I love bibiyana formerly Aintree tandoori Ive been going for around 7 years and I know that the service is amazing and there always kind and friendly also the meals are delicious with a perfect blend of traditional spices

Terrible customer service used to be my go to however got extremely rude and aggressive over the phone regarding a just eat order not going through properly. At first I was told they are not on just eat after having just ordered with them, when I phoned back to double check I was aggressively told to stop phoning them and to leave them alone and that they 100% weren’t on just eat all while I’m sat there on their just eat page. looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem stay well clear avoid

Good food been eating here since it was aintree tandoori. The food is lovely alot of bad reviews from before the name change and new owners. Well worth a visit

Oh dear .. What a most inappropriate n condescending attitude from the management .. when phoned to explain they had not fulfilled our phone order for delivery ! ! ... Not the response you would anticipate when they not delivered what I have paid for . ! ! I am cancelling the payment .. you got a problem ... ! ! You come to me .. n we sort ! !

I have eaten in many Indian and Nepalese restaurants throughout the UK! But none of them have been better than the meal I have eaten tonight the food and service was excellent, the portions were generous and the service was perfect, I am looking forward to the opportunity of visiting again?

Excellent service and food. Asked for the food to be made spicy for me and it was perfect. Everything we ordered was seasoned perfectly. Food came out nice and hot. Would definitely visit again.

food was fantastic, arrived quickly to table, BUT the the bill was not right at all. Because it was a hand written bill it could not be deciphered at all-so we were scammed for a sunday deal which should have cost £70 at max for £110-anyway you live and learn! We had made a reservation but they were shocked we arrived Customer service was not great the guy was pretty rude used to be great as Aintree tandori but not so sure now

Booked a table online for 5:30pm, get there at 5:30pm. No staff around and restaurant very busy. We walk over to the bar and tell the barman we have a table booked for 5:30pm to which he looks shocked. He looks around the restaurant and says it'll be about 10-15 minutes. Asks if we would like a drink while we wait. Obviously not checked for online bookings and reserved tables but just filled up from walk ins. Order a drink and he says, sorry we don't have that. Only bar in Merseyside if not the whole country that doesn't have Vodka! So we order a beer and a diet coke. 35 minutes later, no sign of the table still so we ask to pay for the drinks and cancel the table. First member of staff says he doesn't know how to work the till and gets the other guy who served us originally. He then says table will be ready in next 10-15 minutes... You told us that 35 minutes ago! Just said, can we pay and go. No apologies for keeping us waiting nearly 40 mins by that time. What's the point of having an online booking system if you don't use it?! Terrible service, not friendly and will never go back again. Had high hopes for this place and the food might be great but I'll never find out because the service is shocking!!

We were the 1st people in the restaurant when it opened and we waited over an hour for our food, takeaways were being sent out before ours. So we walked out. Terrible service.

Horrendous Service and Rude Staff: A Warning to All Potential Customers I had the unfortunate experience of calling Bibiyana Indian Cuisine Restaurant & Bar to inquire about their menu offerings, specifically asking if they served masala tea. However, instead of receiving a simple answer, I was met with the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. The staff member who answered the phone was not only rude but downright hostile, shouting at me as if I had committed a grave offense by asking a simple question. It's one thing for a restaurant not to serve a particular item, but it's another entirely to treat potential customers with such disrespect and disdain. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Bibiyana. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice and perhaps choose a place where they will be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Booked a table for 11pm which it allowed a reservation for turned up on time in complete darkness never ever use this restaurant again discusting

We’ve been using this restaurant for a long time - from it being Aintree Tandoori and we had some good food back then. Since it has changed name it really appears to have gone downhill, we ordered through JustEat and the food arrived bang on time. We ordered a house special Biryani and a Tandoori sizzler. Both items were lukewarm and after cutting into the Tandoori Chicken the meat was still pink inside. The Biryani had the consistency of wet cement and the curry sauce was just lumpy and thick, little to no flavour. The Peshawari Naan was like eating raw dough and had a claggy texture.We’ve complained to the establishment, the manager offered us the same meal again - no thanks! We’ll see what just eat say and try to get a refund. We will not be ordering or eating at this restaurant again.

The food was delicious and definitely freshly cooked. It's a lovely place and I know we'll go there again. Thumbs up.

Food really nice and good value, staff very friendly.

Went here as it was the nearest place for a curry to where we were staying. Didn't disappoint. Chose 3 meals to share out. All three were very good, although the dish we would both normally choose (lamb karahi) was not as good as the other two dishes. Can't remember the dish names but one was a mild chicken dish with a fruity/coconutty flavour and had cheese on (this was a real surprise for us and was delicious), and the other dish had chicken, lamb and king prawn in a coriander and chilli based sauce and this was also really good and full of flavour. My king prawn purri starter was also very good.

Don’t be put off by the poor reviews on here. Most of them related to Aintree Tandoori which was closed months ago. This new management is much better. Food some of the best I’ve tasted outside of India and service is excellent. We will be coming back soon that’s for sure

Great location. Had a lamb Tindaloo and was hot and tasty. Next time going for a phaal. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to please. Defo be back with friends and family.

Bangladeshi Haldi is best curry ever. Always a very tasty curry some good unusual choices on the menu

Waiting 1 hours 30 minutes and still no food so went to the desk and told them I was leaving and wanted to pay for my drinks and poppadoms was charged 20 quid and got no apology for not receiving my food

Very good variety of interesting dishes. Not your run of the mill curry. Good quality! One of the best Indian subcontinent restaurants in north Liverpool. Good value.

Was charged more than was stated on takeaway menu, when I questioned it I was told that the menu was not up to date, very odd because the menu I used was given to me by a member of staff earlier the same day, won't be coming back any time.

Just do yourself a favour and avoid. Not a pleasant experience.

Need to updates their business hours. Reached there at 10.10pm, but infomed us there were closed. Ring them before makes any plan to visit.

Please change your timing in the website because we reached at 10:15 pm it’s closed but mentioned timing 11:00 pm

I ordered 2 pints of Carling larger neither of them tasted right i asked for them to be changed and was told i would have to pay for them anyway which i didn't and left i will not be going back. bad management

My local Indian restaurant...I've been going here for years now....love the manager...love the staff....love the food....nothing else to say really

Dined at Aintree Tandoori on many occassions, Staff are attentative and the choice of dishes is unbelievable. I can personally recommend for Starters the Mixed kebab and main course the Chicken Tikka Balti with Pilau rice and any of there Naan breads. Needless to say this was washed down with a pint of Draught Cobra lager. Waiting time for each course may be a little longer than normal, but you know that your dish has been freshly prepared. Will be returning back there very soon👍

Melts. Avoid if you want to eat. Ordered through Deliveroo and food never arrived. Deliveroo weren't much help so called them direct to see if they could help and they said 'so what' contact Deliveroo and then put the phone down.🤪😂

Collected a takeaway. Was ready on time, decent prices but positives stop there unfortunately. The food was so bland - biriyani, curry sauce, chicken chat and pakora. All bland, with no flavour at all. The latter two were so greasy too, as was the naan. The dips were really poor too. Really disappointed and feel like I've wasted nearly £30. I'll be sticking to Gate of India in Crosby from now on. First and last time I'll go to Aintree Tandoori.

Boss lovely food. Waiters are just a bit slow and lack being attentive even when they see you calling for there attention. They don't seem to priotise customers in when they come in on arrival.

Food was nice, but some staff need to brush up on their customer service skills, and a smile wouldn't go a miss

This is a place you need to try . The food is amazing and the service is fantastic . The staff couldnt be be more attentive .

Service is so slow, waited over 1 and a half hours for it to arrive only for it not to be what I ordered, I understand mistakes can be made but they didn’t seem to care less, whole table had finished before I started and still they didn’t seem to be bothered The quality of food was poor and service is terrible, I will never be coming back or recommending anyone to eat there.

Worst meal ever! Food was watery and very bland, lacked any flavour like they had rushed the order. Chutney looked like vomit and was watery too. Would definitely not recommended this Indian if I could rate 0* that would be my rating. Very disappointed and when I called no-one answered.

Ordered food at 5.15. Its now 8.45 and still waiting! Rang twice. First call went to Voicemail. Second one he didnt sound like he was totally confused. Its on its way,he said. That was 40 mins ago! Update: never did get the order. After another call,someone rang me back and said another order from my street had ordered at the same time and my order was overlooked. I asked for a refund and Id go elsewhere. Money has gone from my account but they say they never received it! Never again. And it was such lovely food!!.. usually!😒

Absolutely disgraceful tonight. Booked a table on the phone for 7pm and walked down to the restaurant to be told our table wasn't ready. We waited an no one come to help us. The whole restaurant was full of people in the same boat. What is the point of booking a table if you cant give us one!

Excellent food and pleasant staff. We did wait a while for our food, however, it was well worth the wait. The restaurant was very busy, people taking advantage of the government incentive. Staff coped very well with the challenge!

Worst Indian EVER!!!! Booked a table for 7.30. Got there and had to wait while they tried to find us a table!!!!!! After we told them we had booked they offered us a drink while we waited but that didn't come to fruition. They seemed to find it funny that we complained. The food was awful and bland after we had it thrown on our table. Do not waste your time.

For food 5 stars! But unfortunately our favourite restaurant let us down tonight. The restaurant was absolutely freezing, so cold we could actually see our breath. We've always eaten here as it's so local but unfortunately its always so cold. Our food was even going cold so fast due to the temperature. We were so disappointed as the food is actually amazing! We informed staff but we really didn't notice much difference with the heating actually on as its quite a drafty building too. Such authentic, flavourful food but ruined by the extremely chilly environment ☹

Utterly appalling service. Ordered food for 7pm. Was given a revised time of 7:30. 8pm I phoned the restaurant to see where order was. I was told it was next out for delivery. 8:30 still no food. Was unable to get in touch with the restaurant. 8:45 drove down to restaurant to ask where the food was. Staff said the food was still being cooked. Waited 30 mins in restaurant and was finally handed the food. Food was mostly cold and dried up upon opening at home. Very tasty but very disappointed with the food. Service was horrendous. When I enquired about a refund or discount whilst at the restaurant the staff said ‘You have to go through just eat’. Well I did this and then received the message from the restaurant ‘We will not be issuing a refund as the delivery driver was stuck in heavy traffic.’ A complete lie. Would never ever use again. Staff clueless, rude and service worst I’ve ever had anywhere. Avoid!

We ordered our food at 6.30 on just eat, said it would be delivered by 7.55... still bo food rang at 8 said it would be another 45 mins. Rang back at 8.30 and phone was off the hook l. Then they had the cheek to call us at 10pm and ask if we still wanted food as it still hadn't been cooked absolutley disgraceful never again first time ordering and defo last time

First time, last time, its a bit shabby from outside, but nice decor inside. Very cold had to keep our coats on. Service slow, meals bland, not cooked from fresh. both different meals ordered yet both bright red in colour and both tasted the same, cocunut. We have had better meals. Would i recommend no, would i return no.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated with no one taking our order so went to the bar and asked if we could order. 5mins later and still no one coming despite there being only one other couple in restaurant. Just had to walk out!

Sat by main entrance... It was cold.. Breezy and noisey... There were some people who were loud and drunk.... Did not enjoy at all

The food was tasty and good service. However not the most flavorful Indian meal I've ever had. Prawns were a little over priced. Beautiful inside.

First time there , service good very friendly ,starters we both chose we both tried each others equally nice , and left enough time before main meal ,lamb jalfrezi and I think lamb Rogan Josh we decided on Bombay potatoes and one pilau rice ,to share and keema which we both enjoyed and more than enough ,sadly to full to have afters ,we will return definitely xxxx
