the bag not one. This is the 2nd time this store has let me down with only sending part of my order and this incompetence will not be tolerated anymore and I simply won’t be ordering again from subway. When you cannot even get the very basics right how do you expect customers to come back, justeat offer a refund for missing items but that the least they can do that doesn’t feed me🥴

Came in Saturday 25th May 24 around 14:35 and ordered a 6 inch BMT on 9 Grain bread, it was thrown together, hard as a rock, sauce on one side on the sandwich so it was really dry and they didn't know what a tiny amount of red onion was. What happened to the slogan "have it your way" worst Subway ive been to in years, didnt even eat it all.

One of the drinks was missing and missing a garlic dip not first time things have been missing or wrong order sent.

delivery time kept getting pushed back, then when the food eventually arrived, both salads had barely anything in the boxes!! In fact, the order was sat on "being prepared" with the "driver ready to collect" for 45 mins!! Tried to call to find out what was happening, but no answer (my order has been lost completely on previous occasions). Furthermore, lots of items marked as unavailable.

Cleanliness toilets seating all good service was terrible a lady said I had pay extra to get rid of jalapeños of my nachos and get sweetcorn then the other subways let me? The amount of sauce terrible really like subway just a bit shocked by this food was good it was alright

Order at 12 took over 1 hr 40 mins to arrive as no courier driver, contacted shop directly who said to contact just eat. They told me the food had been prepared they were just waiting on the driver, needless to say food arrived stone cold. Not happy!!!

I never normally write bad reviews , but I have no choice but to say how disappointed in receiving my order so late in fact I was about to cancel it as it came one hour and 15 mins late. I would like some kind of refund as this is not acceptable to be honest. We have ordered from this restaurant on many occassions but this time of delivery was not good at all. I look forward to my enquiry.

Food wasn't cold was lovely but driver didn't turn up at subway so we had to go and collect because driver didn't show. And was inconvenient as made me late to work.

Tried to get a large hot chocolate at 6.10pm Sunday evening, sign on door says closes at 7pm. Coffee /chocolate machine already turned off so was told can't get a drink. Won't be going there again. If it closes at 7 the everything should be available until 7

Absolutely bang on. Only slight criticism is that they close too early. But other than that very high quality

Forgot my drink, and I have noticed everytime I asked for extra cheese on extras its never put on. Never like this when I go in but recently when I’ve ordered it’s seems things are missed

When i came in the early morning, i just want to ask whether is it open or not, A lady came out side and saying it was close very rudely which made me wierd a lot. This is the first time i experienced such a rudeness in subway.

New menu not good no ability to add after melted in oven just put into cardboard sleeve -not very good

Food was nice however I asked for jalapeños and there was none in my salad and we didn't receive the orange juice I ordered.

Sandwiches made fresh to order. Shame they do not do full sugar drinks on tap any more. Maybe they will put this right in future as they used to before the sugar tax.

Myself and husband called in for lunch, my husband ordered a ham salad and I ordered a salad with meatballs, but asked for the meatballs in a tub, because I didn't want them on top of my salad, the young lady, who served me put about a teaspoon of cheese on top of the 3 meatballs which only filled half of a small pot, with a lid, but overcharged us at the till, by an extra £1 of what we should have paid, she then charged an extra 30 pence, for extra cheese, which I never ordered, it came to over £10 which was a blatent rip off, we had no extras, no crisps and no drinks! When we called this to question, with a very loud manager she shouted "house rules!" Which astounded us! Needless to say we will not be returning and we are stunned by their lack of grace and integrity!

Lively and clean place. Staff friendly and food was great.

Staff are helpful n friendly even to the point of ensuring i spend my points carefully! Downside, one has to request the public toilet key to use it. Presume something has happened that the staff now hold the key to the toilet - and if they are serving food, surely if they are preparing/serving food, its not doable to hand the key over the counter?

Ordered a large meal for 1, footlong meatball with cheese. There is no option for toasting, and it came not toasted and cold. Meatball marinara is not enjoyable at all cold! At least the cookies where nice.

My order was missing the crisps from all three meal deals. I rang subway and spoke to assistant- she told me to come in to collect missing crisps! Informed her I was unable to come in and collect which is why I paid for delivery in the first place! Subway manager said there was nothing they could do and to contact just eat. Now waiting for a response from just eat.

I only popped in because I wanted lunch and Gregg's was far too busy. I hadn't had a Subway since before COVID I think, so this was the first time ordering in a while. The queue itself was minimal with only one family in front of me. However, I didn't understand why it took so long to make up and order! The way the staff were organised was simply not fit for purpose as only one person was making up the sandwiches. This is very frustrating when you're on the go, so if there is ever a queue of a few people in there, I wouldn't bother going! Value for money was absolutely shocking. I ordered a foot long tuna and cucumber baguette, which set me back £5.89, which is an absolute rip off. I appreciate that most people order sandwiches loaded with fillings, however Subway just proves to be daylight robbery for people, like myself, who don't like such things. Fortunately, this was a relatively clean Subway with tables clear from litter from previous diners, however I wasn't impressed that there was water spilt on the floor as this is an obvious H&S risk. Overall, the queueing time and the value for money offered at this place means that I will not be recommending it any time soon, nor will I be returning in a hurry. I would recommend Gregg's over this place, which doesn't try to rip people off.

Once again short order, this is the third time now and there is never any recourse. the order arrived early which would normally be a plus but as i am disabled and deaf two things matter. being able to hear the door and getting there before the driver loses patience two things i cannot control if delivery is early. it might as well be un announced. also the extras that were ordered on top of the footlong werent there eg doritos extra pepsi etc. I know this becomes a word on word, well i made it, delivered it etc. all i know is i am now remembering all previous shortages and thinking that i spend far too much to let this go anymore.

There is no tuna on my lettuce and onion sub and if there is its well hidden its just bread with a bit of salad and mayo won't be using just eat again 😠😠😠

My food didn’t arrive it went to the wrong address. So I rang Subway and their response was ‘The drivers are nothing to do with them!’ Even though I spent £25 on food at their shop which I never got, never again 👀

Do not order from here they get your subs wrong on delivery they won't sort it out my poor autistic son whis 13 only wanted a foitlong ham with cucumber and they put my salad on his so I now have a very upset child cause they won't do anything about it and just eat will get back to you in 4 days an absolute joke and the manager said his child is autistic so he should know what im going through and no money to buy another one

Was not ready by the started collection time! Once received, got home and whole order was wrong. Had to travel back and wait 15 minutes for it to be corrected even then still was not put together fully and looked messy! Never going back!

Blue plastic in one of the sandwiches. Received mayo instead of southwest on one sandwich. Sandwich not toasted as requested. No sauce on the potatoe chips - requested mayo. Wrong cookie delivered. Definitely not ordering from Westbrook ever again.

Poor customer service, staff very rude. Refused hot drinks because we arrived at 19.10 although the shop only closed at 20.00. Will not be going back to that shop.

Just really poor apothethic service. Visited at 6:30 pm on Friday evening (open till 8pm) and the server let a pair of customers pay, and once sitting down declared that they were “take out only” - place was empty, no signage or indication of this fact. We paid for our sandwiches and drinks, had quite a lot to carry (given now we can’t sit in to eat) - paid on card and once done that asked if I could have a bag - 10p charge - which I don’t mind, but tell me before we pay when you can see we have a handful of stuff. Just poor. British apathetic service at its worst

Placed a lunch time order and expected to have to wait a while for delivery. To my surprise, my sub had been made within 10 minutes of ordering and the driver was already there to collect it. The quality was perfect, the same as you would expect from going into the store. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you
