Surprisingly hot food! But never have enough of the right food ready, always a wait. Seem to only bother baking many cheese and onion slices. Edit, went in on 27th July 2024 at 20:30 and the girl binned all cakes infront of us, 30 mins left before closing! Disgusting

Been a few times and think we will call it a day, always takes ages in there and today we got croissants and they were not cooked fully inside it was like goo ! I couldn’t be bothered going back to complain as I had drove home. Quality of food vs price is rubbish

the pizza was all over the box & the toppings had all come off.. the cookies where rather over cooked too.. not happy or very appetising either

The order was delivered but the wedges were missing from the meal deal we ordered, and thus far have heard nothing about a refund. There was no number available to call to try and get the missing items which I think was poor customer service.

Very disappointed as main reason for order was specifically for hot chocolate!! Don’t think I’ll use this again either as 2nd time hot drink missed.

I rarely leave reviews and I order from here all the time. It’s always fantastic but today I was left bitterly disappointed. What is usually awesome typical greggs was anything but. The bean melt, sausage rolls and cheese n onion baked were100% undercooked with soggy pastry, steak baked were perfect and usually everything is with greggs but today was poor

Just wow. Harvey was brilliant, a right laugh! I remember we both used to play hopscotch and with makeup as kids, how he’s grown up and matured. He really is a sweetie cutie patootie baby girl. Brilliant service he gave me, he recommended me to slurp my coffee rather than just drink it. Always a fun guy to he around! Has his head screwed on does Harvey, promote him.

This nice young employee called Harvey served me yesterday and the service was great. He spoke in a great mannner as well as giving fast delivery. He should be be promoted as in my honest opinion he is a great staff and member to the team. Also, the food was delcious!😛

Honestly….INCREDIBLE I was served by this girl called Rebecca what a lovely soul! And then a male called Harvey he was so helpful as I did not know where I had to pay he was very comforting and made me feel of ease. My order was 2 sausage rolls (nice and warm), and ham and cheese sand which for later and a gingerbread man cookie for the nostalgia! For my drinks I grabbed a water and a bottle of good old coke. Would highly recommend as it was scrumptious

Me and my friend visited this Greggs last week. My friend was served by a staff member called Rebecca and asked to purchase a vegan sausage roll. As soon as my friend bit into the sausage roll she instantly knew it wasn’t a vegan sausage roll. It was in fact a sausage roll made from real meat!! My friend had to spit out the piece of sausage roll she had in her mouth as she instantly felt sick knowing what she’d eaten. She told another member of staff that the sausage roll she’d bit into wasn’t the vegan sausage roll she’d asked for. The member of staff was very apologetic, she understood completely and offered my friend a vegan sausage roll for free but my friend didn’t want one as she felt very put off and sick so was given a refund instead. Rebecca (the woman that served my friend) was stood there laughing whilst my friend explained the issue to the other staff member!!! We were both so shocked due to fact Rebecca didn’t even have the audacity to apologise and not only that, was stood there laughing at the fact she’d served my friend a sausage roll with meat in!!! Me and my friend left the store and my friend vomited outside twice due to the fact she’d eaten a sausage roll with meat in and hadn’t eaten one for 5 years so it was a massive deal!! Neither of us will be stepping foot in this Greggs again thanks to the way my friend was treated by Rebecca!!! Rebecca really needs to get some respect!!! Big thanks to the other staff member that was very understanding xx

the delivery guy turns up on a bike. the food and drinks were stone cold. delivery needs to be by motor vehicle to keep the food at warm at least, bike takes too long. In addition, the drinks had been spilled, no doubt because they were in a backpack on the cyclist. Poor choice of delivery method.

wow where do i start with this place! Always brilliant service, clean seating area and brilliant high quality fresh food. Was served by a lovely young man today named ellis and he was a star! He helped me with my order and made me feel so welcome, definitely a real credit to the company and a brilliant young man in general. Hope this gets to the manager as he deserves praise. Will definitely be visiting again, Thankyou Ellis and to the team!

Just very disappointed as ordered large hot chocolate although received regular sizes for both Latte & Hot Chocolate.

Items missing AGAIN from Greggs. Don't know why I bother with them honestly. Zero stars from me for that. Delivery was good though, unless they took the sausage rolls I ordered?

The food has arrived and its absolutely freezing cold. Not worth eating

Seating area is always disgusting. Come in regular. It's never ever clean. Tables disgusting, floor minging, bins full. Clean up!

What an absolute joke! Half the items were missing and the half that arrived are burnt but freezing cold! All the pizza itself was stuck shut to the top of the wrapper, so all the toppings and cheese came off stuck to the wrapper... If you like freezing and missing food, this is the place to order from.

Delivered 45mins late, stone cold

Drinks + food was warm, not hot and the bacon was quite fatty. Might have been perfect for some, just not me.

Opening times wrong. Google says open at 6am and I was really hungry but they was saying opening just 6:30. Confusing

Went today for some vegan Sausage rolls. The person before me purchased the last ones so I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh ones. Happy to wait and was even offered a drink for the inconvenience. Customer Service on point. 🙌

Always pop here with my mum for a sauagae or bacon barm. We love it here!

Awful. Waited an hour for food and when it came, it was undercooked hash browns, coffee was room temperature. Just an awful experience.

Note this shop opens at 6.30am & not 6am

Veg bake not good .beef and veg bake not bad flavour,but after taking a bite there was a lump of gristle the size of a two pence first and last time to that place .

perfect. the salad is fresh and crisp, the fruit is ripe and juicy and the fruit juice tastes like freshly squeezed oranges! the pasties are lovely. the driver was polite, friendly and on time.

Ordered a sausage breakfast roll with a slice of bacon and an extra sausage for my doggy, received a bacon roll no extra sausage, my doggy wasn't impressed neither was I but on a plus note the bacon was fresh and tasty

V handy to have this shop at westbrook .. usually busy. We use it to grab a drink on a dog walk.

Impossible to get served unless you're willing to wait upwards of 15 minutes - I've walked out on the last two occasions, won't be going back there again.

It’s Greggs, not a five star restaurant. Limit your expectations and it’s fine. Want a pastie or sausage roll? Great! Want something that’s not on the menu? Perhaps go somewhere else? Feel like complaining about the breakfast? ITS GREGGS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
