Large chips gone up by 50% from £2.20 to £3.30 in a week and price gouging on a lot of other stuff too. Disgraceful.

Regular chef was off, food was bland had no flavour at all. Plus now the prices have shot up, £2.90 for a small chips and some meals gone up by £1

Worst chippy I’ve ever been too, salt and pepper chicken was mostly batter no chicken inside of it and the curry sauce was like a Indian orange curry not your traditional chip shop curry, would never go back been sick since I ate it absolutely horrendous 👎🏻

Normally enjoy the food here but unfortunately this time the scallops I ordered where rather overdone. The batter was way too hard. I like crispy but it was almost impossible to eat. Hopefully they will be better next time.

The curry sauce is mighty fine.the onion rings are the best l have ever had. Chips are spot on.

Think this is possibly the worst chow mein I've had, thick, dense noodles which were clumped together as shown in pic, zero vegetables and about 3 pieces of beef. Disgusted.

Food is nearly always good, but the blonde woman who delivers - each time she has delivered to us - has upped the price my 50p or £1 .... I am no cheapskate, I will always tip, but after our last ten deliveries she has earned over £10 for herself by pocketing extra cash. How many deliveries does she complete in one day? 20+ deliveries on a bad day? I'll let you work out her profit. This is extortion. Not only to the chip shop but the workers who expect to earn tips.

Ordered food at 22:15 by cash payment, was waiting for the delivery but it never turned up. No phone call or communication from them. After waiting i tried to call them but it says there closed. So they went home and left me waiting. To be honest i give them a 2nd chance after there staff attitude problems a while ago. Too much talking instead of giving a good service. Will not use this chippy again. Poor communication and staff with attitude

Just returned from the sea breeze fish bar Maghull . Whilst waiting for my order to be processed,I noticed a member of staff place his hand in his mouth as if trying to remove something trapped in his teeth. He then proceeded to handle burger buns , sauce bottles. Kebabs etc . NOT very hygienic! He then betrayed another member of staff for not brushing up. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black ..

Very tasty food and have everything same place , pizzas , kebabs , Chinese,burgers and fish chips what else do you need 😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰

Have picked up food a couple of times after getting a menu through the door both times the food mainly Chinese was lovely, we ordered a delivery today for 7 pm which arrived promptly and again the food was beautiful the meat in the beef kung po was both tender and very tasty. All in all another winner with us! Thank you seabreeze.

YCFR very bland and the salt & pepper chicken tasted like it was on the turn, most of tonight’s takeout went in the bin, think I will be giving this place a wide birth for some time

Okay food they do deliver, staff could do with wearing gloves and tie hair back had a couple hairs in food the last couple of orders but still good enough food for a fast food chip shop.

if i could put zero stars i would, foods nice but some staff are quite rude. i was spoken to with disrespect while placing an order, ignored it as it was a saturday and put it aside as stress. on entering the shop was served by the most lovely girl with glasses and what appeared to be a stone in her necklace and another middle aged women, both lovely. upon arriving home some food was missing from the bag so i rang up a second time to explain to then to be met with a more mature helpful member of staff. Also spoke with manager and it got sorted straight away. even though i had to make a second trip back to the shop was greated with a tattooed bundle of joy, who seemed to be having a good time with the other two lovely girls. Food was 10/10 Some staff need approvement, them three lovely girls need a payrise

Giving a 1 star as no room for zero. Ordered via app Saturday given a collection time and on arriving shop was bedlam order was not ready and in fact that had not even commenced preparation I declined to wait longer while it was cooked. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. Will be thinking long and hard about using this establishment again.

I love the food here. I needed a Chinese banquet for 10 people so went in and discussed it with the Manager. He was delightful! It was a great night for us all, based around good food & good company. Delivery staff and shop staff are faultless.

Called into shop on way home from work ordered three meals . One should have been a Thai beef. No idea what we where given but two of meals where chicken ( one was cold ) with no chips/rice. This is the second time happened wont be using again 😒 ( was a Tuesday night so hardly busy) never returned to shop either as its a bit of a trek Thankfully had ordered a special fried rice

Only ordered a chicken and donner kebab. Sent me a tray with just chicken and a little bit of lettuce that's it! Wearnt really fussed when I called

Past 3 times I've been, I've been disappointed. Food has been hot and good portion sizes, but lacked a bit of flavour and got special fried rice before work last week and think they had cleaned their pan before making mine as I could taste the cleaning solution. Couldn't get it replaced as I was in work. Might be a couple of isolated incidents, but not eager to rush back.

Order from here if youve got hours to wait for cold food. Used to be okay here dunno what happened. Last 3 time its been awful food or long delivery or both. Meals in the bin and seabreeze still gets the money.

Everyone's food got made before ours... weren't informed of a longer wait for our order. Was about 40 minute wait and most people were getting their orders in like 5/10 minutes. Ordered a black coffee and it had milk in as well.

The amount of people working behind the counter is unbelievable!! Too many cooks spoils the broth comes to mind and unfortunately that was true as the food was not nice at all

This was my first time here, my friend recommended them for great fish and chips. I got donner meat and salad for me and fish and chips for my husband. We both enjoyed what we had and I will definitely be going back and trying something off the menu.

I ordered via the app - estimated delivery was between 45 and 60 minutes. Over 90 minutes later my order was delivered by a friendly delivery driver. However, the main item from my Dad’s order was missing. I called to complain and the lady on the phone said “do you want it on your next order” I mean, really?!? I can assure you the meals were not worth the wait. Maghull Square is much better. The missing meal took a further 25 minutes. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Seabreeze again!!

No option for zero stars. Consistent missing orders from delivery. Dont answer the phone when it's busy avoid if you want any decent food. Shocking. Won't be using again after so many benefits of the doubt.

The banquet for 2 is delicious it was still hot when food arrived chicken and sweetcorn soup lovely .there very friendly on the phone too the staff not one bad thing to say about the place , the salt and pepper chicken is lovely and my husband had charsui curry loved it . New customers and we will deffo be ordering again .....

Our 3rd order tonight in 3 months and the quality and quantity of the food is outstanding. The food comes promptly and the staff are always helpful, even ringing me tonight to clarify a point. I can't comment on some of the negative reviews but this is not our experience

Ordered meal at 5.50pm delivered at 8.30pm at night 2 Hungary KiDs no Tea Phoned twice to ask where The meal was. Was told delivery guy is on his way Just leaving twice? DONT GIVE FALSE PROMISES. SAY SORRY WE CANT DO ANYMORE DELIVERIES!!! So easy I just go to another takeaway? the poor delivery guy had to confront me Looked like he’s had enough am his worlds ended So I saved my anger for here not the front man at the door who has to take the abuse! Brilliant food just don’t know how to walk away from money bad business!!!

Spent £30 on the worst ever food from you. Curry floating in grease and baldy ... noodles same no onion & beansprouts as previous. Vile! Chilli beef is usually nice it was awful Grady baldy hard. Mixed grill still chewing the liver .. no peas no sausage no onions just a tiny bit of inedible chewy steak and rock hard liver. I guess they changed chef as usually delicious. Don’t wast your money.

Had a few takeaways. Great quality and Good value. The best place to get good English food and Chinese.

Peas. A simple side portion of peas with our takeaway meal. Possibly the saltiest item of food i have ever eaten in my life. Why would they add an extreme amount of salt to the peas? Puzzling.

Ordered chicken kebab and donner kebab both absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed them.

Disappointed again and service is atrocious and takes far too long to get food had to sit in there an wait 40mins for 2 items.

Received a Veg Chow Mein with burnt onions giving the whole dish a burnt flavour. Rang up for a replacement and whilst the rest of the family eat their food, I waited another hour. Should have just asked for a refund.

Shockingly poor customer service

Ordered from here last night, two main meals & along with three side orders, all placed via the App. Received confirmation of my order, delivery was slightly later than outlined but only by 10 minutes which was no issue as it was only ordered at 21:30. The issue arose when the order was delivered, opened what I expected to see was Salt & Pepper Chicken only to be presented with Salt & Pepper chips. I called the take-away to be told that all their drivers had left for the evening & there was nothing they could do as they were closing. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes whilst they spoke to the owner, they arranged for one of their staff to drop it off on their way home from work. It eventually arrived shortly after 23:00 after my partner had finished eating her meal. Not a great advertisement, I will be reluctant to use this place again & will stick to Gui Garden who never make mistakes like this. The sheer lack of ownership & accountability is astounding!

Was once a good chippy but gradually has gone down the pan especially the last 12 months. Chips are always unpleasant god knows what spuds they use! It’s just generally very poor. Thought they’d have upped their game with the new chippy a few doors away opening but seems to have gone worse. No more visits from me. Some of the staff are great though.

Very bad. Will never ever order from again. Got the order wrong the last time, while having a guest over .. Its just simply unacceptable. You would understand if someone would hear an order wrong but when it has been ordered via their own mobile app its just simply unacceptable how an order can go wrong. The other thing is they ask if I need to get it sent over again and of course I do that is why I ordered it delivered of course .. And even after a long time of waiting for them to rectify the order now they do not seem to be bothered about sending the actual order that was placed. Hence this lovely one star review they can ponder about .. Just never again. Thirty quid to waste. Use another chippy, any other in fact in the area.

Ordered at 5.10pm and was still waiting at 6.45 at which time I rang them to enquire where my food was only to be told the person on the phone had wrote down the wrong address even though I spelt out my postcode. Finally got the food at 7.15pm only to have been given a wrong meal and all food barely luke warm. Worst experience I've ever had with any takeaway. Didn't even recieve an apology or discount, AVOID at all costs!

Giving up going to this chippy following repeated poor service. This week, 40 minute wait in the shop for 2 meals. Other people came in, ordered similar and left before us. Food wasn't even worth the wait.

Had delivery last night. Kindo ribs part of it. When arrived tray on it's side, hence all the sauce in carrier bag. Ordered again tonight and explained on the phone asking if tray can b kept straight . Opened the bag and guess what ??? Tray on side all sauce in bag !!!!! Which bit of keeping tray straight did u not understand ???

Over 1 hour delay food cold. Food was ready 40 mintues before it was delivered. Heard the staff say it was ready when i phoned to see what the delay was 😡 family members had to go home with out their food. Never again. offered 20% off order doesnt cover my upset

Last Friday brilliant meal, today ordered same special fried rice and played the game 'hunt the tiny prawns' Last week the meal had larger prawns maybe even small king prawns. Don't want to try a third time as wonder what I may get. Nice rice though ☺

What a joke. Ordered chips and kebab. Rang back 1 hour later. Told there leaving now. 40 mins later came last night's warm ups. Inedible!!! Ask for salt and vinegar . None. It's a chippy that can't cook CHIPS!!!!. Was so bad I rang back to let them know how S#☆T the food was. Order from BLUE STAR round the corner!!!! Better quality same type of food!!!!
