Tim Hortons in Sefton

First visit to a Tim Hortons in the UK, very disappointed It’s just an upmarket McDonalds and not as good. We won’t be returning again.

Amazing staff very friendly. I accidentally order a wrong drink and they changed it for me which was very amazing to do (thanks again) amazing service. I absolutely love the pumpkin spice cap there I will be back again the prices are very good I would defiantly recommend going there the drive though people where very friendly and understanding. When we first went there the restaurant inside is very clean when me and my partner went there for the first time he ordered pancakes which they forgot on the tray before my partner got up to tell them they brought it over to the table. 10/10 honestly can’t complain about it honestly keep the good work up :)

Amazing give me a free donut and they were so nice and friendly manager was very kind and generous staff were ver ver ver y kind and I will come back regularly

Awful, paid double whipped cream on pancakes which looked gorgeous on the pictures! Come like mush shoved in a burger box no sauce at all on the pancakes only a slight bit on the mushy cream, paid for marshmallows in our drinks didn’t even get them, the look of everything looks sooo nice but what you recieve is shocking.

I had a chicken wrap meal. It was delicious and followed with a fresh donut. My husband had a beef burger which was equally as nice. Will definitely call in again .

Got a large strawberry lemonade, filled half the cup, asked if it could be filled to the top, just added extra ice 🤨 ! Thanks Tim Hortons 😂.

Abserlutaly disgusting.Food was cold burgers where rubbery and tastead like microwave burgers they where rubbery and tasted weird. Lattice fries cold and not cookead properly. I would give this a wide birth compleat waste of money.

Lovely staff and great food .. always have a great experience but the filtration system needs to be looked at because my clothes always smell when I leave

Menu confusing no clear complete meals. For cold, as for the cold stodgy item supposed to be lattice fries. Should of just put money in the bin instead of the slop that came iin the bag

Too busy, not enough staff, poor service. Also went to redeem children's meal, as children meant to eat free Saturdays and got told cannot redeem retrospectively from touchscreen order and should have paid at counter to get discount, but not what's said on touchscreen menu screen. Canadian crap fast food to go beside plethora of crap American fast food outlets.

Great food and good ordering system. Unlike other ‘fast food’ places the food was piping hot and quickly served. Delicious! Will be going again asap oh and the coffee is the best around at much better prices than rival coffee houses!

Very disappointing. nice restaurant and nice staff but the food was not good. Burgers were like the cheapest you can buy from a supermarket. Onion and tomato on everything even though we asked for without. It was all only luke warm. 3 chicken tenders were the size of birds eye chicken dippers. Everything just tasted of onion too. Doubt we will be back. After waiting for over a year for it to open it is such a shame.

Food was spot on and customer service especially from Alan was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
