Very comfortable accessible room. Lovely breakfast's. Sue ( in the restaurant) at breakfast's is wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. Made our stay extra special.

Went on a Saturday with my partner and 3 children, children had a mega meal was £8.99 and was a good selection for them with alot of unlimited items, me and my partner went for the treat for 2 and was £45, plenty to eat for us, service was great and wasn't too busy or empty

Watched Europa final here, packed; service was great. Enough tv's/screen to watch game.

We specifically called the restaurant to confirm if the pizza we wanted had tomato sauce and cheese, which they confirmed, but when it arrived it was undercooked and had no tomato sauce at all. Just unprofessional and disappointing really.

Slow service, food not the same standard as what I get weekly at Evington Road Leicester branch.

Expensive, poor service, coffee was cold and now not dog friendly. Hope you go under Starbucks. Oh and pay your taxes like everyone else here in the UK.

Went for breakfast while waiting for car to be fixed a first time visit. Both of us picked scrambled eggs with our breakfast instead of fried and so glad we did,drinks and rest of breakfast fine but the scrambled eggs were to die for never had better even my own. According to the helpful and friendly staff they are made with cream. It's worth going just for the scrambled eggs which we will be returning to have.

Foods banging & I'll get taxis to go get it no matter how far away I am cos it's well worth it !!!!

Food bang on milkshake are amazing I’m not a big fries fans or chips but the criss cross fries are lovely and crispy
