Henry's take away restaurant in Sefton

2 meat kebab lamb and chicken with mint sauce was delicious as we're the red salt chips. was delivered hot and driver was lovely.

the 2 meat kebab hardly had any meat on it. I rang the shop to complain and got a replacement. that was better but not worth nearly £13 I paid with the high delivery charge

The food was unfortunetly cold/uncooked and had to go in the bin.

my order was late and I had to call the restaurant as part of the order wasn't delivered

Delivery driver was appalling and shouldn’t be working in customer service! Rang the buzzer and said he was here, I said il be right down, put on my shoes and hoodie, realised my key was in the other hoodie and went and got them. When I got downstairs the driver went off saying I had taken forever , I apologised saying I couldn’t find my keys. He then carried on berating me, And in the end, I had to stop him and remind him that I am the customer

Order arrived, no sources no salad I would've thought this was pure basic what the rest of the meal was very good

texture and flavours of the meats were fantastic. the portion size of the meats, was amazing. the hot chilli sauce was top notch. All that, was all served piping hot. ( even the fries, as we all know are the hardest thing to keep hot), and please don't take this a criticism, but them fries, slightly let this brilliant establishment down. Need to change them fries. Would I order again, absolutely, would I recommend, absolutely, but I would swerve the fries. Beautiful meal. 99.5%. many thanks

We were missing a few items and the items that we did receive were cold. Also ordered spring rolls and got sent samosas which one of us cannot eat due to allergy.

Food was gorgeous as always, they forgot an item but that item was delivered within 20 mins. Lovely service also ☺️

Unusual for this place to deliver late - Received order 10 mins later than latest expected time provided although delivery driver did appologise which was appreciated. Food was cold as a result needing to be re-heated to eat.

Really disappointed. Kebabs were mainly salad with barely any meat and thr chips were cold and most of them were rock solid you couldn't eat eat them

Ordered a chicken tikka wrap, chicken nice but there where only about 8 small pieces. Also ordered a chicken tikka kebab on naan bread again tasty but half of it was salad hardly any chicken,naan was burned and rock hard. Fries were also rock hard and had to go in the bin.

Great food as always, kebab was slightly under their usual high standards today but it won’t stop me from ordering again. Kids were really happy with their pizzas.

Food was OK 👍 I used to always give 5 stars 🌟 maybe different chef now? I don't know? I got the ribs which were nice enough...I also got the lamb kebab with salad etc....the only salad I got was a ton of Iceberg lettuce to fill the carton??? no onion...no tomato...no cucumber...disappointed as henrys was always my favourite place!! I don't know what's going on but they don't seem to have the same care for the customers and the food like they used to? Sorry guys 😔

Delicious kebabs would definitely recommend

Starting to get quite disappointed when this used to be my go-to place. Food luke warm at absolute best on arrival. Chicken dry as anything, naan tasted stale and crumbly. Cheesy chips were cold and tasted old and came with brown lettuce on top for some weird reason? I never requested lettuce - especially as the few times I have (on kebabs etc) on previous orders it’s been slimy and brown. Just dead disappointed and fully given up with trying food from here again. Waste of money.

Henry’s is a fantastic stop off place after a night out as well as a fantastic place to order food for a cheeky saturday date night in! the food is amazing & staff are lovely. Best thing is the spicy mayo 10/10. Favourite place!

2nd to none! Quite honestly the best kebabs I've ever had and I'm a bit of a self proclaimed expert because Kebabs are my takeaway food of choice

Experince in restaurant was great. Some of my order was missing though. I ordered 8 wings and only got 5

I don't mind waiting for 2 hours for food if I'm told that's how long it will be. However, if I'm told its an hour but then have to wait 2.5 hrs for it to arrive I'll be really pissed off. And they switched their phone off so I couldn't even speak to someone. Update: The food eventually arrived 3hrs later at 3am, by which time everyone had gone to bed. I requested a refund but was refused.

Absolutely awful. Used Just Eat and waited over 2 hours. Every time we contacted Henry's we were told the food was 5 minutes away. Don't bother. Average food, awful service.

The delivery was delayed, I’d contacted Just Eat to report this, after waiting an additional 10 mins from the later estimated delivery time. The food arrived 5 mins later, was hot and up to the usual quality. These things happen!!

Henry's is usually very reliable, and the burger was amazing, but there was something up with the chicken - more of a grey mush than white meat, the cat wouldn't even try it.

Ordered at 5.30 for delivery at 6.30 chased it at 7 12 told it had left, status changed to delivered at 7.23 and was finally delivered at 7.45.chips cold and hard didn't end up eating it, it was horrible

was fabulous! First time I've ordered the red salted fries 🍟 they were so tasty!! my 3 meat kebab was huge...loads of salad etc...the girl who delivered was lovely x I've ordered a lot of meals from these guys....this was the best one ...thankyou
