Gutted that I had to give them one star, would love to give zero despite the finished article being a good pizza. Ordered a pizza for collection, got home and realised that they had put ghurkins on instead of green peppers, a million miles away from each other, not even sure why gherkins are an option for a pizza. Rang up to complain and was told that they would remake the pizza. I said I was unhappy that I had to spend the time and petrol sorting out their problem and I was told that there was nothing they could do. Basically take it or leave it. When I went back to the store the guy hardly spoke English and it seemed the rest of the staff was the same. Used to love this branch but there have definitely been changes here recently for the worse. This is not the first time I have had issues here recently but it will definitely be the last. I will never shop at Domino's again!!!

Received the wrong pizza as requested no chicken, yet there were small pieces of chicken on it. They sent a new pizza out and it was totally wrong yet again. I requested a refund but the manager has refused. I won’t be using again.

Always spot on, delivered in less than 30 mins and piping hot 👏

I ordered a vegan pizza, but it arrived with small meatball pieces mixed in with the vegetables. When I called to address the issue, they initially denied the mistake but later offered a refund, which I haven't received yet. BTW I disposed of it in the trash.

Swathi Gulapalli, the HR of the store has scheduled an in-store interview and when we travel all the way spending time to the store, they say no more staff required. No information passed on. Unprofessional.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to collect an online order to be told someone else had collected it. As this wasn’t possible I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that he couldn’t take the loss! They have names of customers on a visible screen and do not check what people have ordered but just hand out pizza to anyone, great store if you have no money but want to steal somebody else’s pizza. Just say name on top of screen and off you go, absolutely disgusting. Have emailed head office and getting in touch with my bank today. Do not order from this store unless you want to buy a stranger dinner as the managers attitude is disgraceful

Zero customer service!!! Rude foreign man, with no common sense shouting on the phone, will never bother again what a waste of money and energy absolute idiots!!!!!!

I orderd couple times from them. 3 orders were an absolute nightmare. 2 complete wrong, nothing from what I asked and the 3r order showed up like this (both pizza completely burnt). I ring and a angry man answered. He said they will send new pizza but he want the pizza I received back. Anyway wouldn’t eat those pizzas

I have recently visited this store!!! The shift manager was preetham!!! Absolutely great service and a pleasant management!!! Would strongly recommend this store.

I ordered two large pizzas, one of them had a piece taken out of it. When I called to complain they said they would resend another pizza, but I had to return the original. I wouldnt have eaten it anyway but I dont appreciate the incinuation that I'm just trying to scam them out of an extra pizza. Considering the amount of pizzas I've ordered in the past. God knows what there staff do to the food. An accusing customers of being dishonest isn't a way to run a business. I won't be ordering from there again.

22 pizza's ordered for staff earlier in the night. All ready when we went to pick them up. Staff member who served us was very pleseant. Would go again.

Absolutely appalling service. Manager screaming in back of shop No customer service whatsoever No food even though ordered via app, order showing in shop but they couldn't find it Requested refund didn't want to give but eventually said they had processed it but will take a week. As someone else stated answering phone while preparing pizza without washing hands after. Do not recommend will never return. Complaint sent to head office

Do not order absolutely filthy, food was disgusting went to collect staff answering phones while making pizzas food all over ther hands then return back to making pizzas, attitude of the supposedly area manager was disgusting, found piece of plastic in my pizza, do not order from here🤢🤢🤢

Absolute joke of a place, sent wrong pizza and refused to sort it out! Shift runner was blatently untrained. Shocking service and will never use again

Shocking customer service we ordered 2 pizzas & 1 wrap which wrap was missing when driver delivered our order, my husband rang the shop to ask where it was to which the male on the phone said driver forgot to take it then put the phone down before he got chance to say anything else x really bad service!!!

After waiting over an hour for delivery I called the store to find out where my order was to be met with a very abusive manager who said it was down as collection, I explained I never get collection only delivery and asked for refund manager said no, only after saying I’m going to ring head office did manager say he would refund me, this was on the 10th I called yesterday to see if refund had been processed to be told it had not and the assistant manager said they could not help until they had spoke to the manager who was on holiday after 10 years of orders you would think they valued my custom but apparently not

The reviews from 2 years ago nearly scared us away, but we figured changes must have taken place. They have, its just a nice place to grab a Dominos. Staff were busy but pleasant, food was yum.

Found a hard bit in my pizza, honestly think it was bone, nearly shattered my tooth! Imagine if a child had that pizza and choked!!!

0 stars, terrible service, them three undercooked food. Have given them 3, chances they managed to mess up the order in a andcreativr new way every time. When I sent it back they did not return or give my money back so they stole my money. Was given a voucher to use there and they still got it wrong. Avoid at all costs. If you have no other choice, collect and check each and every item thoroughly before you leave the store.

Grate place and staff are so helfull and help you with your order. Always good after a long hard day at the races at Aintree

Two employees working six orders. One guy taking orders, making pizzas while wiping the sweat off his forehead. People coming in for phone orders and pizzas were forgotten about and not prepared. Collected our pizzas which were garlic bread and cheese, barely any cheese on our pizzas was basically a piece of dough. Didn't even slice it. This is the second time in just three weeks we've had poor pizzas the quality has really deteriorated. Another lost customer. Old roan is a small area with a lot of familiar faces. Be very careful, your business will soon fall flat if you keep providing poor pizzas and service.

Guy making my pizza was like a pizza wizard and AND I got garlic dipping sauce.. what a win on a stumbling walk home.

Pizza arrived damaged, squashed and the toppings all over the box. Rang the store and they refused to swap the pizza.

Terrible. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Sick to death of getting poor pizzas. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Rang up to complain about lack of sauces on pizza, manager refused to come to the phone and discuss it. I’ve had ongoing issues for months and was ignored, so I gave up complaining until today. I’m convinced they have a vendetta against me. I would not recommend this chain to anyone. Try Pizza Hut or literally anywhere else.

If I could have rated it a zero then I would have. I ended up putting the two pizzas in the bin. They were so thin and over cooked. The pizza was dry and crispy. There was hardly any topping on the hot and spicy. Sorry I will never buy from Domino's again. Poor value and inedible. I have taken photos if the manager wants to contact me.

This is one of the worst delivers I ever had. Didn't receive any of my sides. Pizza came cold, took over 30 minutes to get my sides to me. The staff and manager I spoke to was rude and put the phone down on me when I was making my compliant. They wouldn't refund any of my order and didn't apologise for the inconvenience. Would never order from here again.

We have always orderd from dominos but the second time we have orderd dominos in the last phew months and had nothing but problems we orderd wedges and salad, the wedges had no coulor on them at all and were cold and badly under cooked the salad didnt look anything like the picture it had 3x tiny malteser size mazarella balls, 3x pices of diced tomoato and no rocket or plum as it says there should be on the picture we rang up and spoke to a girl calld BETH as soon as i requested a refund or another salad and wedges she instantly had a bad attitude when i asked for a refund she said she was putting me through to the manager but insted put me on hold and then said the manager said no i cant have a refund because what i was given is what its ment to look like as it does on the picture?so in the end i was told i have to wait 5 days untill the head office decide if i can have my money back!!! i would NOT recomend the Aintree Donimo' to anyone its worth spending the extra 5 mins getting to another one insted of ringing up and having to put up with staff like BETH who are rude and cant be a**ed doin their job, and having to take attitude when they are the ones who have made mistakes............
