KFC Aintree - Grand National Avenue in Sefton

It's OK. Service is non existing. Mayaswell cook it yourself too.

The place is run like a cheap cafe the staff are scruffy and unkept with absolutely no brains orders are constantly wrong with stuff missing and only ever give brown meat ( drumsticks or thighs ) the place is without doubt absolutely minty I would ever eat out of there again so so so un sanitary honestly it’s disgusting and the food is sub standard this chicken sandwich looks like is been cooked 3 or 4 times go somewhere else the owners of this are out of touch and have let it go to ruin

Last time I visited the service was ok, but the food was dismal. Chips were quite cold and pasty, as if they had cooked a long time ago and the burger just seemed dry. Very expensive for extremely low quality. won't bother returning to this one (or any). This seems to be a regular problem with KFC these days.

Had suspected food poisoning twice from here. Will never be coming back.

Not normally someone who leaves reviews but, this Aintree KFC was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. Staff had disgusting customer service skills, unhelpful when discussed the wrong item on an order. Food was cold and has a strange taste to the chicken and the gravy. 100% don't recommend this place. Such a shame used to be such a good KFC to visit.

Went for my lunch today via drive through and for the first time I was blown away with the greetings from a lady on drive through. I am a regular customer at Aintree restaurant and just wanted to shout about my visit today. 5* for todays visit 16/9

The food is always wrong and always missing items an they literally look at the customer like I'm the stupid one. Working in food myself their standards are low an services is super slow an ordered wrong. Now sat at home with 3 unhappy children one didn't even get their meal an the others 1 git the wrong wrap an 1 git the wrong size meal to what we had paid for. Super disappointing an wont be elreturning either. I would definitely look into having a specialist cleaner on store or staff who can do the job their being paid for.

AMAZING CHICKEN at this branch. Gave me the parts I wanted too, brilliant service. Drive through sorted in less than 5 mins

Absolutely brilliant, friendly speedy staff

This is a very professional outfit. Not my local KFC but will be my Go To KFC. No hassle. Quick service and, more importantly, a complete service. This shouldn't be an issue. The idea is: You order food. You pay for Food. You collect Food. You eat the Food you ordered. (Repeat when necessary) KFC Aintree understands this very well and works hard to maintain this. If it's possible, is there any chance you could let KFC Litherland know how things work.....2nd thoughts, don't. I'm done with them.

Delivered well made poorly. Missing hash browns and looked as though it was slapped together with no effort.

Basically they completely missed a whole boneless bucket from the meal. Then they don't answer the phone to rectify. Where has customer service gone?

Delivered very quickly and was hot, frequent just eat updates on delivery time and delivery person rang to say they were here - very good service couldn’t have asked for more.

Delivery was fast, food was hot and SOOO good. They put mayo on one of the burgers, and I very strongly dislike mayo, but other than that it was heavenly.

Unfortunately once again my order was delivered without the stated 4 dips. Why is such a simple inclusion ignored or forgotten about when compiling my order? Food was decent apart from that major omission.

I ordered food and waited over an hour for my order! My tracker stated my driver had been stuck in the same place for over an hour and a half ago! Now it says my food has been “delivered” when I still haven’t received my food! Tried calling the restaurant in aintree and no answer!

There is no better KFC location in all of Merseyside. The place is always spotless and I am guessing this shows proper good management and definitely a top staff working team. Today the 10th of May I was absolutely impressed by a member of staff, I think Chriss was his name( I don't have a good memory so apologies if I got your name wrong) he was absolutely fabulous, quick service, amazing attitude, and he makes a hell of a Chocolate Sundae the likes we always had here in this establishment. No better place for a Kfc meal, these guys make the best chicken drumsticks and the chicken strips are out of this world (don t take my word for it try it instead). What I like the most is the clean car park around it as well, always spottless, that it because management ensures that evry day around 8 Am cleaning staff cleans the car park. Amazing team!! Well done KFC!

The driver handed me the wrong food took it back an then left. £35 order to get nothing and get less than what I paid back from just eat.

Delivered 5 minutes early and the food was cold with missing items.

I placed an order for delivery at 6.34 pm. Warned of a half hour wait. It finally arrived at 7:35 stone cold. Two Zinger burger meals. Very dissapointed. The KFC is a 5 min drive away. I'd broken my foot otherwise I'd have drove there myself. 😡

I placed my order at 14.12. The original time of delivery was 14.45 and the time kept changing. It finally arrived at 16.04. 2 hours since I originally place the order. That time is unacceptable. When the driver picked up my order at the kfc in Aintree I could see on the map that he then went in the complete opposite direction to my house. By the looks of it he went to to pick up another order at McDonald’s on dunningsbridge road in Liverpool, and then again to another McDonald’s in Aintree. By the time my order finally arrived it was absolutely freezing. The driver had my order for over 40 minutes. I rarely use just eat as we usually drive but my husband has the car today so i decided to use just eat and am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. 2 hours is unacceptable. I would like a refund due to extremely poor service and the food couldn’t be eaten as it was stone cold.

What a god send after a day at the races, a lovely tower fillet burger and chips. Never let's us down, always tasty and just filling enough. Very busy but they coped wonderfully and we really appreciated the shelter after the downpour.

Ordered a simple order of 4 burgers and fries and only received half of the order! Tried to call to store the store and it just rang out. Only 2 burgers and 2 fries delivered, not enough food for everyone and had to make other food. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient :(

In general this is a great clean place to eat, an unusual entrance and not the easiest to get into. Their choice of chicken pieces in a 10 piece bucket was borderline with 3 wings & 3 drumsticks, but they were hot & tasty and friendly staff
