Starbucks Coffee in Preston

I asked for something they offered, a healthy banana rather than sweet sugary things since I am disabled with diabetes. I was met with aggression and unkind abuse... sorry to say starbucks does offer a safe space as is advertised on the poster on the door but this was not the way to behave in a safe space.

Great coffee. Staff are nice, but service is slow and staff are not always on top of clearing tables.

The servers at the Starbucks are absolutely fabulous. Was served by a lovely young lady named Christie I believe. She was so polite and made my experience wonderful

Unfortunately short staffed on my visit, so a bit of a wait but other than that, good coffee. Some drinks can be ridiculously expensive depending on what you have.

Good Starbucks. Relaxed venue, lots of seating. Seats aren't as comfy as they used to be, so sometimes go elsewhere now. Also quite expensive... But that's Starbucks. Vegan / dairy free options limited (fruit toast is dairy free but they only have butter or spread with butter 🤦). I also miss the filter coffee... Far nicer than anericano.

order a hot drink with alterations such as the milk. sent me an iced coffee with the wrong milk.

Too sweet, seating layout just wrong

Starbucks is well known for being dog friendly, many a time I've taken my well behaved dog to Starbucks for a coffee a puppaccino, but & this little portacabin is "a franchise" as I was rudly told. I went in with my small dog not realising that this was different from the other Starbucks & a female staff member from behind the counter shouts loudly across the space "excuse me you can't bring dogs in here". This is a different rule to most Starbucks, they should know that & it must happen often & they should be polite to customers, I was mortified being shouted at. I asked them why not & why it was different. She said they were a francise & don't allow dogs. Shouting at customers across the facility is bad practice, awful customer service & embarrassing for everyone. Thanks so much for a memorable experience. 🐕

The breakfast sandwich was obviously not fresh. Bread was hard around the edges and dry.

The atmosphere is like a morgue when viewing from the outside. Of course I'd never set foot in another Starbucks again. Disgusting company disgusting ethics.

The restaurant is excellent and the food is good

The strawberry refresher came with NO strawberry bits and the caramel frap just tasted of ice

We ordered a hot chocolate and an Americano. The hot chocolate was very good but the coffee was really weak and tasted disgusting.

waited over 1 hour for order to me made. once driver was here, was told to go to street and collect. once outside i called but driver never answer, then got notified it was delivered and never received it

I wish I'd read the reviews before going here, the biggest waste of money I've had for a while. I don't often do coffee shops but thought I'd try it as a treat. The staff were so frosty, there was hardly anybody in there and I felt like an inconvenience. I paid £4.10 for a cappuccino which was half froth and the froth fizzled away in no time at all. You also put your own sprinkles on for £4.10?! There were tables that needed clearing despite it being quiet and there was a drink spilt over 1 of the chairs left to dry up and turn to crust. The door wouldn't stay shut so cold air was blowing in. A huge waste of money, McDonald's over the road put this place to shame for half the price.

No que at the drive thru and practically nobody inside and waited 15 minutes for our coffees whilst the staff chatted amoungst themselves! Our drinks had been made and left on the side and nobody bothered to give them to us

Sent us someone else order. Deliver driver rude about it too. Nobody picking up the phone at either. Disgusting

Very poor service this morning, only one guy in serving customers, drive-through and making drinks up, very slow, ordered two cappuccinos, they came one, then served another customer, then the other came, had to go up again to ask for our cakes. Felt sorry for guy being on his own but certainly can't multitask

Delivery time kept getting pushed back, and then when my cold brew drinks arrived 45 minutes late they were watery and not the usual high standard. Couldn't even taste the coffee. Ordering from the Capitol Centre next time!

The worst drinks ever . They make up their own recipe which is disgusting. I got a matcha and it was disgusting even tho i get it in other Starbucks and it’s always been lovely .that time after waiting for 20 minutes because they forgot my order i had to leave it because of how bad it was . Today i said maybe it’s just that day they missed it up so I ordered the same thing however it’s disgusting and i had to throw it. Customer service is the worst as well .

Disappointing visit to Starbucks today. Service very slow despite it not being that busy when we arrived. Staff could be more friendly!!!!! Coffee was tasteless. Will go to Costa next time we’re in the area.

Clean and spacious and my large latte was perfect 👌 although it seemed to take a while to make. But worth waiting for ☕ 😋

Ordered a tea and a clotted cream fudge ice brew. Drinks took about 20 minutes to make. Tea was okay, but the ice brew wasn’t make correctly, could clearly see the clotted cream had curdled - looked nothing like the picture. Complained and got a latte instead. Non of the tables where cleaned either, not the best Starbucks, would not come back here again. Not sure if it’s a staff training issue + being understaffed, but not a great experience.

Staff is Horrible They rushing orders, half of my venti drink is full ice like i paid 5.85 for an ice not even blend properly i saw alot of chunks of big ice aswell . Train your baristas properly they lack on training always new staff. They always get my drink wrong or missing something , not paying attention at all On the picture i attach i even let my drink sat for awhile to try melt it down.

I stopped here for a coffee while waiting for my son to attend an appointment. The coffee was ok, not the best Starbucks I've had! The staff were awful. Didn't speak, it was like I was an inconvenience for them. The place was empty so not like they were rushed off their feet. Once I'd finished I took my cup back and said thank you and I was looked at in disgust! I love Starbucks but won't be going back to this one!

Coffee is fine in this establishment. However, the gents' rest room requires the door fixing.

Nice seating and isn't usually very busy so it's a good place to sit with friends or do some work. Food and drink is tasty although a little expensive

I placed an order through justeat and there was a massive wait time due to the just eat driver not turning up, I called up and Rebecca who was dealing with my order reassured us our food and drinks where re-made. Rebecca was incredibly informative and apologetic. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Well... Not the best one service-wise or quality-wise. It gets more and more expensive to get a coffee here while its quality is visibly dwindling. Service is a bit unreliable, with the staff constantly forgetting parts of an order. Because it's so tough to remember two coffees.

I’ve been here many times as it’s a handy Drive Through location on the way out of Preston and the retail park it is next to. It’s a franchised store but has all the usual goodies and the coffee is consistent. For eating in I’d like to see more of the larger taller tables an less of the lower ones, but this doesn’t detract from what is on offer to eat and drink.

DO NOT GO TO THE BLUE HAIRD MOSHER WITH WONKY EYEBROWS !!! (Deepdale retail park) Me and my girlfriend always like stopping off for a drink at Starbucks but this woman who has blue hair and wonky eyebrows always manages to mess up are order plus when the drinks come they wasn’t correct and barely blended with no taste at all never had a problem before she was there and not one to complain normally or to leave a bad review but it’s not the first time she’s messed up are order and she clearly doesn’t care as long as she’s getting a pay check I won’t be going to this Starbucks again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from this Starbucks unless that woman is fired it’s not fair to the customers and the company avoid this woman at all costs !!!!!!!!!

Paid for coffees and waited nearly 30 minutes. At this stage found there were somehow still 5 people ahead so asked for money back. Need more than two junior staff mid day. Felt sorry for the long queue of cars waiting as well.

Love the coffee. Staff very busy, takes ages to get coffee! They seem, so slow.

Just used the drive thru. Quick and efficient. Nothing not to like. Turns around the drive thru are very tight.

We ordered the coffee and chai latte. The girl told us to wait but then didn't call us for us to take the drinks and we ended up with cold drinks. Disappointed

The entrance and exit to the drive thru is too narrow. Not sure how this was approved but I have never seen or been thru a drive thru that narrow. And I go through many drive throughs all over every day! Someone needs to fix this!

Oat espresso, caramel Mac and banana muffin… the man that made the drinks does the job properly! (No receipt with name :-/) it is Rarely a 3* experience at most Starbucks drive through but this one was 5 ! Well mannered and made with precision

There was fruit flies flying around and landing on the cakes. Choose to go somewhere else.

Normally stay clear as the coffee is too strong for me. This time i explained my dislike of strong and so she made me a brilliant pot which i drank and enjoyed. Moral, say what you like and they will endeavour to supply

Left stood waiting to be served for an age while the staff either vacuumed a mat or ambled around behind the counter. The lady at the drive thru was waiting even longer than I was, staff clearly didn’t want to be there.

Nice guys working there: friendly, patient, creative, always smiling and welcoming, very keen to please the client helping to get the best, ready to help....wow... amazing! The chocofrappuccino....good!

Only used the drive though but staff were helpful and offered to make me a white hot chocolate with ingredients they had even though it wasn't on the menu.

Great service and clean and tidy. Only minor inconvenience is that it's one way in and out of the car park but for traffic it totally makes sense.
