Delicious as always the Ceasar salads are to die for , half chicken meal was also delicious and piping hot .

Left me in hospital for 4 nights, with severe food poisoning. Having to be rushed into hospital leaving the doctors unknown what it was

Usually great but took nearly 2 hours to deliver, no apologies from the driver who stayed on his phone lashing the food at me, chicken was very chewy and garlic bread was burnt

I got order on Monday 21 st I complained about chicken and I’m still waiting for refund

Excellent quality food. Hummus delivered in error, instead of coleslaw. Ehilst I recognise that this order was placed at peak time on a Saturday evening (19:08), the system said 20:10-20:30 deliveru - food arrived at 20:49. Polite courier.

the chicken was well cooked and it was juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. every bite was packed with delicious smoky, spicy, and savory flavors. Everything about this meal exceeded my expectations. If you love great chicken, this is the place to go. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Over 2 hours wait for food, when it arrived halloumi was rubbery and chicken cold. Chips cold and inedible

My food was meant to come around 7:15 it didn't, I don't mind it being late whatever but when the food came the drinks were hot and the food was cold?!?!? like how is that even possible? I really don't understand but whatever I guess my fault...

Took 2 hours for food to turn up, spicy rice is just boiled rice cooked with a sauce or stock no spice at all flavourless, rest of food was ok but not worth a 2hr wait

Our delivery was 10mins after the higher est so was about 90 mins in total once I placed my order BUT the food was delicious. The salad on burgers was fresh and crisp, buns fresh and the meats again are freshly cooked and you you can taste the difference. Fast food without the guilt

everything was lovely apart from I was let down with the spicy rice which is my favourite. It had no spice at all.

Fancied some lip tingling spicy 🥵 chicken and this place looked like it fitted the bill. Got some hot chicken and some medium chicken and it was moist and juicy and well cooked. The only issue I have it that I expected it to be cooked with the marinade on but it seems that the sauce is put on at the end so theres just a puddle of cold sauce on hot chicken and it seems a bit gloopy and messy ...see pics. It was nice but the sauce overwhelmed the tasty chicken making it all sloppy. Maybe you like that 😏 Would I go again? Maybe maybe time will tell. Chips are stardard , kids said the rice smelt funny and never ate it. Standard microwave rice tbh It's not bad it's just different , if I go again I'll try something different. The staff seems nice 👍

they overwhelmed them selves with orders and it will take 2 hrs for them to get the order to you. they use their own drivers so they profit more and not bothered about efficiency. they will wait for ages until they have multiple orders going your way then deliver they don't deliver when you order. worst service ever food came luke warm. I am a 9 min drive away str8 run down m58 took over 2 hrs

Absolutely ridiculous how late the food is, I rang the restaurant to ask where my food is and they haven’t prepared it after ordering at 6:30pm. It is now 20:10pm

My 6 wings were literally in a pond of rank peri peri sauce 🤢 and my spicy rice smelt like gone off cheese threw it in the bin !

I normally order from here, chicken wrap was nice, DO NOT get the southern fried chicken burger, it was just a chicken strip burger which i didn't order and they where overcooked. bun was hard. not great at all.

Mi amigo y yo pedimos costillas de barbacoa y patatas fritas y costillas periperi y arroz picante. Dijo que sus costillas eran preciosas y tiernas y que habían sido marinadas en la salsa, también habían sido cortadas. Sus patatas fritas eran preciosas y calientes. El mío no había sido marinado ni cortado y la salsa periperi acababa de ser vertida sobre ellos. Eran duros y tiesos. El arroz picante acaba de tener la misma salsa vertida sobre la parte superior y cuando lo puse boca abajo en mi plato, era simplemente arroz hervido debajo. Por 30 libras no me impresionó.

Was not impressed this time, wraps were very very dry with no flavour on chicken (ordered one very hot and one medium) and no salad. Spicy rice had a weird cheesy smell. Piri Piri chips were the only decent thing in the order unfortunately

Wrap was so soggy, falling to bits, the burger was bland and tasteless, garlic mushrooms and sweet potato fries, we’re nice tho, but really disappointing, especially the burger, used to be a lot nicer, quality has really gone now sadly.

Burgers were terrible, think they were cooked in a kettle. Bacon was also missing and extra sauce.

Staff need some lessons in customer service and how to speak to people, ordered for take out and got a friend to pick it up. I put simple instructions on the comments which did not get followed and told the person picking it up ‘it was confusing so I made the food that was on the receipt’ phone numbers are provided for a reason if it’s confusing RING. proceeds to have a go at the person picking it up because it had to re-made because they can’t understand simple instructions. Ordered chocolate fudge cake an Oreo cheesecake and got a banoffee cheesecake and a chocolate brownie. Paid over £60 between four people and the food was the bare minimum, chips freezing because of their mistake. Learn how to speak to people properly and next time, if an order is ‘confusing’ call up to confirm.

Perfection (so much better than the Maghull branch) definitely worth the £1.29 for the extra sauce pot!
