gravy full of flavour chicken not pink or tasteless absolutely lovely gravy thick n tasty piping hot drinks freezing cold honestly will never order from litherland kfc ever again Aintree kfc 10 /10

missing items and cold food, yet again I don’t know how many times KFC has done this to us, but it’s always a let down at evening meal time almost every time we order from here, it’s not the first nor the second time but multiple times missing items, how hard is it to check before letting the order go out for delivery.

I ordered specifically creamy mash large popcorn chicken a gravy n drink for my daughter and whoever made the order up kindly missed the creamy mash so now all she's eating is popcorn chicken and gravy thanks a bunch mate whoever done this order n bagged it up it's not a big order seriously how can u get it so wrong

Poor service. Ordered a 3piece chicken and was served 3drumsticks which were not fresh and looks like they were preheated and they were not nice.

Waited a very long time I was tracking the driver and he was taking food to a different location before me! But I understand that happens but the time it took for the driver to get to me was a joke! I had to go and find the driver around the road

Got a boneless banquet a twister wrap meal could put both meals in one box and none of it was edible the dirty fries are true to their name if dirty is the toilets in the pub after Friday

loads of bread and barely no chicken on it. all the chicken pieces were tiny. coleslaw was watery. there was more bean juice then beans.

The food we ordered come to £58. I was missing a full meal no Sides come with the boneless banquet and every bit of it was freezing. I work in hospitality and it is an absolute disgrace that you think to serve food this way and missing half the content is acceptable. IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING AND LIKE SHARING WHAT FOOD COMES AND EATONG IT COLD THEN CARRY ON! IF NOT THEN AVOID AT ALL COST!

THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO. 30mins till close & all the fryers were obviously turned off , so they had no food and try to substitute for cheaper stuff. Paid ridiculous price for basically just some chips. Would not recommend. Should’ve just told us to go maccies.

Totally wrong order arrived, it was actually someone’s else’s with their name on etc, tried calling a number that’s for the restaurant, no one answered as per usual! Numbers should be available to call the couriers so they can come back straight away!

I was a customer of this KFC for many years, at the moment I will not return here anymore because of the rudeness of an employee called Ushman who thinks he is the owner of the store and thinks he has the power in his hands. Very rude guy

Can of Pepsi missing from £10.49 meal deal. The 'deal' included four pieces of chicken, and all four pieces were drumsticks. Very poor value, and poor service.

Staff are poorly managed. They’ never ever read the notes on the orders, so if you’ve any allergies or special requests, go elsewhere. I asked for no legs in my bucket and receive all legs (drumsticks). Happened a few times and I’m bored of driving to the shop to have it binned and redone. The receipt the staff stick to the bag has in bold capital letters at the top NO LEGS. Won’t order from here again.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life

Been roughly 5 times now and every time the order has been either wrong completely or missing items. Also regularly asked to wait 15+ minutes despite no one else in the drive through

Delivery order through 3rd party went utterly wrong however Ashley manager sorted it on return in car to pick up order on correct terms. Disappointment turned to satisfaction but had to leave house. Well done Ashley 👍

Went through the drive through the lady who served us was shocking had no customer service , we had ordered at 8:38 had got our drinks then been asked to pull over our food came 9 20 minutes for 2 burgers a box of 4 chicken and a portion of chips. We paid £16 for the zinger burger deal which is £6 for 2 burgers 2 drinks and 2 chicken wings. £7 for 4 pieces of small chicken! Then 2.29 for a portion of chips Drink was gone by the time We received our food . Worst kfc by far!

Staff member was rude. Asked for an original fillet rice box meal. Got a box with rice and salad. Took the meal back and they added chicken but had my meal thrown back at me over the counter.

Not happy as we ordered two burgers. Both arrived with no top of the bun so we had a piece of chicken with a bottom piece only of the burger bun. It wasn’t just one of the burgers was both. So very unhappy.

Ordered same food as last night and got half the amount of chips . Food cooked great . Whoever dished food out not good at all I paid for chips also and I received less than a handful unlike last night was spot on
