Recently moved to the area and had a few dominos til we get a new kitchen oven etc, these guys are coming with the 10/10 every time, respect.

Stockton Heath Domino's provides a fantastic service. I have enjoyed my pizzas from this Domino's over the years, always promptly delivered, really delicious, super efficient service and friendly and professional delivery drivers. An excellent well run and reliable business. I am very grateful to have this Domino's in my local area.

I order pizza and potatoes wedges and coke.driver came late with cold pizza and no coke. I call them back to tell them about the coke and they said that the driver is coming back with my Coke.never come back horrible experience to order Domino's from Stockton Heath.still pissed off 😡

The usual Dominos carbs. Staff are super friendly. Parking is easy . Top service

I always order same pizza from Winwick dominos. first time ordered stockton heath very bad taste never order in this branch.

Tried to order from 3 miles away and they said they couldn’t deliver that far, girl on phone should do a geography lesson

Ordered food which after over an hour has not turned up. Nobody is answering the phone, in fact I'm pretty sure someone is rejecting the call on the other end. Getting a refund out of them is going to be interesting...

My friend placed an order it all went through money got taken out of the bank and an hour passed so I phoned to get an ETA to be told no order was on record and told to ring a number to complain when asked to speak to a manager the same person came on the phone and said they were the manager he was reluctant to give me his name and I told them I wanted the order as I had 3 young children waiting to be fed to which I was told that was my problem wow professionalism at its finest dominos this won’t be the only platform I will complain on

Stood at the shop counter for 15 min, only to be told ‘sorry we’re closed’🤷‍♂️

Ordered using the app but am not allowed to have delivery from a restaurant that's closer. Took 20 minutes to deliver after the app said "out for delivery" and driver very rude on delivery. Driver would not come into apartment block to deliver "manager has told him he's not allowed" so I had to go outside to meet him. I had to take the boxes out of the delivery bag as the driver felt this beneath him and then the food was just warm. Overall if I could award 0 stars I would. 3rd time I've had disgusting service from this Domino's in particular, they need a lesson from Winwick Road as they're fantastic but it's a shame they're not allowed to deliver to a property that's under half a mile away 😡

Absolutely shocking. They didn’t know where our delivery was, received it cold and then the phone just rang out. Should have stayed with our usual Pizza Hut. If you want hot delicious pizza on time then it’s pizza hut every time. Closed the stockton Heath branch they are useless!!!!!! Kids hungry and cold pizza that needs to be reheated!!!

Advertised Bogof ! but when my son spent £12 for 2 pizzas.. he had nothing of it.. because the condition are you need to spend £19 !!.. THAT IS NOT BOGOF.. it is discount and should be advertised as such ! ==> Pizza express is much better !

I have been to other Domino's but find my local one very reliable, we order regularly couple of the special deal pizzas for £5.99 with extra 2 toppings of your choice - not every branch has got this deal but this one does. We only has 1 occasion when things didn't go right but it was quickly rectified by staff which is always friendly so can only recommend.

Freezing cold and very late pizza. Please sort out your delivery times or don’t accept orders so many orders - at your prices customers deserve warm food.

It's dominos, what more could you want. The pizzas great and the price isn't too bad if you collect

Last night we placed an order for two pizzas at 6:45. The app was updated to say the pizza was being quality checked at about 7:30. 45 minutes later it was still showing as quality checked, so I tried to ring twice, with no answer. At about 8:30 it changed to out for delivery. 30 mins later-at 9:00-and after trying to ring 3 more times with no answer, I was too hungry and went the chippy. Three hours after I placed the order-at 9:45-we received a phone call to say it will be with us soon. Obviously we told them we no longer wanted it. We did ge a refund, but the whole ordeal pretty much ruined the night, and I ended up going bed on a full stomach. The guy who rang said we can have a free gift next time we order from there. That ain't happening!

Quite possibly the worst customer experience. Ordered, app said the driver had left. 25 minutes later called up. Advised he had other deliveries on too. Arrives 10 minutes later. Start to eat. Freezing cold. Everything goes in the bin. Rang to complain. Manager asks me to return the pizza for a refund. AWFUL DO NOT USE

Ordered at 11.30am on a Sunday. Its now 1.05pm... Still no pizza tried calling no answer 😑

Really bad service. Ordered last week and the order was cold and they said they would Give me a medium and a drink next time. Rang up to get that today and the snotty woman of a manager said there was nothing on the system. Gave up in the end, that will be the end of my custom with you!

Good service and nice fresh food

Collected a pizza, was given the wrong one. Was told a new one would be sent out. Rang after an hour & was told it was on its way. 20mins later I rang to see where it was (I live under 10 mins away) was told it’s on the way and they’d call the driver to see where he was. Another 20 mins later I rang and was told “we don’t know what happened to your pizza” and was offered a refund which would take 4 to 7 working days. I’ve been Left hungry and now have no money to order alternative food.

Just order from the Stockton Heath branch and the food was under cooked. The chicken was watery and their was more cheese in the box than on the pizza. Called to send the food back and the customer service was shocking, No apology? No understand? just you can have a re-fund in 3 to 5 working day. The one star was just to write this post! Great service people, want be using again.

Ordered a pizza deal which came With 2 pizzas when they arrived at my house they had Obviously been dropped as all my pizza was stuck to the roof of the box and all Toppings had came off. When I phoned up the very nice lad on the phone asked his manger what to do, she replied with just offer them 2 free pizzas next time they order, I have just gone to try and take Advantage of that kind Gesture but the manger said no I am not giving you two free pizzas only one!! Which is not what I was told when they rang up to complain the manger who I spoke to was nasty and rude.

Whoever is on shift @ Dominos Stockton Heath tonight (in store & delivery driver) is doing a great job! Fully loaded pizzas delivered quick, fresh and nice & hot - Thank you!

Consistently good pizza every Friday night! Super fast delivery for such a busy evening. Try the Texas BBQ chicken...heavenly flavours. The only dough that does not feel "heavy" after devouring the whole pizza :D Thank you Domino's staff!!

Not a big pizza fan but our son and daughter in law and grandson go quite often and say the food is good

Ay can't usually go wrong with a good Domino's. Pizza is always nice, drivers are friendly and on time

Pizza was quite sloppy and the potato wedges were very undercooked. Still tasted good though.

It's exactly the same everywhere in the world. 3 stars as you'll never be surprised by what you get.

Never had any problems with dominos till recently, ordered food at around 9:15, came to about 10:30 and was told it was delivered on the app, rang them up to be told that the driver couldn’t find the address so my partner went out only for them to try and give him the wrong order, for then the driver to turn round and tell us he’s give our food away was told a refund would take 2 days so they said they’de send it out again only to take till 11:10

Good quality, very good deals when you choose more than one pizza.

Very disappointed with stocktons STORE . IN SHOP 40MINS TO BE TOLD THEY ARE COOKING THE MUSHROOMS SEPERATLY BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT ON PIZZA THAT WAS ALREADY BOXED UP. When I explained that I wanted the whole thing as ordered they weren't impressed. That was one of 4 pizza order so got money back for all and went elsewhere. THEY MANAGED TO GET ORDER CORRECT.

***ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH...DON’T USE*** We ordered via the app last night for a delivery to arrive at 7:45pm. I checked the app and it said that at 7:48pm my order had been delivered. I phoned up the Stockton Heath branch to tell them that I hadn’t had it delivered but the app said it had. I was told that the app updates about 10 mins before it arrives. I found this very strange as surely it shouldn’t update until you’ve actually received it. I was told that it was out for delivery and would be with me soon. It got to 8:10pm and it still hadn’t arrived so once again I had to phone up. I was told that the Manager would phone the delivery guy and find out where it was and the Manager would phone me back. Got to 8:25pm and still hadn’t received a phone call. It finally arrived at 8:32pm and surprise surprise it was stone cold. I phoned them back to complain and the phone just rang out. I tried again and when they finally answered the phone went dead so they obviously didn’t want to speak to me! I will certainly not be using this branch in the future. They need to make sure that they send their staff members to customer service school as it’s appalling and for a Manager not to phone back is disgusting.

Really sketchy...order update said it had been delivered to us for a good 10 mins when it was no where to be seen.The pizza looked like an oven pizza compared to the dominos I’ve had from elsewhere.The chicken wasn’t fresh either,no taste and definitely not very warm on arrival.Tried ringing multiple times to the store however no answer....From a reliable company this wasn’t worth the money at all.

I’m disgusted. I got a pizza, side and a drink delivered not even realising anything wrong with it when it arrived but then I saw that my drink was half-drank and the lid loose. It makes me sick that the driver has decided they want a drink then give it straight to me. Not impressed!

Driver very rude and crafty. TRIED TO SHORT CHANGE ME OVER £3! Then tried to make out he had no idea what he had done, and proceeded to ask me 'how much should it be' - as if he didn't know what the correct change was. Very rude, not one apology offered. Will not use again!

Very quick system that you can order what you want even while walking home so you can pick it up or have it delivered without even having to think about it

They were able to take an order from America and make sure my daughter at Kate Anthony hair salon on Gainesbourough road got her pizza for her birthday. Thank you so much for being able to surprise her for me. Thank you for being able to complete this for a Mum so far away. I hope you all have a great Christmas

Staff rude hung up phone when putting in original complaint app said out for delivery for 20 mins and when rang up to say I wasn’t very pleased staffed agreed online was wrong and then hung up very disappointed will be going else wear !

Ordered some pizza on Wednesday evening, after 1 hour they delivered my order to someone else. Previously, we ordered pizza for our luch break at work; they delivered so late that some of us did not have the time to have their lunch. Very poor service, they will not see me again.

Hit and miss, either acceptable for the price which is saying something. My other half has ordered from there with me countless times. Never been on time yet, never got exactly what we order yet. Last time I ate one slice and called back to complain, not interested at all. Staff are helpful, the ones doing the cooking .......meh I wouldn't trust to boil eggs.
