Overpriced and poor quality. £3.99 for a pot of tea for 1 which was just a teabag, not even loose tea. £4.99 for an egg and bacon barm which consisted of an over cooked hard fried egg and 2 thin pieces of bacon. A few of my group had a sausage and bacon barm which consisted of one sausage thrown on the barm whole, not cut in half. Service was ok but we had to get our own sugar and sauce. Only the lunch menu was on display even though they were still serving breakfast.

Went on a Monday, very busy but managed to get a table. Couldn't see how to reserve a table online but assume you can phone up as there were some tables reserved. We all had sandwiches which were lovely. My dad was disappointed as apple pie. his fave was on the online menu but not available on the day, he opted for a sausage roll with his sandwich though so all good. Coffee's were lovely and following lunch we had a mooch outside and bought some bedding plants. Only criticism was the fruit scone, they looked lovely but it was bone dry, didn't say anything as staff busy and didn't spoil the overall outing. Would return and little ones would enjoy the outdoor play area, fruit picking. It's in a nice spot for a few hrs out

We had our first visit to kenyon Hall Farm for the easter egg hunt. Very reasonably priced. Trail was lovely and very accessible perfect for our 3 & 20month old both absolutely loved picking a different colour egg at each clue and filling their baskets up. I wasnt expecting much with the prize at the end its usually a small bag of haribo at these events but i was very pleasantly surprised the select of prizes was great both edible and non edible. Kids loved their marshmallow lollipops and we made it all of 2 steps before they were cracked open 😅 lovely play area too which kids loved fantastic selection of plants too we picked up some lettuce tomato and strawberries for our garden. Cafe looked lovely too unfortunately we didnt try it as was too busy understandably so with it being easter. We plan of visiting again next week for more plants and some lunch in the cafe! Definitely worth a visit and looking forward to strawberry picking!

My friend and I love bringing our little ones here throughout the year, most recently it was for the Easter egg hunt and we loved it. The children loved the little clues and they all got to choose a prize at the end, there was a lot to choose from. It was also pretty much pram friendly the whole route as it hadn't rained for a few days. The farm shop and the cafe also have a great variety of food and drinks and we always have a little pitstop for a little treat.

We only found this place to do an Easter egg hunt last year (2024) and it was so good! My little one loved it and it was amazing value. We stopped in the cafe to have a pork pie and brownie and now we're hooked! The strawberries we picked were the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted. The food in the cafe is super tasty 😋 I always buy a 1lb pork pie to take home and a big block of brownie. It's the best farm shop in the north west. We travel from Stockport, and probably come about once every 2 months. Wish I could come more! Love love love Kenyon Hall!

Slightly regretted travelling 50mins either way to Kenyon Hall Farm today. The Easter egg hunt was fairly good, although a tad boring and didn't take much longer than 20mins. The resteraunt felt cluttered and overcrowded. Toilets were clean. Slightly surprised at the cost of things in the cafe. Coffee was good however ..but the homemade cakes wrapped in cling film...perhaps a bit of a rip off....we bought a birthday cake cookie which wasn't actually even very nice....cost £4!! Staff on the Easter hunt however were friendly and took interest in the kids which was great. Playground is a bit boring and in need of bit of updating. That being said my 3 year old and I commented we'd like to come back on the fruit picking season as the fields look good getting ready for the growing.

Was given cream tea voucher for Christmas and went on the 26th of march . The scone was hard and difficult to swallow . Nice little shop to look around, but decided to have a breakfast in the cafe. £9.99 for a small breakfast which was really small and a average at best full English. Bacon was hard and fatty, sausage were a weired texture. Not the sort of quality you would expect for £10 and certanly not as good as other garden centers. Cappachino was like warm milk. Visited before the picking season had started and I loved it. Beautiful, and really reasonably priced garden centre, lovely cafe with outdoor seating and farm shop. Had a sandwich and crisps in the cafe, and though maybe slightly more than I’d usually pay, it was super tasty and I would definitely order again. For price guidance, there were trees at different growing stages running from around £12 to £60 which is so good for trees. Shrubs were equally as reasonable from around £6 and potting plants and ready filled baskets. Could have filled a whole garden for £100 easily! Edit: I have returned a number of times since and have taken part in berry picking of all kinds and their pumpkin picking events - all wonderfully run and so reasonably priced. Really made some wonderful memories this year at the farm.

We try to visit the pumpkin patch every year, and we were lucky enough to get tickets for this years event. We spent a Saturday morning in October picking pumpkins and enjoying all the displays they set-up with different themes from Harry Potter to Disney. We've always loved Kenyon's pumpkin patch as they have so many different pumpkins and squashes to choose from, whether you want to visit the field to pick your own or chose one from their pumpkin tunnel (we do both!) You can also carve your pumpkin in an area just outside the tunnel if you want to leave the mess there. We also love their farm shop and café. Their cakes are amazing and there's lots of displays and inspo in the farm shop, so both definitely worth a visit. They cater to everyone, and it's a such a nice way to spend a couple of hours outside on an autumnal day. Thank you, Kenyon Hall Farm! Already looking forward to next year!

Second visit within a week, really impressed on Saturday when we visited with our daughter for evening meal, decided to try the cheap and cheerful 2 for 1 midweek, just the 2 of us! Food was ok especially for the price. My husband has Chronic Kidney Disease, and doesn't touch alcohol, in fact other that tea, he drinks mineral water. I went to the bar to order food and drinks and paid by card. My hubbie wanted another water, so went to the bar himself for a 330 ml bottle Buxton mineral still water, the price was £3.60p He nearly fell over! that is rather overpriced, wouldn't you say??? I am all for business's making a profit, but that is taking the mickey (being polite there) a pint of Cider is only £4 something. It certainly doesn't pay to not drink n drive does it?
