Excellent service by Letti considering that she and another lady were rushed off their feet during a busy period. The Manager and Team leader did turn up after the busy period, just a suggestion but couldn't a member of staff start earlier to help out with the lunchtime rush. As some customers were sighing whilst waiting to make their order.

Busy on a Friday night you need to book. Plenty of tables outside we just need the sun.. excellent staff Adam/Kirstie/Tom/Lettie/Tyler/Mike and everyone else.

Excellent & fast service today. Woman was lovely in helping us decide what to eat. Great place for family and friends to sit and eat together. Definitely recommend!

Went for Christmas Day dinner group of 14. All I can say is amazing .we need space for a wheelchair not a problem ,food amazing we go out every Christmas best food we have had ,staff fantastic nothing to much trouble . As a big group it can be people waiting but this didn’t happen service was great. We will be returning again and would highly recommend.

We go to The Plough evey last Friday before Christmas. Four adults and two kids for £62 (with Bluelight card) Then two for one on the cocktails 🍸Hour delay on thd food bugbthag is to be expected, this time of year. Cocktails helped. Food was hotcand fresh.

We came for the festive menu. The starter was ok, the roast turkey dinner was really disappointing. Most of the food was overcooked, the turkey was very strange tasting and there was no cranberry sauce. They didn't have the dessert we had pre-ordered and there was only 3 options to start with. It was all a bit of a shambles. Won't be visiting again.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was mediocre steak quite tough and bland. Nothing to write home about.

Went for Sunday lunch. Yorkshire pud was like rubber. Roasties like bullets and veg overcooked. Worst Sunday roast I've had.

We went to the Elvis tribute show combined with two course meal, 13 of us all our food was delivered on time and was delicious, the tribute was very entertaining and Adam and is staff were very friendly and welcoming, I would recommend the plough.

Had a spiffing time, staff were fantastic and food was lovely. Stayed for the quiz and really enjoyed myself. Would definitely recommend going.

We come regularly for the pub quiz nights. We have a great time every time! Great food, great service, good fun 🤩

Over the last couple of months something has changed with the food quality. The meats are overcooked and dry no flavour or juices . There has been a few times I’ve asked for ask for no mayonnaise and it comes with it on (double asked the bar staff to make sure) but the kitchen must be on another planet . Quality has to be top and it’s far from it at moment.

Great food, fresh and delicious, and really good prices. Very friendly staff. Definitely coming back for some dinner

We visited The Plough again after an absence of a few months and was really impressed with the atmosphere and feel of the pub. The food was outstanding and the service exceptional.

Come here every week to watch the football or do the quiz and have a meal with my dad. Food is consistently lovely, and the staff are down to earth, friendly and welcoming. Would not consider changing our weekly meal out for anywhere else!

We love visiting the plough. The food is always spot on, quickly served and it’s great value for money. We visit around 2-3 times a month and never leave disappointed. My favourite item on the menu is the lasagna with a side of chips. Top pub food.

I visited the pub last Saturday I was sat outside in the beer garden as it was nice weather, ordered on the greene king app no problems drinks came 5 mins within ordering however I understand there busy on Saturday but I had to wait 40 mins for food I went in and girl said I will see where it is and she said “ it’s coming out now it’s because you ordered on the app it’s taking a bit longer than usual” surely that shouldn’t matter wether I ordered at the bar or on the app? Then when she brought out the meals I would expect my meals to be piping hot if I touched the meals I would get a burn off them, no! They were just Luke warm not very good in my eyes and I come here a lot for food and drinks. Sort it out plough your gonna loose one of your regulars if this continues.

Customer service was flawless. Manager has a lot of time for the customers, makes them feel at home.
