Big Portion in Warrington

Used to order regular gave them another chance and forgot half my order I'm sick of phoning up and asking what's happened il find somewhere else now

Lamb Kofte has no taste to it all , was like eating rubber

Longer delivery than usual and not as hot as usual and very bland kofte

the driver damaged my car whilst doing my delivery he just drove off without leaving insurance details big portion had no details of this driver so presume he must not employ the driver though he admitted he was doing my deliver. i asked for driver details he told me he did not have them surely he must keep records of his drivers got the police involved and my insurance company are looking it this to try to claim my costs

First pizza squashed not edible driver aware replacement sent not thin crust as paid and bland as if rushed

Can of Pepsi was missing from the order

Food was delivered early but the chips were over cooked and greasy, the chicken was dry and the donner meat was tasteless.

Best pizza we have had for a long time special kebab was bang on will be buying again

Greasy doner meat cheese garlic bread for £6.50 was shocking never again 😞

normally bob on but i orderd double cheese on the kebab and there was none on it 3 quid down now but all in all top kebab👍

Always decent shish kebabs here, they don't overcook the lamb leaving it all chewy and rubbery like most places, it's always nice and tender. The Chicken kebabs are lovely too and they put the salad and pitta separate as well which is a nice touch.

£36 for a kebab which was covered in chilli sauce, which I’m allergic to. Should have been mayo. They forgo the burger, the can, they forgot the ben and jerrys. Driver said sorry I don’t care not my fault. Rang the restaurant, they said I don’t care I’m busy. Put phone down twice. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this shambles of a kebab shop.

The only reason I ate this meal with my wife was because we have had nothing all day due to work. I was looking forward to this food having ordered from big portion before but was extremely let down by the cold food tasteless donner meat strange fatty deposit in the box and embarrassing effort of a pitta bread. As I was consuming this food begrudgingly I convinced myself that the meat feast pizza I ordered would be better, however this proved not to be the case as it was again cold and stiff ad

Not sure if shop has changed hands, but used to order at least every other week.The last few orders are way off in quality. Ordered two doner meat with chips and salad. Meat was really greasy and salad has changed to round lettuce and raw cabbage. (Previously iceberg and pickled cabbage)Also ordered s pizza but base was so thick you could of used as a door stop and only half of it had toppings on. Won't be going back anytime soon

food arrived earlier than expected which was great, food also very good, the only problem was my sauce was the wrong one to what I ordered but nioproblem really, will deffo use again

Food was absolutely horrible not cooked all the way through on the chicken and the lamb was so rubbery it was inedible was very unhappy won’t be using this place again !!

It's a Great place for food, plenty of choice and plenty of food, food was really nice , the guy made sure I got exactly what I wanted, I was taken there by someone else who is local, highly recommend

Placed an order on here, owner has rang me and advised they will not deliver the food and they will also not be refunding the amount. This is a disgrace. I am now £20 out of pocket.

I ordered the simplest of meals monster burger meal with onions and mayo and chips with salt and mayo Got load of in cooked onions and no mayo and no salt or anything onions ring were soggy it took a hour and 10 min to get to me i was told 40 mins at the most They for got my can of Pepsi max The driver said he would go Tesco and get one but never came back I only eat the burger as chips were cold binned it all £ 17 50 to have. A burger I want some of my money. Back I will be going in when there open. To sort this disgraceful I find

I have been using big portion for many years.they cannot be beaten.the food is amazing and plenty of it as well at a great price.i highly recommended big portion to anyone especially after a night out on the lash.i used to go there after my shift on the doors and blime it was amazing.keep up the good work guys.

Food arrived cold and soggy, Chips was not nice some was green and bits on them. Chicken burger was disgusting. I could go some where alot cheaper and alot nicer aswel. Big portion should change its name and ratings should be dropped as its vile. Do not waste money 🤢

I really like big portions. I asked for big portion and I got big portion. Big Portion very good indeed. I recommend Big Portion to anybody who likes big portions. Big Portion for me every time.

Food was awful, staff not pleasant. When we told them the food wasn't edible they asked us what we wanted them to do. Hardly the way to run a business or talk to customers wouldn't recommend

All food cooked to order and very clean.

We got back from Creamfields late & hungry & our hotel didn’t do room service. Jumped on JustEat & ordered a pizza & kebab for delivery. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much, which was lucky. The portions, we small (Big Portions?) & the quality was terrible. Horrible salad with the kebab & the pizza was inedible. Total waste of money!

Taste good, but service was not good. They forget to bring us big bottle of Pepsi and they brought me small portion but i have paid for big portion

I’ve been a customer for more years than I care to remember. Great place to get a takeaway after a night in the pub. Never had a bad meal. I now use them mainly for home delivery. Always quick ( within 20 mins) and the food is hot and fresh. I order via the website and have never had a problem. The sashlik is a favourite!!

order pizza and small chicken kebab ask for (extra salad ) paid £18.90 .pizza was cold and there was only very little salad on chicken. I am regular client and got this today very disappointing.

This place isn’t the cheapest their meal deal on a burger and fries was £3 more than others in the area , so it was like I was paying £3 for the can of drink, but it is always good enough when u get it, never bad

Most decent kebab shop in Warrington!!

We placed our order using their own website as this is yet another takeaway that has taken the benefit of the extra business they receive from being listed on justeat but don't want to pay for the service they provide. The website is of substandard quality and when we placed our order the website returned a response stating the order had either already been placed or did not exist. Called the takeaway and was told the order had been accepted. Waited 40 mins before calling to double check the order had not accidentally been placed for collection and was then lied to and told that the order had not been accepted and that they had told us this when we called the first time. Absolutely shocking service and will never use again. It wouldn't have been so bad if the food was actually good but we only ever order from this place as they are close by and whenever we have ordered using justeat they have delivered very quickly. I am now getting in the car to go and collect some decent food from a decent takeaway as I don't have time to wait for another delivery.

Definelty our favourite kebab shop! We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Read the reviews then go here,I did and it's true. They charge me almost double of the actual bill,then they admitted bit by bit. Shame some people can't make money by not ripping people off.wont go back.

this should be called big price kebab house - not big portion . They tried to charge us £11.10 for a pick up on a large mixed meat kebab which was on the price list at £8.50 and insisted this was the price . Absolute rip off for a take away ! Much better value kebab houses - they are charging sit in restaurant prices . Ocustomer service
