Me and my boyfriend absolutely love this place. Lovely staff and always smiling even when they are super busy! Food is amazing. I always get the salt & pepper chicken, prawn toast, tub of sweet and sour sauce. (Currently typing this before we order again haha)

The lady who takes the order is working especially hard, and the spring rolls are especially delicious, it's a very good restaurant!

I order from this Chinese takeaway regular after discovering it a couple of years back. Whaf can I say...... It's the closest I have every had to restaurant quality food, I have pretty much been through the menu and won't get a takeaway from anywhere else. Crispy shredded beef chilii with fried rice is my favourite, the salt and pepper chicken wings are amazing full of flavour, the duck pancakes are restaurant quality. The staff are lovely, and the service, price and deliveries as very reasonable including price and waiting times. Try for yourself you won't be disappointed

Nearly a 3 hour wait for a delivery. Phoned after an hour and 30 mins to see where order was and was told it was the next one out, another hour passed and still no food. I phoned again and it was clear they’d forgotten! I asked for a refund and 10 mins later the food arrived cold and inedible. Won’t be ordering from there again

Got special fried rice ,hardley any meat a few tiny crumbs worst portion I have even seen ,basically just fried rice curry was bland ,yellow green , sea breeze is twice the portion and cheaper

Worst chippy I’ve ever been to. Overpriced. Have to pay extra for chips with some meals. Chips taste oven cooked. Salt and pepper chicken is overcooked with no peppers or onions, doesn’t even taste like salt and pepper. Rip off

I usually love happy garden never had a single problem until recently. .. the last few times I've ordered I've not been impressed. Sauce has been changed on char sui barm, too much salt on salt and pepper dishes. Mixed meat noodle box consisted of tiny pieces of what I think were 2 different meats. Char sui buns always soggy. Soup was bland. I feel like you have changed chef and for this reason I'll be going elsewhere in future. I would of given less stars only you did go out of your way to deliver the nuggets you missed off my order.

Absolutely awful, this place has become more expensive and less reliable. Ordered “New noodle box seafood” got loads of noodles and bits of some sort of meat? Duck rolls.. Christmas is coming but do we need what tastes like sweet mince meat? If you’ve changed your chef, bring back the old one!

Really impressed with Happy Garden after a recent visit there. Very busy and it's easy to see why. The meals were lovely, not heavy and greasy, they didn't leave us feeling bloated and thirsty as some do. They do local delivery too. Definitely will get food from here again.

Really good, food was piping hot. Each dish was tasty and couldn't fault anything. The £24 for the meal for 2, is a bargain, there was loads

The best salt and pepper chips delivered in the area! Food received hot and tastes delicious every time. The only disappointment is when they're not open. Highly recommend this place for good quality food.

Just had a Chinese from here for the first time. Best Chinese I've had in Liverpool area. Absolutely lovely. The ribs fell off the bone and were cooked perfect. Definitely going back. Thank You. Fiona

Rubbish. Too expensive, £6.40 for an omelette with no chips or rice. I won't go again

Always had amazing tasty food here. Ordered salt and pepper box last night, everything tasted great and it was not greasy at all. Pre warned us it would take an hour and a half and they knocked on the door exactly an hour and a half later. Food fresh and hot.

If I could put no stars I would. Placed an order, an hour later we were told food was on its way. 2 hours later it still hadn't arrived! Then asked for refund, staff arguing that it was on its way. No idea what happened to our meal, rude staff, hungry child. Will not bother ordering from here again

Ordered here twice now , both occasions the starters and mains have been very good 👍🏻 large portions and free prawn crackers what’s not to like.

First time ordering here food is lovley came very quick maybe abit too quick 🤔 only thing I'd say is ribs were abit dry but other than that pretty nice food

If I could give no stars then I would. Heard good reports about this takeaway and despite living over 4 miles away we decided to order some food. Alarm bells should’ve rang at how quickly the food was delivered. The ribs were dry and main courses inedible - both went straight in the bin. Think I’ll stick to my local in future!

Since the new owners have taken over recently the food is amazing. They deliver now. Restaurant food at takeaway prices. Highly recommend
