Starbucks in Warrington

Delivery and drinks was amazing. The only issue is that I’ve been charged for delivery when it said free delivery for orders over £7

Delivery was excellent and drinks but the only issue was that it said free delivery for orders over £7 for a limited time only but I got charged for delivery.

Only got to drink a quarter of each of the 2 drinks because they were damaged/spilt on the journey to my address and my gold chocolate coin I ordered wasn’t even in the bag

We only had a cappuccino which was very nice in pleasant surroundings served by very pleasant staff can't comment on food as did not eat anything large cappuccino was £4.10.

If you're passing by and happen to get served by Jess, she's actually perfected the flat white, it's the best you'll ever have trust me.

No butter or a knife yet again - this outlet cant get it right

They’re was no knife to put the butter on but that didn’t matter because there was no butter. This is the second time this has happened at this branch- disappointing really

A nice coffee ☕ (Christmas 🎁⛄ themed eggnog latte) 😁 Staff were friendly and the service was as you'd expect - efficient and quick. The Christmas 🎄🎁 decorations put a smile on my face 😊 The shared dining areas let the place down, it was a bit chilly - many of us had to sit in our coats.

Paid £5.20 for a Strawberry &Cream Frappuccino and it’s the worst one I have ever tasted there must be a strawberry shortage , never tasted it until I got back in my car or I would have taken it back . Daylight robbery , I expect better with the prices you charge

Had to wait 4 minutes for a filter coffee which was fine but ordered a second and had to wait again. Food offering was ok but not the best for healthy options. Initially looked at the overpriced bacon roll and opted for the overnight oats - which were nice but again overpriced. Good location for a meeting and relatively quiet at 730am

Inside Burtonwood Service. Alpha coaches changeover. Very crowded. Few staff. Long queues. Best avaod this time. 9am to 10am sunday.

It's a Starbucks self service machine, not a Starbucks café. Coffee was warm, not hot. Expensive for self service, but it's also at a motorway service.

Over priced and underwhelming flavours. Not a very welcoming place. No smiles or pleasant conversations. Not a place I wish to visit again

Oh my lord the slowest staff I've ever seen in a Starbucks.

One member of staff on duty as i arrived (Wendi) and even though there was a queue of 7 or 8 people, she was still going at a snail's pace , preferring to chat to her friend who was sprawled all over the end of the counter. Very rude, very dismissive and offhand. She's not a good advert for the brand.

The usual, decent coffee at a fairly high price. As expected.

Bigger lady was very rude when I told her that my order was wrong, proceeded to very sarcastically tell me that a white chocolate frap "doesn't have coffee in", to which i responded "i know, that's why i ordered a white chocolate MOCHA frap" and she literally did the biggest huff ever. The cashier then stepped in and said that I did order the mocha, she just inputted it wrong. The rude lady then directed her anger onto the cashier. It is an honest mistake, its not that big of a deal to just remake the drink, i'm sure you'd enjoy drinking the left over one anyway :))) The cashier was very apologetic and smiley towards me, clearly she deals with the other ladies attitude often. As we left, the rude lady just stared at us like some rabid animal or something. 3 stars purely for the honestly and integrity of the cashier, I really do feel bad for her that she has to work alongside the other person.

The employees were super understanding when I didn't understand certain parts of ordering from the menu.

Everything OK but the hot drinks could have been hotter. Like warm by the time we sat down to drink them

A lifesaver..... Had tried Costa on M6 northbound 20 mins earlier and the only one I could get was from a machine in W H Smith. So bad, just hot milk, virtually no coffee. Left it and walked out. So Starbucks was a great find at this service area. Not stopped there before. Will be on my radar now.

Always stop here for a good Egg Nog

On our way back from Liverpool to Kent we called in for a cup of coffee. There was plenty of socially-distanced seating available, both inside and outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was quick and efficient. The coffee was up to the usual good Starbucks standard. Covid regulations were being observed; hand sanitiser was available and masks were being worn.

Staff are great, try to enter whenever near.

I'm disabled and was waiting for your members of staff to serve the Lady infront of me. I struggled to stand for long periods.

Very expensive with dirty floors and tables. Should be closed and turned over to Macdonald's. The coffee tasted funny as well

This was again a holiday coach stop pleasant grounds for welcome stretch of legs.A welcome coffee as usual.

Stopped here for ham and cheese toasties and a caramel latte. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely visit again, pleasant staff, thankyou 😊

The two girls serving were very slow and mixed up the orders..

The woman who served me looked half asleep and she was grumpy and snotty when serving me. Customer service was terrible, not a good start to the day especially when im on my way to work. Her face and attitude has put me in a right mood!!! She needs replacing

Ignored by women server so we walked out they guy on shift was doing all the work

Shocking, the staff were more interested in clowning around than actually serving customers. I asked for a simple Americano/black coffee. She came with a lattee. Then tried to insist I said I wanted milk in it. I will be avoiding it like the plague from now on. Not impressed at all🤬😡

Went to collect my other half who had broken down on the M62 and was towed to Burtonwood Services and while we waited for the AA to arrive I Went into Starbucks for 2 x coffees and it was really quiet with nobody around the 2 x guys working were very chatty and asked me if I was going somewhere nice. I explained about the AA issue and they were SOOOO nice they took my car reg ad my boy friends reg so we wouldn't get towed away and they were very helpful. I'm normally a Costa fan but the Latte I had was yummy and the guys couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommended *****

Quiet and always a great drink sadly the services does have a smell of toilets in the air but the Starbucks staff are always nice and as I say make a nice drink.

Stopped off at the Burtonwood Services on the M62 to use the facilities and popped into Starbucks for breakfast. Nice and quiet as it was only 08:30 on a Sunday morning. Gluten Free Panini (Chicken & Pesto) with Crème Brule Xmas Latte for just over £9. Nice enough but over priced for what it was. Whilst the cafe was good, with helpful friendly staff, the state of the toilets was pretty disgusting - hadn't been cleaned or maintained for a while by the look of it - a real shame.

Spacious with very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Well-stocked and open 24 hours, with outdoor seating area for balmy summer days (or nights). A popular pit stop for breakfast generally not crowded unless one of the coach companies which use the services as a rest stop disgorge their passengers here – on a recent visit no fewer than 9 coaches were observed at the coach stand which led to a sudden influx of potential customers. Particularly quiet in the evenings, thus frequented by members of Cheshire Constabulary when not patrolling the adjacent M62!!

Arranged a business meeting at Starbucks Great Sankey (Burtonwood service station) for 1100 hours arrived a couple of minutes early and may have overstayed by a couple of minutes as you are allowed free parking for 2 hours Enjoyed the coffee (Latte) and it is a long time since I have been to a starbucks service was very quick and the staff were very friendly It's an ideal place to have a quick meeting

This is a typical Starbucks just off M62. Eating area is nice. Staff are friendly and the coffee are good. Worth a visit

Visit this Starbucks quite often for take-away drinks- always very busy but never wait long; a good selection of flavours available only criticism would be that they seem to run out of the take away cup 'stoppers'..
