We ordered 2 ceaser salads and an all in, it was great and the service was also very lovely. Highly recommend.

Popped in for a lunchtime takeaway and can't recommend this place highly enough. Juiciest, most tender smash burger I've ever had and the crisp salad with just the right amount of Jalapeños for perfect spice made the experience even better. Add the gold standard customer service I received and I was already recommending to friends before I'd finished eating.

Lovely halal burger spot, always come here with friends. The fire fries are my favourite!

Top Burgers Ordered on-line which was straightforward. We ordered the hot smash burger, a classic burger and the cheetos chicken burger. The food was ready as per timings. On bringing the food home, it was nice and hot. The burgers were awesome.

I ordered beef n fries,classy chick with Zanti cola and ice fusion. The food was great including the churros. The place is very clean with great customer service.

Very rude customer service Told them no cheese and put cheese on burger gluten free burger We confirmed when placing and collecting the order Gotham said yes and when got home burger had cheese And all we got was Yh yeh yeh no no very rude

Went mid week it was amazing tried it again on a Saturday early evening and half the order was missing it was cold and when I rang to explain staff were rude and said they couldn’t do anything because it was ordered thru Deliveroo and that I had to contact them absolutely a joke when you order two burger meals with shake and comes up to £35 it’s a lot of money you could go out and eat for that

Charge more at the till than what's on the actual menu. No answer to messages on SM.

Charged me £2 for sauces. Considering how often I go not happy at all. Should not be charging £30 for below-par service. I've always felt they were slow taking orders but was willing to let it slide, not any more. Will not be going again.

Amazing food, i have been twice and got the two wraps and both were amazing. The chips are lovely, especially with the peri seasoning. The drinks are lovely too and they use zanti cola instead which is perfect for boycotting. 10/10 would come again, favourite restaurant in Preston

Beef waygu options are good, buns were good, patties were little over cooked .. can be kept little juicy …… beef fries were good, sweet potato were also good. chicken tenders were fried in less hot oil so they were little soggy

The food was brilliant. Got the chance to meet the chef Hazil. Hazil made delicious nashville burger with fire fries. Gautam gave us great customer service. would definitely visit again as hazil gave us the best experience.

Excellent place for lunch. Food was full of flavour in every bite and all presented very well. Both the beef and chicken burgers were juicy and flavoursome. The milkshakes are also a great treat after.

W food, I loved the deals they got going, I recommend trying the Cheetos burger different experience. One thing I'd suggest is to grab a lot of tissues cause the burgers tend to be on the bigger side but apart from that food is nice, will come again to try the wagyu burgers

Lovely clean restaurant, friendy staff and fantastic burgers and shakes at reasonable prices. We took our toddler and there were a few families in and we felt very welcome.

Sarath was absolutely amazing! We had some delays but that was just because of understaffing . Sarath provided absolutely amazing customer service and made sure we got our food in time ! Will definitely be back thanks to him 🫶🏻

Food is not the best, the beef burgers have a bad taste in them. Not worth the price at all. Should go over their quality. Once ordered a chicken burger and was raw from inside. The food is inconsistent

Fire fries are amazing and the hotdogs are the best around by far. Update: The portion sizes have dramatically decreased. Taste of the food is still consistent but for the price you are paying, it does not fill you up.

The food here has always been amazing. But service has consistently been going down overtime. Genuinely don't blame the staff, seems to be a managment issue. Staff seem unhappy to be working there. Multiple times food has been forgotten about or some meals have come out 15-20 minutes after the rest of our party. It's just disappointing as the food here is good. But I don't think I'll be coming back anymore.

The food was delicious but the portions were small for the price. £17.50 for a double burger, fries, no drink and I left hungry. Also the kitchen extractors are horrendously noisy and distracting.

Amazing food and excellent service by Izzy. She ensured all our needs were taken care off and continued to check up on is throughout. I loved the quiet atmosphere, which was very different to the standard in most food places where there is something blasting over the speakers.

The burgers had juicy patties, lovely textures and packed with flavour. The moreish fried chicken wings and NYC fries were both enjoyable while the churros were so addictive, loved them. An affordable, scrumptious meal that hits all the right spots and satisfied our cravings last weekend.

This was my first time coming here hearing good reviews, the burgers are absolutely amazing, the perfect texture, the funky chips are even better who would imagine hot cheeto chips. The service is absolutely outstanding, the staff are so lovely they come checking up on you, offering refills and any extras, i couldn’t have gone to a better restraint than this.

Just an okay place. Staff are a little stuck up. Food is in small portions. Dont eat downstairs as they have a leak on the ceiling which will surprise you if ur sat right under it. Loads of flies flying around. Is it a poor hygiene place? Not sure.... but did have to check everything before touching and eating. Not a place i would revisit. For some it may just be fine..

IceBurg is affordable and provide a great variety of foods and drinks, the menu had something that would please any kind of customer. Presentation was good, the food is tasty and not greasy. Service was fantastic and very fast, water was polite and informative. Only downside is there was no music! And you can hear the air-con fan constantly and hear other tables conversations clear as day. I would visit again!

Clean but can be cleaner...need to check floors after customers, good variety of burgers and build your own which is a bonus, ketchup should be std with fries on the table or self serve pods, wagyu burger is good not top notch but good, the mocktails need to be less syrupy more fruit based... fries where good crispy and not soggy..more selection of onions white as opposed to red only....
