very nice hot chocolate and coffee slight downside was they seemed to be struggling to clear dirty dishes away

on the whole very good nice hot chocolate and coffee only downside was they seemed to be a bit short on staff so clearing of tables and general cleanliness was not great

As always the staff go above and beyond to help especially Stef she always greats you with a bit smile and a friendly chat, keep up the good work x

we visit every few months with offers via Vodaphone but this does seem to confuse them even thought it is a voucher that just get scanned but saying that the hot chocolate, coffee and cakes are all very good also very impressed that the tables are cleaned after each visit

They never have what you go for it’s an absolute joke. If use sell out of certain drinks every day why wouldn’t you order more stock?? Terrible customer service

We went for coffee, asked for 2 vegan decafs. It took 10 minutes to get it, event though there were only 4 customers (only us inside to take away, of course, we still have restrictions + 2-3 cars at the drive-through) and 4 members of staff. Imagine our surprise that we've received milk in our coffee. The staff seemed puzzled that we were upset, which is incredible considering that milk is an allergen. Not going there again, that's for sure.

I love their coffee and hot chocolate and when asked what do I want for Birthday or christmas I ask for costa vouchers.

So I decided to venture into the store for a coffee, I was the only person in the que with two members of staff behind the counter, despite the place being empty the staff never acknowledged me so I waited and waited and after 10 mins I walked out and made coffee at home. I would not mind if they was busy, but a simple acknowledgement would have kept me waiting etc,

A typical Costa in a reasonable retail park. Plenty of parking and everything else a typical Costa, Seating as usual some hard some soft but theview not great !!

3 times I’ve visited costa drive through for a drink with cream on top & all 3 times they’ve had no bloody cream. I could understand if it was mid day/ afternoon but it’s been morning times. Order some cream

We went to costa for a quick coffee and cake during a recent shopping trip. It’s always a little busy and the staff work quickly so queues aren’t long.

Whilst out shopping we needed a hot drink so we went to the main Costa in Aintree as they also have one in Next Selected a hazelnut coffee and a Chai latte both were enjoyed as attached photos

We had lunch nearby but didn’t have a drink after it, we saved ourselves so we could come here for our favourite coffee. Had a cappuccino each, delish, then departed for home. Quick service from friendly staff.

Absolutely love costa lattes. The best in the world. Also they do some lovely snacks and staff always friendly and helpful

I went to Costa with my friwnd for our lunch. We went to the Costa inside Next but it was so busy we went to the other one on the next estate instead. The service was good and quite quick but it didn't seem very clean to me. It was veey dark and dimly lit and, where we sat in the corner, there was coffee (i'm guessing) splahed all down the walls. The food was nice. However when i went to the toilet it was leaking all over the floor. Generally, i like Costa, just not this particular branch.

Went shopping on the retail park, decided to have a coffee and take a break. Couldn't resist the orange cake to go with our cappuccinos.Fab.

Not a place for a quiet coffee. Staff good but music too loud infact better without. Screaming kids. Use as a drive through and keep clear of the indoor tables.

Great and friendly staff who work here. A drive through with a nice outdoor area so you can grab a coffee whilst walking the dog.

Fast service after sitting in conference all day. Friendly staff. We took out but seating area looked good.

Always busy in here. Queue inside and drive thru always super long. But staff work hard as they can to deliver the best service. Always super nice and never had a thing wrong with my order. Always come here.

A bloke wandering around doing very little, an assistant manager who didn't listen and asked me the same question 3 times and a Barista who didn't read the order and proceeded to waste two drinks in the time I was there and it seemed se was more fussed about having a laugh.

I enjoy Costa Coffee as you know its a quality blend, so I very rarely have a bad drink. The service is usually good to very good but on this occasion I seemed to wait ages once I had placed my order. Both I and another customer had our orders, temporailly ' lost' after they fell onto the floor, so the orders were confusing and people were served before us. There serving staff were busy but they could not cope on this occasion!

Visited the store on Sunday and was so disappointed that the service was shocking. every table was littered with dirty crockery and rubbish and at no point during my visit did any staff member attempt to clean the front of house areas. Customers were sitting at dirty tables and some even left without purchasing anything it was so bad.

My girls love costa coffee me personally thinks it is over priced. When ever we go you always wait for ages to be served. Cakes nice though

Great costa with excellent seating choice. Friendly staff and it offers drive through as well. The premises are cleaner than most cost as which is an added bonus too.

After a hectic shopping trip we often pick up a coffee on the way home. The drive in is very handily positioned and coffee, and hot chocolate, is the best on the shopping estate

Very busy when we went it took a long time for the coffee as only one person was making them but it was good and service was friendly

What can be said that's not already been said?? I hate coffee like but the fruit slushies are excellent after you've been the gym so for that alone you get a 5!! Personally I hate the smell of coffee so can only drive through!!

I decided to have my lunch at Costa this week for a change if scenery. Goats cheese panniers was a dream and the flat white made to perfection. Staff in here are always friendly and chatty and the shop is very well managed

Costa coffee is always an excellent choice as I prefer this rather than star bucks. Fast serving, great coffee and a range of snacks and bites to choose from

During a shopping visit had brunch at Costa, a cappuccino and cheese/ mushroom Toastie very hot and tasty. Staff on the ball, friendly quick service, Sadly not one newspaper anywhere!

Slightly overpriced hot chocolate but it's quite good my wife loves the coffee and biscuits but as they don't pay enough tax I won't be back

Considering my freind and I have worked for Costa collectively over 8 years+ and visited many up and down the country, this has got to have been the most disappointing visit. We asked for a small caramel mocha, perfectly fine, a small black americano, again perfectly fine.. However when it came to a small latte in a take away cup - this seemed to be a problem. As myself and my friend know, a small latte to TA contains 2 shots of coffee as the TA cup is bigger.. the barista tried to argue the fact that it came with 1 shot, and served it in a medium cup.. which defeats the object and still should contain 2. After taking the drink back 2 times, having it remade we decided to leave it and not make any more of a fuss, but as Costa barista maestros we'd hope that the training in this Costa improves as every one in retail would know that the customer is always right.. especially the ones that work at Costa themselves ;)

This is a very nice relaxing place for a catch up with friends or family. Good for a chance of scenery. But it is expensive for a cup of tea compare to local cafes. Lovely hot chocolates though.

This is a great Costa branch. We frequently visit for the drive through. Never had a bad experience here and we visit 3 or 4 times a week.Staff are always friendly and helpful and most know our order - large cap with extra shot & large black Americano with extra shot. No hesitation in recommending.

Terrible experience ignored and had to ask to be served Left with scalding hot drinks without a holder had to pull the door with a drink in each hand , how ? Had to put drink on floor hold door open with foot then pick up drink again . No one came to help . 8 staff behind counter . Thumbs burnt purple by time got to my car Health and safety hazard for definiteHave complained to head office

Great place to catch up with friends or maybe work ! As fantastic staff who always go above and beyond there roll.can I also add that the baby chinos are remarkable for there price ! Unlike other coffee chains they are only 50p with option of marshmallows or flake.

Love coming here and especially as it Has drive through. Great for late night coffee fix even on a Sunday. Opens nice and early too. Always busy but staff are nice and keep tables clear all the time. Usual price for coffee and cakes and have some delicious hot toasties too.

Just been to Costa at Aintree,nice coffee but the Carrott cake is a but expensive. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was clean and very busy.

Stopped for a coffee break. The staff were polite area was averaging on clean, coffee is the usual Costa Coffee standard.

Every table had dirty coffee trays on crumbs on the seats. The latte I got was just awful had better in cheaper coffee shops won't be going back to this Costa coffee aga.

Visited for a Sunday morning coffee. Found it as a clean, friendly coffee house. The latte was tasty and served with a smile. A grade.

On the basis that all costa's are great. We stayed at a Travel Lodge in Netherton which also was very good.

Honestly can't fault this store. Staff are friendly and even remember what I drink. Staff always seem happy and work well. Food and drink always served perfectly. Store is clean, well kept and food displays well maintained.
