The worst experience in my life ever one specifer worker named keira was absolutely horrible when she brung my food on the way she sneezed and it went in my food couldn't eat it and left but when I went in again hoping she wernt working she was and she said something very rude and horrible she said hope u didn't come back u left and didn't eat the food what a horrible customer I felt so insulted and will never come back ever again pizza hut in Aintree should be ashamed that they have such a rude and nasty worker

we were a large group booking for my daughters 40th birthday. What makes this place so special is the lovely staff who work there. We did have to wait quite a while for our food and there was a little mix up but all went well in the end and I guess to be expected when t especially there are a lot of orders at the same time for meals. Highly recommended also are the Sunday Roast dinners.

Authentic lovely food all the time! My go to place just the best never getting anywhere better! You should open in the city centre!!!

Popped in on my way home for a quick snack. I found the place clean and tidy and staff really friendly and professional. Food was amazing. Will be back.

Mi marido y yo disfrutamos de deliciosos panecillos de desayuno de salchichas y café con leche. El servicio era amable, servicial y eficiente y el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio. Los precios son muy razonables y la comida es muy fresca. Quedamos tan impresionados que hemos decidido visitar regularmente y ser atendidos por el personal sonriente 🤗

Booked our Christmas meal this year at the blue anchor and couldn’t fault it. Food was spot on and service was outstanding. Big thank you to Lee, Charlie, Callum and the rest of the team for such a lovely Christmas Day. We will 100% be booking again next year.

First visit to a Tim Hortons in the UK, very disappointed It’s just an upmarket McDonalds and not as good. We won’t be returning again.

They put my frozen drinks in the same bag as my hot food .

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast to be greeted by the lovely Theresa who has rejoined the team. She never fails to make our experience and we even started going to ainsdale for a carvery as we enjoy he company and service. It was very busy as usual but again nothing was too much for here. There was a big queue at the drinks machine and she offered to fill our drinks at the bar and bring them to our table. Food was great and got there just in time as the deck was replenished with fresh food which was really nice. Will definitely be back especially now Theresa has rejoined the team!
