Pizza Hut in Sefton

Ordered and paid for delivery online for the first time mid week, as we had an offer code for 50% off pizzas, so paid just over £18 for two large pizzas. Arrived on time and nice and hot.I had chicken and mushroom with peppers and husband had the meaty one.Decent pizzas, bases and toppings but don't think they are really worth over £18 each when not on offer, would only order with discount code.

Terrible service, one way system leaves you squeezing past people. Food ok. Restaurant also very dirty

Not really a big fan of the pizza these days as it’s very expensive. We paid £35 for a sharer deal inc drinks. The staff were friendly, but the food wasn’t really as tasty as would be expected for the price, and the dishes were not very clean. I noticed a piece of stubble- short hair in my last crust. I’d prefer not to think about it and probably won’t visit again. The puddings are not that pretty or worth £6*. The melted cookie dough was disappointing. I hope they might reflect on feedback and make improvements to updhold their good name.

Went here in November 2019 for my granddaughters 8th birthday,which had been booked in advance. Good choice of food for all age groups at reasonable prices. Good service from pleasant helpful staff. Would happily go again.

Came here for tea after work. Lovely food of good value and taste. We got the individual pizza deals for £15.99 and wasn’t disappointed. Loved the chicken bites starter and the salad. Superb choice and very fresh. The drinks were bottomless so we could have as much as we like. The pizzas were really tasty and couldn’t finish all mine because I was full and they kindly boxed it up for me to take home. I had the hot spicy pizza thin base and my husband got mighty meaty pa base. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait long for a table.

When the kiddies are off school this place is rammed (don't say I didn't warn you) very busy, very loud and slightly hectic. However staff are fab, very friendly and accommodating, and they literally don't stop!We popped in for the buffet lunch, there was a huge table of gents in (16 in total) so everytime my step daughter tried to get something from the buffet bar she was pushed and shoved about... this is no reflection on the establishment or staff, just rude clientele who couldn't find the patients to let and 8yr old girl get some food too.I ended up getting food for her, which at 8 didn't go down well. However food was hot, tasty and constantly replenished.Great place for lunch, I just hope next time it's a little quieter :)

We had booked a table in advance and we're glad as there were alot of people there when we arrived. We found the staff helpful, especially our server - Georgia - I think!Even though it was busy we didn't have to wait for our order for too long and enjoyed the pizzas very much. We were also pleased with the choice on the salad bar. The strawberry cheesecake was especially good but although you can return to the ice cream factory for another serving the bowls available were tiny - I think they were childrens bowls - adults could do with a larger bowl. We would recommend this Pizza Hut and would definitely eat here again.

Forgotten how great a Pizza Hut pizza really is, quick bite in the afternoon whilst shopping, excellent food, very helpful and smiling staff, decor could do with a spruce, an excellent relaxing hour, just what was needed to complete an afternoon shop.

This Pizza Hut is often rather busy so expect to queue for a bit at the weekend or evening. The service was efficient and friendly and the food was to the usual standard expected at one of these restaurants

Visited for lunch. Clean restaurant, polite staff, good service and great pizza!! Always a good experience when eating here.

We were glad that we had booked a table as it was very busy when we went,We ordered a selection of starters and pizzas all the items arrived fairly quickly and most impressively the meals were all correct considering we had changed the options quite a bit.Very impressed we will be returning (the meal deal option for £14.99 is very good )

Don't go pizza hut often as im not a massive pizza person however I was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed our food.

So in the month of January you would think companies would be grateful of bookings! Not this manager, to him it was an inconvenience.

Pizza was nice, unlimited salad bar is good. It’s Pizza Hut, you get what you pay for. We were served by a lovely member of staff who was helpful and friendly.

Worst food I’ve had for years, the pizzas tasted like the frozen type which you buy for the supermarkets I sent mine back as it taste like cardboard.

Haven’t visited the restaurant for a number of years so surprised that it hasn’t been refurbished, furniture and surroundings looked like it needed it. Staff seemed to be trying to keep it clean but obviously when you’ve got a lot of children around and self service for salads, ice cream and soft drinks it’s probably difficult. Food ok but nothing out of the ordinary and very expensive for a fast food type restaurant with such a basic environment. You can get a better environment, food range, value for money and quality in local pub type establishments.

Ended up visiting this establishment with my wife after my great-grandfather's funeral service for his dear departed lover André. We thought it would be a fitting memorial as André had always loved "the hut".

Just as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Minimal waiting time, staff friendly and helpful. Salad bar well stocked. Kids area a little messy as children are unsupervised using the sweet machines! Great food. Caters for all the family.

staff great, restaurant great, the salad bar was well kept, and staff checking on it, drinks station the same, the pizza is superb, we got a meat feast to share and a kids meal, the kids meals are for toddlers and old kids, or if you little one has a bigger appetite, prices at £5.45 and £7.45, both include refillable drink and ice cream station, we had a restaurant choice card, and would definitely return

Surprisingly good service which we hadn’t expected from a fast food establishment. The decor was getting tired but very clean. The toilets were sensibly signed and well maintained. We each ordered pizzas and they arrived quickly and were piping hot. We’d already helped ourselves from the salad bar so the pizzas proved to be bigger than our appetites, so we opted to take the uneaten portions home and after reheating we ate them the following day - and they were still very tasty. To be able to park the car and order and eat a meal/drink all within a hour was ideal for us and we’ll definitely make Pizza Hut a regular venue. Special mention to our waitress who was very helpful and pleasant - and quick.

It's a Pizza Hut, nothing special, but you know what you're getting food wise. The staff here were great though, very friendly, attentive and even though it was quite busy, the service was quick and prompt.

La última vez que fuimos a finales de Junio no ordenar los budines por el hecho nadie vino a borrar la mesa para más de 20 minutos. El personal es agradable, simplemente lento. No creo que volveremos de nuevo ahora.

He comido aquí innumerables veces el personal es fantástico las pizzas son sabrosos supream recomiendo el pollo y el pan de ajo que no recomendaría las alas de pollo son grasos y no muy agradable.

Nice a quiet although it was busy, no loud customers or Soccer on TV like we have come to expect in English Restaurants. It was a bit expensive but worth it for the good staff and nice food

We are a family of five, kids between 11 - 5. We arrived around 18:30 and were seated straight away. We then had to wait around 20 minutes before having to go looking for a waitress to place an order for drinks/food, in a half...

Went as a family with young baby and grandparents. Was quickly seen to and food arrived quickly. There is a good atmosphere and friendly staff

Comimos allí la última noche después de unas cervezas. . Pizzas. a un precio razonable y sabroso. . Pero 4 libras por una botella de cerveza es una broma. La chica que. nos atendió fue muy agradable y cortés.

Had buffet today and was very disappointed at the quality of food on offer, pizzas where cold and dry after sitting on top for some time uncovered..Pasta was hard in parts tasteless and inappealing .which in itself I found to be in unhygienic... Would never have again...Young lady who served us was very attentive and polite.

Decided to call in for tea after a busy afternoon shopping with a very excited 5 year old and a very obviously stressed mummy (me) I must say the food was lovely and fresh and out waitress Ashley O was great, she was very patient with us giving us more than enough time to decide what we would like, she made recommendations of what we may have wanted and was very attentive at the table when our food did come, although we don't eat at Pizza Hut very often I must say after this visit can see it being a more regular choice of ours, thanks to Ashley and the team, merry Christmas to you all xx

We were visiting the local area and needed somewhere to eat for tea.Having been to pizza huts before we were familiar with the food and knew what to expect. Very pleased with service, didn't have to wait long for food at all even though it was a busy Saturday late afternoon.

The staff was really helpful and showed great customer service skills, always assessing our needs, good was great and quick service, overall very pleasant visit and defiantly will be going again.

My better half and I have visited several times recently, with or without our three year old daughter. The staff are always friendly and courteous. On our most recent trip (04.06.16) the gap between our entering and being seated was almost nonexistent. Our server, Ashley, could not have been more polite and friendly. The food was up to its usual high standard. We will be returning!

fell ill after having pizza from the buffet here.. the pizzas were all cold ..compained to manager and was informed it will take about 2 hrs before any new pizza could be cooked..

Came here with my mum for a meal after work. It was a nice change as the salad bar is great for nibbles while you are waiting for your food. pizza came out smelling fresh and tasting extra cheesy it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean. would recommend for family's with children as they do special offers for kids!

We went here as a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, aging from 18months to 4 years.The selection fo food was great and there where some good offers, both couples got the £25 sharing buffet which was great value and was very nice.the also have a good choice kids menu which allowed us to find something,m even for the picky kids int he group.The service was fine, however when we asked to go in a booth as we needed a high chair, we where not permitted and where stuck up against a wall which made it difficult for us to get out and about to sort out the kids. This booth set empty during the entire time that we where there and i cannot see why we could not have used it.

rude management, who treat their staff appallingly, talking down to them in front of customers. Poor Luke warm food and a bad atmosphere. The waiting on staff are all a credit to the company but the management particularly Aziz needs addressing.

We booked here for my son's 6th birthday party. The Pizza Making Party is to be recommended. It was £8.00 per child which included unlimited visits to the salad bar, drinks machine and ice cream factory plus they also got to make their own individual pizza with a good choice of toppings. We had the conservatory part of the restaurant to ourselves and the staff were extremely helpful. The table was set with a plastic colouring table cloth, crayons, puzzle books and balloons. My son also got his own pizza making apron and a book to take home.Definitely a good place for a party with a difference. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended it.

Called in for lunch on the bank holiday Monday after Christmas. Staff very helpful accommodating my wife in her wheelchair. Pizza was delicious and the salad bar was well stocked with very fresh salad. Michelle our waitress was fun, cheerful and very helpful.We will be going again soon

I've ate here a few times and persuaded family members to eat here tonight because a member hadn't been before and I am extremely disapointed. I ordered the meat sharer to start as I bit into the chicken bite oil spat out at me burning my lip and chest & i was really embarrassed. By time I had ate my food the check back finally got done and it was to late to do anything about it. My sisters ribs looked like they had been under a heat lamp for a very long time they were dry and burnt, they looked as if the chefs had tried to cover the burn and Coated the ribs in sauce so much so that it spilt all over the plate and ruined my sisters top. (We were told by the waitress that the chef had gone a bit mad with the sauce) well I'm sorry but I'm a bit mad with my visit and will not return. I could not enjoy my food once my lip was burnt so what a waisted visit. No one asked was we okay we were rushed with our starters and mains.i would like to email someone about this or hear back from you with an explanation.

Having ordered and paid online, I went to collect only to find the order was made incorrectly. As I had paid online no refund could be given!!!! Took the order home and it was over cooked and extremely dry. Obviously their chef needs to learn to read and understand cooking times

Service fantastic. We were disappointed as like hot pizzas but the chilli's used are for some reason very sweet which isn't to our taste and not specified as sweet on menu. Pizza Hut need to provide more info on menu's as not everyone likes hot but sweet pizza's, and at the end of day their pizzas aint cheap!

The restaurant has just been modified and is clean and fresh. The food is often nice with the lunch Buffett being a hit. We ventured here whilst out and about and ordered a takeaway pizza it was piping hot I could feel the heat coming through the bottom of the box as we drove home however when I began to tuck into mine the base of the pizza was terribly soggy and put me off it was the whole pizza too not just an odd slice. Think I may think twice before ordering a soggy takeaway pizza again.

Lovely service, lovely food. Went today when it was pretty quiet but all staff seemed to be keeping them selves busy, our waitress was great and really took care of us. Salad bar was filled well, main and dessert was lovely. No complaints!

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and informative. We had a good laugh with our server. The food was excellent. Our order was checked with us, individually, after it was made. When the food arrived it was hot, freshly cooked and so tasty. Throughout our meal the staff made sure everything was ok with us. The morale between the staff on duty seemed to be good too.

Good music, good service, fresh food - short but sweet review but couldn't fault the place!We opted for a midweek lunchtime buffet - Buffet included salad bar, pizza, garlic bread and pasta.We added the soft drink refils - funky flavours from a cool machine.

Weird one, this. I'm a massive fan of The Hut because I believe they dish up the best Pizza of any chain restaurant in this country. So the food was as iI would expect, excellent. But one thing that disappoints me with this particular franchise is that you are Made to wait in the entrance area without any kind of acknowledgement each time you visit. Not for a minute or two, but maybe 15 mins before you have to take it upon yourself to get the attention of the staff. This has caused me to walk out twice before and go elsewhere but last night I was too hungry so stuck it out. We waited around 20 mins from entry to be seated. After this everything, including the service was great. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Drinks were ok - lots of different flavours, quite flat though - not enough fizz. I would recommend that they spend an extra £7 an hour putting another body on the shop floor who is responsible for meeting, greeting and allocating tables.

I took my daughter and 6 of her friends to Pizza Hut in Aintree for her birthday treat. I rang early morning and asked to book a table for 8 later that lunchtime. Not a problem. From arrival to leaving the service was excellent (not easy when you've got seven 10 year olds to sort out). The kids meals are great value with a pizza, unlimited drinks and unlimited salad. Plus for an extra £1.50 you get unlimited ice cream. 7 very happy girls afterwards!! Despite the fact the restaurant was very busy the service was first class

My twin grandchildren had there birthday party there and altogether there were 16 children there, and they made there own Pizzas and the staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble to them, I would recommend it as a party for young children, then my Husband and I had a pizza when all the children had gone home. Excellent staff and lovely fresh pizzas.

We attended this restaurant on 3rd January around 3pm. Obviously it was busy so had a little bit of a wait for a table. When seated we asked the male manager if my eldest daughter could have a large spaghetti bolonase as she didn't feel like pizza he said this wouldn't be a problem just explain to the server. So the young lady came to take our order and was so helpful sorting out all our requests. The only down side was drinks machine wasn't working so waitress had to replenish our drinks (which she did great) but the girls were looking forward to the different flavours. Food was delicious and service was fabulous. Can see this becoming a regular place to visit.

Our party of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby visited on a Monday afternoon. Upon entering we were told to wait as they were busy. About 10 minutes later we were told our table would be ready shortly, time passed and we were told again they were getting our table ready.During this wait more and more people were piling in and were being told to wait - so much so that the entire entrance area was blocked with several people who were told to wait.Finally we were shown to our table.We have been to this restaurant on many occasions prior to its recent refurb, however we all felt it was all very squashed with very little room and was quite dark.It was obvious there was not enough staff to cope with the number of diners, this became more evident as our visit progressed.Apart from my 5 year old grandson, we all opted for the buffet, advertised as unlimited pizza, pasta, garlic bread and salads. Added to this we chose refillable soft drinks - we were told the waitress would have to get our refills as the self serve machine was broken. The waitress who served was obviously very stressed as she tried to attend to several tables at once - poor girl.As each one of us went to select our food it was obvious there was very little to select from, no pasta at all and limited pizzas. We asked whether the food would be replenished, we were told yes. We all went up and down at different intervals to see if it was, which in itself was awkward as we were stuck in a corner, there still was very little to choose from and still no pasta. The food we'd had thus far was not very nice, dry and not very warm. By now we needed more drinks, again another long wait, with our drinks only be being replenished just before we were ready to go.Worse was yet to come when one of party found a hair on their pizza, definitely not theirs as he is totally bald!By this time we'd had enough and spoke to the manager about the awful food, service and hygiene. He agreed to refund our bill and apologised, he did not mention the hair in the food but said they were busy, but that's no excuse!We felt that if the place had been adequately staffed it may have made a difference, though the food quality left a lot to be desired!

Me and 3 work colleagues visited for lunch as a treat. We were quickly seated, it was fairly quiet when we arrived but steadily got busier. We chose the lunchtime buffet. Fantastic value with plenty of choice of pizza and fresh salad all eat as much as you want! The food was delicious and the staff friendly and polite all in all really good and well worth a visit.

Six of us, all adults visited her on 12 Dec 2014 for an early evening meal. Usual wide selection of food one expects from Pizza Hut. Friendly and attentive staff, great value for money. Everyone of us has more than enough to eat and at less than £15 per head good value. Recommend.

Nice compact Pizza Hut with very friendly staff.We were served quickly and didn't have to wait long for our Pizza to arrive. In the interim, we had made use of the salad bar which was well stocked and kept spotlessly clean.The pizza was well cooked and very tasty and although we were hungry after a long journey, couldn't manage to finish off a large pizza & had to box some to take with us.If in the area again, will definitely consider using this restaurant again.

Well, what can I say. For the price I wouldn't bother an Asda or for that matter Dr Oetker pizza is much nicer. Horrendously overpriced. The sides I chose chips and wings are a lot nicer than the pizza. I chose ham and mushroom but it appeared to be a tomato puree pizza! It's not good. A frozen Iceland pizza for 89 p is nicer!

A family pre cinema meal. The quality of the pizzas was excellent and the tastes were new. Service was good the cost of unlimited Pepsi is about 2.5 gbp. Make of that what you will.Overall really enjoyed it

Living local to the area, I find myself visiting this establishment on a frequent basis and there is good reason for that; delicious, wholesome food (as you would expect from a Pizza Hut) and great service from all the staff as well.The service is always expedient and you are seated very quickly. And shortly thereafter, you have a drink on the table and your order is at the pass in the kitchen. The servers are always so amicable, helpful and diligent in their conduct and always look to ensure your needs are met.I feel the price is good for the food you receive. Obviously, it's not somewhere you would go every night for a meal and if you treat it as a special occasion, it is definitely affordable. We often tend to go for a nice bite to eat before heading to the local cinema to watch a flick! (I say heading, we generally roll out of the restaurant given the swelling in our stomachs).Overall, I would definitely recommend it as either a meal for a special occasion or somewhere to grab a nice, comfortable bite-to-eat after a hard day's retail therapy or a trip to the cinema.In particular, I would like to extend a special thanks to one of the servers, Chris, who provides us with a great service each and every time we visit. Yeah it's a standard Pizza Hut, nothing great and nothing special. Service is friendly and fast and food is as good as any other to be honest. Plenty of parking available.

I'd never been to Pizza Hut before. I found the usual menu to be quite expensive. However. The buffet menu was great value at £6.99. The staff were friendly, restaurant was clean but needed some basic maintenance being done.The food was really tasty and freshly cooked, I loved the fact you found pick and choose pastas, pizzas a and salad bar - and you can keep going back. We had pudding to the chocolate fudge cake was awesome, very generous portion and there was a layer of white and dark chocolate mousse - loved it.I'll definitely be going back!

Went here late September. Pizzas OK but the salad bar was a bit of a concern. A good few of the whole cherry tomatoes were either split or very soft, suggesting they were past their best and the nachos were ... well .. chewy ie stale or left out too long. Other than that the staff were attentive and great with my granddaughter.

Can't go wrong at Pizza Hut! Service and food was good. Lunch buffet is worth every penny. Salad bar is one of the best and its free!

We love this place, it is everything you expect from Pizza Hut but the thing that makes this one great is the staff, we visit here regularly and have done since the children were little, they are now teenagers and the one thing guarenteed to be able to get us all together are the words ' fancy a Pizza hut night'...It is the staff, the friendliness of the people, they just make the family feel at home without breaking the bank.
