KFC Aintree - Grand National Avenue in Sefton

THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO. 30mins till close & all the fryers were obviously turned off , so they had no food and try to substitute for cheaper stuff. Paid ridiculous price for basically just some chips. Would not recommend. Should’ve just told us to go maccies.

I was a customer of this KFC for many years, at the moment I will not return here anymore because of the rudeness of an employee called Ushman who thinks he is the owner of the store and thinks he has the power in his hands. Very rude guy

Been roughly 5 times now and every time the order has been either wrong completely or missing items. Also regularly asked to wait 15+ minutes despite no one else in the drive through

I ordered a zinger tower burger and when I got home it was a hash brown on a bun with no chicken fillet disgraceful

In fact it has been over 2 hours and still not arrived. I can't cancel the other either because they set it to be out for delivery. Yet the driver pin hasn't moved

We waited 2 hours for out food an it was cold when it got here

Food was cold, items were swapped for things we didn’t order

Food is missing hot wings and gravy fries and chicken are freezing cold

excellent service, food hot when arrived. delivery lad very polite. only issue was the lid hadn't been put on the gravy and it had spilt all over the bag

Delivery order through 3rd party went utterly wrong however Ashley manager sorted it on return in car to pick up order on correct terms. Disappointment turned to satisfaction but had to leave house. Well done Ashley 👍

Good delivery time but food was poor quality. Hardly no chicken on the pieces and burnt and hard to eat.

The chicken wasn’t fresh made cooked. It’s stale and tasteless. Horrible meal

Worst kfc ! Went through the drive through the lady who served us was shocking had no customer service , we had ordered at 8:38 had got our drinks then been asked to pull over our food came 9 20 minutes for 2 burgers a box of 4 chicken and a portion of chips. We paid £16 for the zinger burger deal which is £6 for 2 burgers 2 drinks and 2 chicken wings. £7 for 4 pieces of small chicken! Then 2.29 for a portion of chips Drink was gone by the time We received our food . Worst kfc by far!

Staff member was rude. Asked for an original fillet rice box meal. Got a box with rice and salad. Took the meal back and they added chicken but had my meal thrown back at me over the counter.

Went to wrong house and food missed

Asked for no salad or mayo but still got it plus it was all cold

Smallest pieces of kentucky chicken I've ever been served. Don't eat here unless you enjoy paying for measly meals

I had throw the bbq chicken in the bin couldnt pick it up let alone eat it as it was swamped in bbq sauce

there was barely any fries and got gravy instead of mash

Not happy as we ordered two burgers. Both arrived with no top of the bun so we had a piece of chicken with a bottom piece only of the burger bun. It wasn’t just one of the burgers was both. So very unhappy.

Ordered same food as last night and got half the amount of chips . Food cooked great . Whoever dished food out not good at all I paid for chips also and I received less than a handful unlike last night was spot on

I havnt received coleslaw and gravy and it's cold

driver stood outside for a good while after being buzzed into the building and he looked spaced out

wings nice and hot. fries cold but happy with delivery. Litherland kfc closer but never get your order right .

Absolutely love this place staff are so lovely wouldnt go anywere else food is always 10/10 and again staff are so lovely I’ve been going here years and standards have never dropped

Arrived an hour after it said it would originally be there. All the food was cold. Driver practically barged in the house when I opened the door.

Worst KFC!! Manager and staff were rude and dismissive, staff said order was ready to collect when they were still waiting for food to cook all to keep targets. Absolute joke.

Wrong drink again, I would never drink Pepsi Max

Not a bad KFC if you're going to sit in, but delivery is an utter joke. JustEat unwilling to give refund even though no food arrived, and no answer on the restaurant phone.

Didn't recieve my 8 hot wings Zinger Burger and my popcorn chicken

Ordered meal from here. It was late arriving from Uber eats. It was cold. It didn't taste right. Both myself and grandson feeling ill today.

Did not turn up at all but says delivered and courier has now disconnected her phone

Delivery hasn't turned up I ordered at 5.50, said delevery by 1850,at 1950 it said food was delivered at 1830,its now 1952 and I still haven't had it delivered

Missing the popcorn that i paid an extra 5.99 for so my child only likes the popcorn and only had fries for their tea

The place is run like a cheap cafe the staff are scruffy and unkept with absolutely no brains orders are constantly wrong with stuff missing and only ever give brown meat ( drumsticks or thighs ) the place is without doubt absolutely minty I would ever eat out of there again so so so un sanitary honestly it’s disgusting and the food is sub standard this chicken sandwich looks like is been cooked 3 or 4 times go somewhere else the owners of this are out of touch and have let it go to ruin

the food was delicious hot and tasty the best I've had.

The only issue is i askdd for flat got wings for my son as he wont eat the drum sticks, and i was goven a mix so hes refusing to eat 😫

asked for plain zinger burger yet came full of sauce. chips were hard and wings so crunchy that the chicken was yellow and unable to eat. Avoid at all cost. One star is too many

Last time I visited the service was ok, but the food was dismal. Chips were quite cold and pasty, as if they had cooked a long time ago and the burger just seemed dry. Very expensive for extremely low quality. won't bother returning to this one (or any). This seems to be a regular problem with KFC these days.

Ordered a Wicket Variety Bucket, which are £25, and the bucket was missing 4 sets of fries. Phoned KFC Aintree and they said it’s the responsibility of Just Eat to give a refund and they aren’t able to send the fries out separately. So disappointed, it ruined our meal.

Had suspected food poisoning twice from here. Will never be coming back.

THE CHICKEN IN MY WRAP WAS STALE. NOT FRESH. OLD CHICKEN. I WANT A FULL REFUND. IVE KEPT THE WRAP INCASE I NEED TO SEND IT IN TO FOOD STANDARDS. THIS IS DISGUSTING.

Not normally someone who leaves reviews but, this Aintree KFC was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Staff had disgusting customer service skills, unhelpful when discussed the wrong item on an order. Food was cold and has a strange taste to the chicken and the gravy. 100% don't recommend this place. Such a shame used to be such a good KFC to visit.

Fries were cold, popcorn chicken just ok

Went for my lunch today via drive through and for the first time I was blown away with the greetings from a lady on drive through. I am a regular customer at Aintree restaurant and just wanted to shout about my visit today. 5* for todays visit 16/9

Burger bun was tick head like it had been sat there hours, gravy was watery and not taste and the corn on the cob was vile

The food is always wrong and always missing items an they literally look at the customer like I'm the stupid one. Working in food myself their standards are low an services is super slow an ordered wrong. Now sat at home with 3 unhappy children one didn't even get their meal an the others 1 git the wrong wrap an 1 git the wrong size meal to what we had paid for. Super disappointing an wont be elreturning either. I would definitely look into having a specialist cleaner on store or staff who can do the job their being paid for.
