Good food, very friendly staff, 5*

Excellent place for lunch. Food was full of flavour in every bite and all presented very well. Both the beef and chicken burgers were juicy and flavoursome. The milkshakes are also a great treat after.

W food, I loved the deals they got going, I recommend trying the Cheetos burger different experience. One thing I'd suggest is to grab a lot of tissues cause the burgers tend to be on the bigger side but apart from that food is nice, will come again to try the wagyu burgers

One of the waiter lied to me about the price of a meal , caught him in a lie and flat out denied it . Needs to get fired . Everything else is good

Lovely clean restaurant, friendy staff and fantastic burgers and shakes at reasonable prices. We took our toddler and there were a few families in and we felt very welcome.

Food is not the best, the beef burgers have a bad taste in them. Not worth the price at all. Should go over their quality. Once ordered a chicken burger and was raw from inside. The food is inconsistent

Fire fries are amazing and the hotdogs are the best around by far. Update: The portion sizes have dramatically decreased. Taste of the food is still consistent but for the price you are paying, it does not fill you up.

The food here has always been amazing. But service has consistently been going down overtime. Genuinely don't blame the staff, seems to be a managment issue. Staff seem unhappy to be working there. Multiple times food has been forgotten about or some meals have come out 15-20 minutes after the rest of our party. It's just disappointing as the food here is good. But I don't think I'll be coming back anymore.

The food was delicious but the portions were small for the price. £17.50 for a double burger, fries, no drink and I left hungry. Also the kitchen extractors are horrendously noisy and distracting.

Amazing food and excellent service by Izzy. She ensured all our needs were taken care off and continued to check up on is throughout. I loved the quiet atmosphere, which was very different to the standard in most food places where there is something blasting over the speakers.

The burgers had juicy patties, lovely textures and packed with flavour. The moreish fried chicken wings and NYC fries were both enjoyable while the churros were so addictive, loved them. An affordable, scrumptious meal that hits all the right spots and satisfied our cravings last weekend.

Just an okay place. Staff are a little stuck up. Food is in small portions. Dont eat downstairs as they have a leak on the ceiling which will surprise you if ur sat right under it. Loads of flies flying around. Is it a poor hygiene place? Not sure.... but did have to check everything before touching and eating. Not a place i would revisit. For some it may just be fine..

This was my first time coming here hearing good reviews, the burgers are absolutely amazing, the perfect texture, the funky chips are even better who would imagine hot cheeto chips. The service is absolutely outstanding, the staff are so lovely they come checking up on you, offering refills and any extras, i couldn’t have gone to a better restraint than this.

IceBurg is affordable and provide a great variety of foods and drinks, the menu had something that would please any kind of customer. Presentation was good, the food is tasty and not greasy. Service was fantastic and very fast, water was polite and informative. Only downside is there was no music! And you can hear the air-con fan constantly and hear other tables conversations clear as day. I would visit again!

Clean but can be cleaner...need to check floors after customers, good variety of burgers and build your own which is a bonus, ketchup should be std with fries on the table or self serve pods, wagyu burger is good not top notch but good, the mocktails need to be less syrupy more fruit based... fries where good crispy and not soggy..more selection of onions white as opposed to red only....

My daughter went for a wrap and chips which included a free drink as part of an offer that was on. This was confirmed when ordering so should have cost £9 in total but was charged £14 when paying at the end of the meal. When my daughter questioned this, the male behind the till told her he would take the £1 service charge off but she still had to pay £13. When she explained it should only be £9, she was told there are inside charges that are difficult to explain. What does that even mean??? This sounds like a con to me. She is only 16 yrs old and didn't want to make a scene so paid the £13. I have tried calling but no answer and sent a message via customer Service form and had no response.

08.07.2024 Try and you will not regret. I always had burgers from a specific brand and thought it was the best, until I visited "IceBurg". My neice took me here and I tasted the best burgers ever. We walked in and took a seat on the nice elegant furniture that looked neat and casual. The interiors were simple and nice, nice decorative lightings and lots of place to sit. It even has a seating on the lower floors. We order for Cheeto's fries, Cheeto's Burg and a Fiery Nasville with Banana shake, Oreo Shake and Tropical Crush. Amazing presentation and lovely taste. Just made our day.

First time coming to Ice Burg and the service was great. Ordered the classic burg, fries and Ice Pink drink which were all delicious and served at the right temperature. Would gladly come back again.

I've been coming here since I've moved to Preston, and I always enjoy it, they have a clean and quiet environment with good and quick service from the staff. When an item is no longer available they offer other options and deliver it in the promised time. It's a great place for a date with the besties.

Food was very overpriced for what you got. We expected the burgers to be bigger and better presented. . Bigger meaning at least salad on it. There was 4 of us attending. The loaded fries only had enough sauce to cover the top layer of fries. The chicken on my own burger was under cooked so wasn't eaten. The milkshake was in a small glass cup. We had a young lady serving us she was extremely polite and professional in fact she was amazing and she was also the reason I didn't complain. We paid £80 altogether on burger and fries for 4 and 4 drinks. This wouldn't of been a issue if the food justified the price. Its a lovely restaurant and very clean.
