this place has never let me down food is always good and tasty

haven’t ordered on just eat for a while due to there standards and disgusting attitude in other places but this place was amazing!!! was so tastey would fully reccomend👍🏼

Food was delivered on time but everything was bland at best. Chicken curry fried rice - bland Chicken sweetcorn soup - bland Spring rolls - not nice at all Won’t be ordering from here again

No lettuce in the ‘salad’ with the kebab and the chips looked like they’d been sat there for about 6 months. Nice apart from that.

Food was lovely all fresh and full of flavour, was a little late phoned to chase up fell was really nice and apologied. Delivery driver very nice. All round good service.

terrible delivery system will only drop of if more than one order in your area! when you call to chase your order the staff are rude and dismissive

I usually get my Chinese and kebabs from this place and prefer it over others, but this is he first time I have ordered so close to reopening after dinner break—I won’t be doing it again. the pizzas I ordered were over cooked to the point where the cheese was almost completely brown. the chips were warm ups from the afternoon. I know this place can—and does—do a lot better!

45 mins late. only got a soup an duck. charged me twice then when I called back 4 days later they couldn’t remember me. nothing more than expected.

Don’t have any bad words to say. Delivered early, delivery driver friendly and most importantly, food was hot and very enjoyable.

my food is always delivered on time and the delivery drivers are lively, however, the past 2 times my food has been cold and I have had to heat it up. today, my kebab looked anaemic and I wouldn’t have fed it to a stray cat. I will not be ordering from here again. enough is enough now.

food nice was advised 5:25 first then time changed to 5:50 without notification no apologies when contacting restaurant also didn’t provide the chips to go with s meal but still charged full price

Food took an hour, freezing when it arrived. Didn’t taste anything like chilli, tasted like it was cooked in Pepsi. Chips were undercooked, tasted awful, and he prawn toast was greasy. Wouldn’t go here ever again.

chips weren’t fresh even though it’s less than 5 mins away from my house! hot and sour soup wasn’t nice first order from here and I won’t be ordering from here ever again! paid money to throw most of it away!

Food was cold salt pepper was dry not nice at all Sui mai was over cooked and just fell apart taste like rubber 😷 would not be ordering from here again total waste of money.

Rang the blue star for the first and last time last night. Placed order at 8.00pm it arrived at 10.15 so over 2 hours late. Food wasn't nice at all, definitely won't be ordering g from here again.

When ordering that Just Eat site said the food would be 1 hour, then when the confirmation email came it said 1 hr 30 mins. In reality it was 2 hours. The food itself was very bland and I wouldn't order any of it again bases purely on taste.

BLUE STAR CHIPPY MAGHULL!!! Absolutely awful.. 4th time with wrong order.. cold and burnt food... staff just proper rude when you try and complain! Kept giving it another try because was told all kinds of excuses!!!!! Told tonight I will have to wait for next delivery for my missing order... and going by how long it took first time that will be another hour and a half..... JOKE!!!!! Sort it out Blue Star!

food was lovely and hot but should have been with us at 19:50, it arrived at 20:45. There was no message through just eat to say about any delay the driver was very apologetic I wonder if blue star may offer something as an apology as a delay that long is not really acceptable

The delivery time was put back half an hour without any notification and the website had to be checked to find this out, the meal was then delivered around half an hour after the second estimated delivery time. When the restaurant was called the meal didn’t seem to have been sent out despite justeat saying that it had been sent 20 minutes previously and there was no knowledge of when the meal might reach us. The food was good but delivery and service weren’t so good.

Ordered a meal that came with chips and literally got about 10, called up to complain and was told these chips are a “gesture” so if you also want chips with your meal you’ll need to order an additional portion. What a joke.

The meal was awfull . chicken was hard and disgusting chips were cold and look like they had been warmed up .curry Beef was average ended up throwing most of the meals away not good.

Nice food but meal was missing when delivered. Waited another 40 minutes for it to be sent back out so everything else was cold. When phoned back to see where it was, I was asked ‘what do you want me to do about it?’. Totally put me off ordering from here again!!

Food was ok but waited half an hour longer than we should have. The chips were cold and green at the ends but the vermicelli and sweet and sour chicken were nice.

The box the fish came in had a collection of fat leaving the fish really greasy and not nice. The chips where over cooked and again really greasy. Real disappointment

Put order in at 10 past 5 still waiting for food at 18.50 so phoned up to see were order was to be told it hasnt even been cooked yet dont take orders if you carnt get them out

First time ordering here food is lovely only thing letting this place down is the delivery time when i phoned up the man kept apologising for how late it was and they gave us some discount, will order from here again as we enjoyed the food hopefully delivery will be quicker next time

Delivery time very late, took to long, OK food

The meal was delivered early by a very pleasant gentleman. The meal itself was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Would I be going back of course I will and I will also recommend you to everyone I know outstanding.

Ordered at 5.30 was delivered at 7.20 good was not very warm and there was no curry sauce which was ordered and paid for and the combo was inedible

The food had still not been sent out when our delivery time had come. When the food arrived the meat wasn’t cooked properly and we had to cook it more to be able to eat it. Usually a good place but the past two times haven’t been good.

absolutely ridiculous, will not be ordering from here again! ordered at 7pm and food took over 2 hours to arrive, took over 40 minutes (after the estimated delivery time to get through to restaurant to ask where the order was (told will be leaving the shop in around 5 minutes) - still a further half hour before the food actually arrived. When food finally got here it was abysmal, terrible quality, just warm and because it had taken so long to get here most of it ended up in the bin! -Will NOT be using this restaurant again 😡

Not nice at all. Tasted like warmed up food. Salt an pepper chicken not much chicken and very hard. Rice was tasteless. Chips ok. Black bean sauce tastes like fish.

It was my first time ordering from here - and I was very impressed. The food was gorgeous and well prepared, and you get plenty for your money. They actually use Chinese vegetables in the dishes, rather than filling them out with broccoli and carrots like most Chinese takeaways do. Will definitely be ordering again.

was all lovely hot fresh on time. except I didn't order the vegetarian fried rice I ordered special fried rice but you forgot the meat apart from the dry slice of chicken on the top

Food was nice but just slow delivery and my starter was substituted with something else as they had run out of my choice which was disappointing. The staff were very polite and offered a refund or substitute though so dealt with amicably.

was hesitant about getting the sweet and sour chicken as chicken from a chippy tends to be chewy and horrible, couldn't of been more perfect food was hot, delicious and such a great deal for money (wegot the 12 inch pizza and any Chinese meal deal)

Hadn't ordered from famous blue star before and certainly will in future. All food was piping hot and extremely tasty. Well packaged and also so pleased as I wanted as soon as possible and arrived nicely before prediction on e-mail. Will have to try otyhger dishes now. Soups were great size and main meals, good size portions and couldn't be happier with whole meal.

1 hour 30 for a kebab an a Chinese meal to be delivered. Rang twice to be told they were really busy, the que must have been backed up out the door across switch island! #joke

Two orders in two weeks have taken over 2 hours to arrive. Neither JustEat or BlueStar are aware of the orders and cannot place responsibility between either party. Both blame each other.

We ordered food that wasn't delivered.. when we rang to ask them about it, we heard the chef calling us names and the women on the phone called us liars by saying we had it. Said we can have it when we order next... which we won't be. So there's 8 quid gone.

Donner kebab was dry. It was the scraps from the end of the meat despite being 8:30pm no fresh meat was offered. Generally inedible. Would not recommend this restaurant. Can't believe a restaurant feel it to be appropriate to sell what looks like dog scraps

Amazing delivery time, so quick! Staff are lovely.. On this one occasion the food was horrendous... Prawn toast was cold and had cold oil sitting in them, tasted but couldn't eat them & also the sweet n sour sauce I ordered had gone like jelly I'm not sure what is was but it was very very gloopy and thick... Staff are very polite 😊

Usually enjoy our meals from here, never faulted them but unfortunately last night was poor. 20 mins were initially added on but the food arrived a further 20 mins after that, 40 mins later in total for only 1 meal and a starter. The food it self wasn't up to standard, asked for chicken omelette with no veg and still got onions, mostly onions to be honest but what chicken we did get was rock hard. Don't know if will be ordering again
