Do not order for delivery. Drivers lie, didn’t show up and apparently the drivers word is as good as law and better than cctv and better yet driver can defy geography and the speed of light!! Customer services are rude. They need to be taught it’s hospitality NOT hostility!! Go on trust pilot and you’ll see it’s a regular occurrence with them!!! No food, no refund AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst service ever. I have lodged a complaint as it was diabolical. The staff could honestly not care less. Had to constantly ask for assistance. Just don't bother. There are plenty of other places to choose from within this retail park.

Staff excellent, food also,service too,BUT the music is deafening, customers all shouting at each other, spoils the experience.

Went for a snack for the little one and 2 coffees. They still don't have a coffee machine, so don't expect hot drinks. The cheese balls were dark brown inside and smelled off like chicken tikka, tasted horrid, only had one bite. I took them back. Staff were not interested nor did they offer a refund. Staff from first entering he store were offhand and rude. No customer service skills at all. Avoid at all costs, Try another Subway, this branch is a disgrace.

THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO. 30mins till close & all the fryers were obviously turned off , so they had no food and try to substitute for cheaper stuff. Paid ridiculous price for basically just some chips. Would not recommend. Should’ve just told us to go maccies.

I visit your cafe every Tuesday morning and the staff are very unfriendly except for one particular young girl who has very short hair.One of your staff was very rude to me this morning which left me very upset.She said i was waiting in the wrong place to order my food.When i asked her what she meant her words were"the fact there is no til here surely tells you we dont serve food here "She was just ready to diss me and make me feel very uncomfortable which i was by the way.She told me i couldn't have been in the cafe for years if i didn't know where to get served. There was absolutely no excuse for this behaviour.When i told her i came every week she laughed at me. This behaviour is not acceptable.The sad thing is there are a few who work in the cafe are very rude.This person however went too far when she started arguing with me and all because i was standing in the wrong place.

Struggled to find a clean, empty table. Music blasting out so everyone had to talk above it making the entire place noisy. Coffee was ok 🤷‍♂️

The meals are well prepared and tasty. Lovely milk shakes in various flavours.

5 star, and 5 star food standard, food lovely and hot always.

Slow service for 1 drink and 1 burger

KFC's are never the cleanest of fast food places and this one is no exception. Food was ok although I was a bit concerned as my chicken fillets seemed a bit too moist, thankfully no after effects, at least at time of writing. Despite watching them check my order over a couple of times, when I brought the tray back to our table we realised they had forgotten my extra side of beans so I had to go back up for them. With regards the beans, they still taste lovely, but the pot has become laughingly small and for two quid is a complete rip off. Won't be rushing back, it doesn't even taste that good these days

Disgusting food from disgustingly rude staff Bought a sandwich from here today It was stale and I mean seriously stale The bread was solid I took the sandwich back and the manager Alex flatly refused to replace it He stated the reason why it was solid was because it had been in the fridge Only one side of the sandwich was stale with the other side being ok so his argument about the fridge didn’t stand up Alex, the so called manager said they he would not be replacing the food unless I paid for it which of course I wouldn’t Alex then handled the food (after handling cash ) and then handed back to me I left with my stale food and obviously didn’t eat it Staggeringly poor customer service from a rude and arrogant employee I reported the incident to Greggs who were apologetic and offered £10 compensation
