I wouldn't bother until they get their orders right - 2 or 3 times now they have got it wrong, just dont listen to things like basic sauce on the food, they dont sound like they are listening when you call, this last time they missed a chips and also put chicken meat in a pitta when we asked them to leave the pitta and just put chicken and chips in a tray - it's a shame as the food can be decent but just dont order by phone, there's a good chance it will be wrong, we're trying somewhere else next time

There was a bit of a misunderstanding but they handled it very well. My order was delivered to the wrong address but when I called the restaurant, they delivered a fresh meal within 25 mins that was piping hot and absolutely delicious. They were very understanding and polite. I think just eat causes a lot of problems for restaurants if I’m honest. I will deffo order again but next time I will go direct to the restaurant instead of using just eat. Thanks again to all at Cappadocia! 😊

Yes food was great but unfortunately my wife salad was not there. Lettuce onions cucumber. And no garlic sauce on it. Shame really because I’ve heard lots of people say how good this takeaway is. Especially pizzas. Very fast delivery and friendly driver. But obviously delivery was too fast. I will probably order from here again because food was nice and everybody needs second chances. We all make mistakes

I have ordered from Cappadocia many times. You get a juicy burger, always fresh, crispy fries with red salt and delicious donner meat. In Preston, Cappadocia can't be beat.

Chicken and shish “large kebab” with lettuce and cucumber garlic sauce and standard mayo. There was literally 2 pathetic slices of cucumber, meat was definitely poorly sourced and there was barely any sauce or lettuce in sight. £8.50 for a dissapointment

Food was on time and actually early but disappointed with the quality, it was cold and the base of the pizza was wet too and half the chips was hard

Calzone was burnt, wraps tasted charged and onion rings were soggy

Food tasted great but it was only just warm, fries were cold tbh, the pitta was thin, holey so couldn’t pick the kebab up & one had unordered tomatoes on. Would probably order again as it was good food, just needs carrying in an insulated bag

Recently moved to Preston, tried so many takeaways and was let down as quality of food was poor. Tried this place and have to say the delivery driver was great, and the food was spot on, probably the best Inhave had so far in Preston. Only let down was the chips, but that's the least if problems. The kebab, burger and pizza all bang on. Will definitely recommend this to all.

Always given 5 stars for here but unfortunately cant tonight, ordered the texas pizza which is meant to have spicy chicken and chillis on but it had neither so it only had a few green peppers and onion, which with the bbq sauce base not nice to sweet

Ordered at 6.45 pm. Turned up at 8.15pm Hardly warm. Asked for extra salad on kebab, and I think I got the bare minimum! Hardly any sauce. Chips just warm. This is the only takeaway I order from but I'll think twice next time. Normally spot on but not tonight!

Food was horrible unfortunately. Pizza cold cheese tasted off. Chips were cold and rock hard. Chicken and donner wrap had a chicken burger cut up in it instead of proper grilled chicken. What's going on with this place it use to be really nice, what a waste of money all of it went in the bin!!!

Chicken kebab had zero flavour to the point the garlic bread must of sat on it… garlic bread was the most greasy I’ve ever had and chicken may aswell been green vegetables it lacked that much flavour

15 mins early and the delivery driver was very polite Fries where so crisp hands down best fries I have had in a long time, the kebab was to die for

Burger was very good as usual but the chips were terrible and tasted like they had been warmed up from the previous day, definitely not fresh. Very disappointed as they are usually very good and crispy

ordered food before 7pm still no food at 8.30 to be told its on its way no food still at 9pm called back at 9.15 to be told offer never printed not been done order eventually turned up at 10pm with a can of prime as an apology not acceptable specially with 3 hungry kids who all needed to be in bed for school the next day won't be using this takeaway again more due to the lying o the 1st phone call

Man who works there ate some food with his hand put his fingers in his mouth, then went over to the purple onion and put his unwashed filthy fingers into the onion.

We had a lovely man called ‘Iqbal’ deliver our food & he was very friendly & cheerful and great with my 3 year old daughter. The food was delivered nice and warm , and tastes amazing , will definitely be ordering from here again :)

Cappadocia is consistently the best take away and delivery service in Preston. They have a extensive selection of foods and drinks. I've had burgers, kebabs and pizzas frequently from them. Not only are they the tastiest but also they always arrive piping hot.

This was the Take Away I ordered most often from in 2023 and the first I've ordered from in 2024. The food is always piping hot, delicious containing high quality ingredients. My favourite take away in Preston.

Ordered at 7.10.Delivery time stated 7.55. It’s now 9.07. Nothing arrived yet.😡.Called them at 8.10 and they informed me that the order hasn’t even left the shop. Bottle of Pepsi to compensate 🤷‍♂️they can stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. Just arrived at 9.25.

Delivery came earlier than expected. The large chips looked liked they were fresh and old chips mixed together so some were warm and some hot. The chicken burger was not as good as I've been told they are. It wasn't hot enough it was only just warm. Cheese burger looked really nice tasted nice but wasn't warm enough. Small chips were perfectly cooked an hot
