We had a brilliant time, the drinks were amazing, the pizza delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for us, we'll be back

Myself and a few friends went for bottomless brunch and everything was spot on, couldn't fault it! The food was lovely, cocktails were amazing and the service from the staff that served us was brilliant. A great experience!

I have to say, paying for private longue is giving you nothing, because security have some problems with woman. We paid to have a cool hen party for my sister and they had a problem to let us in, even though the longue was paid for and (obviously) reserved. If you have a choice, please, pick a better place to celebrate and enjoy yourself. *** EDIT*** The security guys said they will let me in if I'll APOLOGISE for saying that we were there, we just went outside to take a small fresh air intake (SEXIST MUCH), so I told them as long as my family and friends will be able to go in to enjoy what we paid for, I'm good to wait outside. My girls though didn't want to enjoy themselves without me, so they bring some sort of manager so we all went in together, but if you don't feel like playing games with bouncers, just puck other club, for real, it's so not wort it in here to get into troubles....

With Brogan as our delightful host, our brunch event was a success; she ensured our glasses were constantly topped up. The food was delicous good selection to choose from with your fancy cocktails. We advise making early reservations, as the weekends tend to be busy!

Quieter than you might expect but livelier than it may at first seem. If you visit, it's worth checking out the underground club, to get the full experience.

Absolutely horrific, avoid at all costs. Both of my brothers were assaulted here last night by the bouncers with no provocation. They threw my brother down the stairs backwards and preceded to stomp on and kick him in the head multiple times despite him asking them to stop and not fighting back. My other brother retaliated to try and help him and in response they took him outside down an alley way (with no CCTV), choked him almost to the point of passing out and punched him multiple times in the face. The only thing stopping them being his wife standing infront of him. They were enjoying a drink with their partners and nothing they could have done would warrant this. I hope the club seeks to make changes as it appears from previous reviews this is not an uncommon experience, and sadly events like this could lead to much worse outcomes.

Been assaulted on Saturday night 30-03/24 by the door man. Had a few drinks and was spiked somehow, was assaulted my neck was grabbed and my leg has been kicked and elbow twisted. This is no way for a door man to handle in an aggressive way. Will be making a police complaint if your management does not respond.

The door guard is violent and rude, he is using his power in inappropriate way against the clients.

We visited as part of bottomless brunch booking. The staff were very busy so we understood the dirty tables when we were seated but the staff apologised for the wait we had getting started. The food was incredible. We did wait a bit in between drinks to get served. We would definitely try it again another time.

Incredibly inappropriate loud music! I’m struggling to sleep in my own home because of this bar! Not sure how the council is allowing such disregard of public space rules. Shame on you!

Two toilets for ladies not enough!! Mens have 2 cubicles and 2 urinals. Got thrown out by 3 bouncers 😲 for nipping in to mens as not a man in sight and long queue at ladies, ridiculous!! I'm a respectable, law abiding citizen out for a few drinks will not return due to heavy handed handling you'd have thought I was selling drugs or something!! not worth the expensive drinks!!

Gotta say what a great bar. Staff was brilliant. Drinks are good plenty to choose from and good prices. The club downstairs is also great. Both up and down open until 4am. Good music. Good for dancing.

Doormen are jokemen didn’t let me in with Nike trainers on as it was not suitable for the dress code However just before me 2 girls was let in with Nikes on not one word said to them. I pointed this out and they just said no Nikes avoid at all cost

Very nice bar. We have visited twice for comedy nights and the staff has always been polite and professional. The Atmosphere is lovely and it’s a nice place to chill out.

Very nice place and Gud atmosphere. Parking is mostly paid around. In high street so plenty of places to explore. Music system is great. Nice Dance Floor. Many restaurants around.

Called in late afternoon for a cocktail. The drinks were amazing !! The barman was superb and served our cocktails with perfection. I could have stayed all night as they were delicious!! Great place, decor and staff. Top Preston venue.

Nice bar and good atmosphere, the drinks are a little over price but that can be expected from this type of trendy bar. There was also a good range of age groups in there. The music started good in the main top bar and had a good vibe but then the music slowly started to go down hill. It went into some kind of pop throw back rubbish and my ears was filled with an array of poor DJ pop mixes. The DJ lost the crowd towards the end and i left disappointed, when at the start the tunes where on point. I would go again but only stay until the DJ moves to the dark side of his pop throwbacks, then its tome to go.

Staff are rude and unprofessional. No staff at bar to serve so after wating 40mins I helped taker but paid the £9 for the cocktail even though I only had a cocktail. When I ask the bar staff to either top me up The other half is paid for or refunded me the £4.25 the refused saying I’d stolen yet I couldn’t have as I had paid!! They are thieves and have no morals or common sense. I’d avoid at all Cost unless you want t to be robed. I went behind the bar and served myself due to lack of staff I apologised and paid for my drink only to be told it don’t mater!!

The food was good it wasn't over priced considering its on the front the drinks were a little bit expensive. My partner had to ask for there steak cooked a little bit more because they asked 4 medium. But they kindly offered a new plate. When it came Back it was cooked good an it was tasty. My meal was tasty but maybe the chips or garlic bread should be included in the price

The music was a bit bad for the first hour or so we were there but it got better as the night went on. Bar service was slow, felt like forever waiting to be served and then waiting for the drinks as well, but the drinks were good. It would probably be helpful if the DJ's booth wasn't so close to the bar because the bar tender didn't hear us properly and got our order wrong, and it was generally very difficult to talk with them. Not sure how likely I am to come back.

Out of 10 it's a solid 11. As we arrived Oli (Hopefully spelt correctly) took control, introduced himself and Chloe. The service and the people are trained to a very high standard. Food was to a very high standard. Would I eat there again and recommend to my friends? Yes.

Great bar, lovely service and the 2 4 1 cocktails are a crowd pleaser! Ameretto sour and the ferrero sours cocktails are a particular favourite.

On Saturday 11th January, my family and I went to Mr Lam for my farewell lunch. I booked it following the great feedback on here. We were not disappointed. The food was fantastic, I had salt and pepper chicken wings and a beef dish which was delicious ( can’t remember the name). The food tasted really fresh and didn’t feel like it was loaded with salt, sugar and msg like some places. There was 6 of us and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent and it was good value for money. I also like the smaller menu, nothing better than a restaurant who does a few dishes very well! I recommend trying the curry sauce made to the family recipe, it was delicious. We Will definitely be heading back to Me Lam, when I’m home.

Wrong drinks order given, an hour and a half wait for food, food was cold when arrived. Other tables waiting an hour for drinks, wasn’t even that busy!! Took another 30 mins for our bill to arrive. All the staff very young and don’t really know what they’re doing. One waiter laughed in a customers face when they filed a complaint. Just very very poor.

Went out for a walk and ended up in town and decided we would have lunch out. We had been wanting a good Chinese meal after xmas. We came across Mr Lam by accident and we are certainly glad we did. We had the 3 course xmas menu for 4 people it was absolutely delicious we all had different so as we could try each other's. Everything was lovely from the combo starter platter the crispy duck and pancakes to all the assorted mains. Very good sized portions and of course we over ordered so the lovely lady manager boxed everything up and we had another meal of it. The staff where very friendly and helpful, the chef was excellent. Prices very good and very reasonable. Booked again and can't wait. Thanks Mr Lam.

We paid £75 for a bottle of moet, only for the bar staff to leave for break without serving the drink. Spoke to manager called 'daniel' who refused to contact his staff until staff returns from break. We had to wait 20 minutes before been served. Not impressed at all.

Costs £10 to get in and then the drinks are absolutely dire!!! How can you charge so much for a drink when its presented to the customer like a toddler made it?? At least put it on a little napkin, stick some ice in it, put a fancy little straw in it.. Baffles me how people actually part with their money in this place...
