The best restaurants in Preston North West

The service and food were spot on. However, the diner isn’t clean at all - I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there so chose to get a takeaway and instead had to find a spot near the flag market to sit in.

Excellent food, loads of choice. The best of the food we chose was the paneer sort of curry, sorry I can't remember the exact choice but all the food we had tasted really good. Really nice staff.

Have been stopping here for a few weeks with my partner and children and Mikey has gone above and beyond for me and my family, really kind guy and a massive credit to premier inn!! Phoniex also is very friendly and always happy! Made our stay here very pleasant :)

I stayed here last weekend, the staff where the most amazing group of people I have come across in Premier Inn. The key cutting technology had gone down and these guys worked so dammed hard to make sure everyone got to their rooms. Thank you for a pleasurable stay.

Nothing wrong with the service and atmosphere but the bun kebab’s meat has weird smell that messed it up for us. Apart from that not the worst experience though.

Used to be great but recently they are adding too much salt to the grilled meats and it can sometimes be over cooked / burnt.

I asked for something they offered, a healthy banana rather than sweet sugary things since I am disabled with diabetes. I was met with aggression and unkind abuse... sorry to say starbucks does offer a safe space as is advertised on the poster on the door but this was not the way to behave in a safe space.

Placed an order at 6.15 pm and it arrived at 8.20 , food was lukewarm and 2 of the popadoms were like rubber .Will definitely not be ordering from here again

I ordered 2 regular portions of Portuguese chicken and rice (usually £13 for the 2) but ended up with 1 large portion for £9.00 ( which was no bigger than the regular I usually buy) When I told the member of staff he had got the order wrong, he said that, that was what I ordered and if I wanted another portion it would be another 15 mins. Needless to say ,I told him to shove it and I won't be going back there again.

Nice clean shop. The customer service environment was not very friendly or welcoming, like a greet, etc. But the service was okay. Got my drinks and left Overall Okey 👍

My pizza didn't arrive. I waited 80 minutes. the restaurant doesn't answer the phone

Delicious food. Huge portion can't be eaten in one sitting. Very fast delivery
