Fried and poached eggs are more like hard boiled. Hash browns are super oily caused by oil now being hot enough or double dipping. Just generally no.

The chips were cold but I like it warm

Half my order was missing an the items i had one complete meal missing i did receive was tasteless and this isn't the first time my order has been missing items

Very small portion of chips. 12 chips in total. More batter than fish. Why has tartar sauce stopped? Really poor provision of customer satisfaction and experience.

Lady on the tills was very rude , service without a smile. Breakfast cold and under cooked bacon. Iced drinks un-drinkable.

Twice I have ordered the big breakfast and paid for extra toast, twice no toast came and they give me smaller breakfast not happy atall

Good Atmosphere. Great place to sit down for people watching… Service was awful. The attitude of the woman by the till is just inappropriate in that role. Ordered 2 full English breakfast. Needed 20 minutes to get ready the food. Tables are clean(-ed) somehow, floor was very sticky, dirty. Food… MAN! The only responsibility (should be) that to make the food perfect or at least TRY for the money the customers invest for a quick meal! Rubbish. Absolutely disgusting! Stone cold beans, toasts, undercooked sausage. No black pudding, mushroom. Used a small portion of poor quality margarine while the Tesco’s shelves are full with excellent taste of BUTTERS. Very small portions for £5.50 each. Why is the food COLD?! Please, if you hate your job QUIT! Is there any manager?! Come on… cold English breakfast! I never send any food back. The simple reason is that, this reflects the place attitude and quality. Today on the 14th of January 2024 at 14:27 the staff capacity was a 1 star experience. Sorry, no excuses… Congratulations 👏👏👏 I highly don’t recommend this place.

Every single slice of toast was burnt black, there was no butter for the toast and everything was freezing by the time you lot eventually delivered the food. So thank you very much for wasting my time and money I appreciate that. It actually would've been much quicker if I'd walked round to the shop to buy the ingredients and made it myself, not only quicker but much hotter than the burnt trash you lot sent me.

Just the worst staff in here. Always manage to ruin a treat tea for the lad with their shocking attitude. The one lad that works there is proper sound but the rest of them really bring the place down. Avoid

Was inedible! Everything was rock hard, dry and cold. I was only able to eat the 2 hashbrowns. So disappointed as I have had so many cooked breakfasts from here and I have always enjoyed them before so I don't know how this one was so bad? I actually wish I could send a picture so you could see for yourself I'm no exaggerating.

Ordered and paid for two meals and only received one.So one of us without food.

Paid over £15 cause they never said how to get the free MEAL for the Kids. So much overpriced. Paid for an extra egg that never came, so when asked my plate was taken back into the kitchen and left under the lamp. When come back was cold and the poched egg was then solid as it was cooked under the lamp. Staff totally disrespectful. Never again.

The only complaint I have is that the chocolate milkshake arrived upside down so the bag was full instead of the cup.

Visited for lunch the young girl working in the cafe was chewing a wasp, she clearly doesn't like her job Won't be eating here again... However lady behind counter was lovely

The breakfast bap was alright, would of been nicer hot not cold. But the seasoned fries, wow did you leave any red salt in the shaker? Wish I could upload a picture just to prove how inedible they are. And as for the pink lemonade slush… nope it’s literally water with a few ice cubes and from what I can make out maybe a dash of food colouring… no flavour at all.

I ordered 2x sausage baps and a mocha. Simple order, right? …. I received 1x sausage bap and a flat white. Instead of getting a refund into my bank account, Just eat added the refund amount to my Just eat account - Not happy, I wanted it back into my bank account. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to Tescos today. We were going twice a week but dropped it down to one because of the prices. We have taken the decision to stop eating there because my husband ordered sausage o toast and a portion of chips. I ordered sausage tomatoes and scrambled egg. When we looked at the bill, we had two sausages each(4) and were charged 1.25 each (£5) .The bill came £18. With drinks Think we will be going to Asda for the pensioners meal deal (soup barm with butter and coffee with as many refills for £1 each

was delivered really quick but was freezing cold paid £15 for southern fried chicken wrap and chicken with waffles and it was freezing i only live 4 min drive away must have been sat out on the counter going cold for about 20 mins before being sent out

It's always a joy to go in whilst on my walk either with friends or after I've finished work and grab myself a nice, refreshing caramel Latte. Would recommend to anyone whenever they're on their own adventures and want to take a break.

The food was lovely and still hot when it arrived.

So frustrating. Ordered food via Uber and they sent the total wrong order. Absolutely no way to contact the cafe to sort it out - call centre number sends you in circles or cuts you off. So basically I’ve been ripped off for nearly £35. Would have preferred to put no stars to be honest

I absolutley LOVE the granola Berry waffles from here. Enjoyed one today with a lovley cuppa. Other half enjoyed his too.

That granola Berry waffle was the nicest I've ever had! So refreshing and a boss start to my day. Deffo recommend.

Placed an order through just eat, when it arrived i was missing an item,you should get a choice of a refund or store should re deliver missing items , the stores receive the order & make the food order up so its their fault not just eats. So frustrating when u place an order you expect to receive what you order

Great service. Food arrived fast and was hot. An item I ordered was unavailable so they added an alternative and a few chocolate bars with a note as an apology. Will definitely be using again!

Food was NOT collected from seller nor was it delivered 2 hours AFTER ordering (10am) a driver turned up at restaurant (12pm) to collect which was obviously far too late I had tried to cancel this order but there was NO OPTION to do so very disappointed with the drivers poor service I communicated with the restaurant during the this time it was driver at fault

Ordered 2 vegan breakfasts (confirmed on the order slip attached to the food) both had an egg and halloumi in with them. The dog appreciated the error me not so much.

Our order was delivered within a very reasonable time considering it is a Sunday morning. The sausage barm, avo & egg muffin, GF millionaire shortbread and iced latte we ordered were all delicious, and we even received a lovely note from the cafe!

We ordered the food at three o’clock it arrived about half four we asked for toast and got four pieces of bread

U put tomatoes on when I said no tomatoes and u never give me my extra beans what I paid for plus the beans you gave me was only half a tub .... not happy
