ODEON Luxe Warrington in Warrington

Took them like 45-60 mins to remove intruders from the room. Barely prevented a fight. Need to step up the game with security!!!

looks new and modern! however looks like there is no cleaning staff. the seats had some popcorn before we arrive. the screen and audio is nice.

This place never usually disappoints it’s always a great night out but last night I went to watch Paddington in Peru don’t get me wrong it was a great film but it’s just the experience that let it all down. Firstly the staff behind the counter left my popcorn on the counter for 3 minutes without shouting my number out so I had stale cold popcorn from the start to end (even the bottom of the popcorn was stale cold) then there was kids climbing all over the seats and screaming shouting Throughout the whole movie and the parents or carers were just sat there watching and barely got up to stop there kids running around I understand there little kids who like to explore but I don’t understand why they can do this throughout the duration of the movie. There was no staff around to prevent this. Please just allocate staff the movie seatings so in the future other peoples experiences aren’t ruined. This is the only time you guys have ever disappointed me but I will be back in the future hopefully without any of the previous points I have stated thank you for reading

Very comfortable seats. Lots of legroom. Handy little table to gold snacks too.

Luxury cinema and always our favourite to visit both with kids or for a date night. Highly recommend! Venue is always so so clean and worth every penny!

We took our grand children there. Nice and clean. Very comfortable recliner seats and felt very relaxed. We all had a good time. !

Love this cinema but the staff cannot make it any clearer they cannot be arsed with you. Rolling eyes and sloppy service at food counter.

Great cinema the lux seats make all the difference also signed up to their monthly pass well worth it. Food price are extortionate even with the discount with the pass.

Was tempted by the £5 all day every day offer but that was just to choose seats ! Then it was an extra £9.95 each ! What a rip off! False advertising!!!

A day out at the cinema now costs around 20 grand. The seats are nice though, it's just a shame that popcorn and a drink is so expensive.

I visited here very recently for the first time in many, many years and was impressed at how much it had changed and that the redesign had given it a fresh look and open feeling. The screens aren't massive but they're a decent size with great picture and amazing sound. It's my go to cinema now Runcorns Cineworld closed.

It was fantastic we booked the seats all we had to do is get are drinks and snacks there someone waiting to scan your code then tells you what cinema it is all we had to do then is find are reclining seats the staff are very helpful and it's so clean

Love the recliner seats and the swivel table.

I haven't been to this cinema for many years & boy has it changed since then. I was very impressed by the change. It has a larger, more open foyer. Sweets & treats are still on hooks at the till. The till area is large & now has a food section at one end & to the side where hot food is served. I saw 3 tables & chairs but am unsure if there is more than that. It has 4 screens where you order your food from then collect it from the till. Then go & prepare your drink at the drinks machine opposite the till. There are 10 screens with wheelchair seating & brilliant recliner seats & a little table for food & a cup holder. Seats are really comfy, plenty of leg room & wide enough for the larger lady (me) 😀 The staff are helpful and friendly. There are plenty of parking & disabled bays too. I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.

Can't beat the cinema experience. Very reasonably priced and friendly people staffing the place. Movie was better than I'd hoped for too... Alien Romulus. Better than the previous two cackfests.

We live around 40 mins away, but visit especially for the chairs. Cinema experience itself was great. The service at the till for food is particularly slow each time we visi.

I first went to Odeon Lux Warrington back in 2021 for a Marvel film, but after going today you can see how Grubby and dirty the place has become over time. It’s as if they’ve not given it a clean ever since my first visit. The floors dirty and sticky, the seats sometimes the same, the drink machines are never cleaned and the bins 🗑️ are all full! It’s just lots of little things, that let it down big time.

Really nice and comfortable cinema.The seats are great.Would have 5 stars if prices were a bit more reasonable. No wonder that every time i go the cinema is empty.

10 screens, plenty of parking, Costa inside too + bar. Clean and tidy. Staff attentive.

Staff are really friendly and helpful if you need them. Comfy recliners and good films, they play classics too. I have Limitless and roughly watch up to 4 films a week sometimes more. They're relaxed about you bringing your own food and drink. They do tango ice blast and have pick your own pop and fruity flavour too.

Decent price and venue £9.95 per ticket , I advice go Asda first for food and drink as the prices are expensive

As with all cinemas take your own drinks, popcorn and chocolate all over priced massively. Very comfortable reclining seats

This is our cinema of choice and we're never left disappointed. The iSense screens are fantastic and the recliner chairs are so comfortable. Once you experience the recliners, you'll never go back! Never any issues using my CEA card. Food and drink is expensive as expected, but ASDA is within walking distance. My only feedback would be to please install Radar keys on the disabled toilets. It appears many people use the closest loo available if they pop out during a movie, and the disabled toilets often end up more smelly and dirty than the regular toilets.

Holy guacamole, they keep running out. Inflated prices, it's like visiting one of those motorway service stations that are on a galaxy far far away. Seats are very comfortable with lots of space around you. However what l really didn't like was the sound being cranked up to 12. It was very uncomfortable and probably damaging. All 4 of us said the same thing. So loud it ruined the movie.

Alwats enjoy going here! They do the best nachos too

Great cinema in Warrington with extremely comfortable recliner seats. Very spacious and nice staff. The snacks are pretty good. Recommend the mozzarella sticks and nachos.

I took the kids here today as a treat. It's cost £25 for tickets alone, then an additional £21 for food (took snacks bought elsewhere too). Yes the seats are great but over £40 to sit down and watch a film for 1hr 30min is over the top. It would be great to see a movie madness offering families discounted prices at certain times of the day/week. I won't be coming back anytime, I'll stick to the cinema in Widnes I'm afraid. The food was poor for the price of it too, the staff were lovely in all fairness and made the experience pleasant and smooth

Watched the extended editions of the Lord of the rings here. Lo Ed every second of it. Seats are so comfortable, venue was clean and tidy and staff welcoming

This odeon is nice with great seats. However, in the isense room it isn't silent. Therefore a movie that is mostly silent like quite place is ruined. It cost more and it doesn't provide with the experience wanted

Unfortunately there were only front row seats left and it's not a great experience to watch amazing movie from front row 😕. There should be a minimum distance for audience to enjoy the movie when they are paying the same money as the rest.

PATHETIC customer service set up!!! Trying to.buy 3d glasses was a chore for the staff and I pre ordered drinks of which I had to wait to be given two empty cups when staff were stood chatting in a store room by the till one looked lile a manager. I will go somewhere else next time. Sort your staff and purchasing system it doesnt work for a customer, may work to make things easy for your staff!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. All seats are electric recliners with a swivel table. Plenty of space in between the seats, no-one will ever block your view of the screen or squish your knees walking past. Ladies toilets could do with some improvement.

Definitely not luxury. The cash value of the tickets were around £18ish, the standard of our seats were not great! We complained and they refused any compensation which is ridiculous as we spent lots on treats in there too!

I visited Odeon Luxe Warrington regularly, I love those huge reclining seats, they are so comfortable. The Silver Screen Tuesday is brilliant for us pensioners on Tuesday afternoon with a great cup if tea to go with it. The only down sides are take a blanket as if the cinema doesn't have many in, it can be a bit cold as I think they rely on body heat for warmth and the price if food and drink is absolutely extortionate. U cant afford t I pay those prices.

Nice screens with comfy recliner seats. Only complaint is that there are no women’s toilets in the screen side of the building. There were men’s toilets and “out of order” disabled toilets just outside the screens. Had to walk all the way out to the main entrance toilets during the film just to use the bathroom.

People are always nice but today they went out of there way and me and my mum are very grateful. My mum has mobility issues and I am currently on crutches, the staff kindly helps us carry food and drink to our seats as well as holding doors open for us. Even helping us get our drinks. Ir was very much appricated. Made a bad day so much better.

Well located and clean cinema. Friendly staff. If you're disabled, good luck getting a disabled space as plenty of people who can't be bothered walking from rear car park use them. (I am aware of "invisible" disabilities and also aware of lazy people who have guilty looks on their face if you see them park in the spaces)

Love it - especially that all seats are good seats as they can be adjusted to your preference. Also the amount of seats in each screening room is small and that is good for my anxiety.

Good & clean place....well staffed ....an enjoyable experience

Comfortable cinema, but service is always a little slow and haphazard. For example, they put my nacho cheese out and let it sit while cooking other things on our order. I also hate the new cardboard nacho trays with the cheese. While I am 100% behind the reduction in single use plastic, I'm hoping these will soon be replaced with a better alternative in the same way paper straws have improved.

Odeon is a great place, clean with fantastic reclining seats, just expensive at nearly £18 per seat.

Staff is always happy to help. Rooms are always clean and the food is fresh. Definitely recommend!

We went to see Bob Marley film 14th Feb approx 1pm , amazing film... the lady serving 🍿 was so friendly ..

Comfortable, reclining armchairs with small tables and, above all, wide ones, you don't have to squeeze like in some Odeon cinemas. Parking available inside, you can buy beer, popcorn and drinks.

5 starts for the great in the cinema experience. One of the team could’ve made it much easier by communicating how to order drinks and snacks. We stood at the till and were completely ignored. Would go back for the comfy seats, customer service needs improving though.

Looks stylish and very clean. Friendly staff. Internal signage very clear. Lots of car parking. Disabled friendly.

This cinema is quite a distance from where we live but it's so accessible, as it's just down the motorway one junction and into a free car park, unlike our city Odean which is a pain to get to. As it is a Luxe version with full recliners, it's so comfortable and relaxing. Although we have 3 or 4 cinemas closer to our home, we've been to Warrington twice in the last month and it has easy access and was not too full. In fact, my two kids and I were the only ones watching the movie on our last visit. Forget Liverpool cinemas, its Warrington from now on for me.
