Henry's take away restaurant in Sefton

The food was poorly made I ordered spring rolls and they where burnt and my cheesy chips weren’t even melted wouldn’t get this again at all🤮

Hit and miss. Sadly all the hot food was cold - chips & garlic bread inedible - and the dips & salad were all hot. Disappointing as we’d ordered similar a few nights ago and it was lovely.

My food has not arrived. Noone answering the phone. Terrible service when the app says delivered enjoy your food.

I could have walked to the restaurant and picked it up myself it was that late. Actually from the time of ordering, it would have been quicker for me to go out and eat at a restaurant. Not good guys, used to be a lot better than this

Not good!..The 3 meat kebab whicmain part of meal came rolled up like a sausage/pitta roll and wrapped in foil?? was all squashed together, mushy and cold! garlic bread was hard and cold as where the burger and chips. The chicken was l luke warm so I ate that...was nice and tasty....I gave you 3 stars still because you rang me about an item being unavailable which was great cust service and you are normally deliver amazing food hopefully a on

Awful food was cold when it arrived

the kebabs and pizzas from here are absolutely incredible. you never expect the best lamb from a takeaway but the lamb in the kebabs is quality, soft and tender and full of flavour.

It’s amazing place does the best cheese burgers and the owner is so kind it’s a clean a perfect restaurant and they are fast on delivery

Ribs were to die for!! Literally just fell off the bone and so tender!! mixed chicken tikka and lamb kebab was lovely and plenty of salad onions tomatoes etc...1 slight fault was my chicken tikka was way too hot and spicey??...Ate It all tho so still 5 stars from me!! You can't please everyone everytime x thankyou guys x

Ordered two kebabs chicken kebab was perfect donner kebab was perfect. Naans were on point. Chips were lovely. Garlic bread was fresh and tasted great! Onion rings were sound kids loved them! 10/10

Was one of my favourite pizza places to eat. Last time I ordered waited 1.5hrs for food to be cold. Thought I’d Tried again tonight as I have been coming for for years, told me 45mins wait and am still waiting after 1:45mins. Not good enough, won’t be ordering again such a shame.

the 2 meat kebab hardly had any meat on it. I rang the shop to complain and got a replacement. that was better but not worth nearly £13 I paid with the high delivery charge

Delivery driver was appalling and shouldn’t be working in customer service! Rang the buzzer and said he was here, I said il be right down, put on my shoes and hoodie, realised my key was in the other hoodie and went and got them. When I got downstairs the driver went off saying I had taken forever , I apologised saying I couldn’t find my keys. He then carried on berating me, And in the end, I had to stop him and remind him that I am the customer

Order arrived, no sources no salad I would've thought this was pure basic what the rest of the meal was very good

texture and flavours of the meats were fantastic. the portion size of the meats, was amazing. the hot chilli sauce was top notch. All that, was all served piping hot. ( even the fries, as we all know are the hardest thing to keep hot), and please don't take this a criticism, but them fries, slightly let this brilliant establishment down. Need to change them fries. Would I order again, absolutely, would I recommend, absolutely, but I would swerve the fries. Beautiful meal. 99.5%. many thanks

We were missing a few items and the items that we did receive were cold. Also ordered spring rolls and got sent samosas which one of us cannot eat due to allergy.

Unusual for this place to deliver late - Received order 10 mins later than latest expected time provided although delivery driver did appologise which was appreciated. Food was cold as a result needing to be re-heated to eat.

Ordered a chicken tikka wrap, chicken nice but there where only about 8 small pieces. Also ordered a chicken tikka kebab on naan bread again tasty but half of it was salad hardly any chicken,naan was burned and rock hard. Fries were also rock hard and had to go in the bin.

Really disappointed. Kebabs were mainly salad with barely any meat and thr chips were cold and most of them were rock solid you couldn't eat eat them

Food was OK 👍 I used to always give 5 stars 🌟 maybe different chef now? I don't know? I got the ribs which were nice enough...I also got the lamb kebab with salad etc....the only salad I got was a ton of Iceberg lettuce to fill the carton??? no onion...no tomato...no cucumber...disappointed as henrys was always my favourite place!! I don't know what's going on but they don't seem to have the same care for the customers and the food like they used to? Sorry guys 😔

Starting to get quite disappointed when this used to be my go-to place. Food luke warm at absolute best on arrival. Chicken dry as anything, naan tasted stale and crumbly. Cheesy chips were cold and tasted old and came with brown lettuce on top for some weird reason? I never requested lettuce - especially as the few times I have (on kebabs etc) on previous orders it’s been slimy and brown. Just dead disappointed and fully given up with trying food from here again. Waste of money.

The pizza was squashed to one side of the box and the large chips looked the same as the small chips in a bigger box

Henry’s is a fantastic stop off place after a night out as well as a fantastic place to order food for a cheeky saturday date night in! the food is amazing & staff are lovely. Best thing is the spicy mayo 10/10. Favourite place!
