Premier Inn Preston East hotel in Preston

I did not get to stay here to see if I would like it. I trying to call Premier Inn Preston East hotel 3 times until the phone rang out at 8pm on a Monday night. After the 3rd call rang out, I realised the reviews on here about no one answering the reception phone is correct. I called Premier Inn Preston North hotel and Dji answered, he was so welcoming and helpful, we absolutely loved our stay. If Preston East aren't answering their phones, stay at Premier Inn Preston North hotel and meet Dji, he's the best!

This no longer has a Beefeater restaurant contrary to the photos. This chain's menu is bare bones, and most what's available is deep fried. My meal was swimming in grease, and I could still smell the grease when I got back to the room. Ordering steak is hit and miss, more often missing. Cool to the touch and just warm within. Next morning the chef was late in to prepare breakfast, so made do with cereal. Avoid this chain if alternatives available, which unfortunately isn't always possible.

Convenient location by motorway and good we could check in at 1am. Bed very comfy. Impossible to contact reception though. It said you could check in late if you let them know in advance. We emailed twice and tried to call 5 times but no response.

I stayed here last weekend, the staff where the most amazing group of people I have come across in Premier Inn. The key cutting technology had gone down and these guys worked so dammed hard to make sure everyone got to their rooms. Thank you for a pleasurable stay.

Rather strange stay where the hotel electronic room keys were not working and all guests had to be taken to and from their rooms by a member of staff.. Food was pretty standard premier inn fare good value for money but not great .. Staff were helpful but a bit overworked and location on an industrial estate a bit remote ant not attractive but plenty of parking..

It took a while to find it from the motorway. When we first found our allocated room I was disappointed because it had no window except a window. However, when I asked if we could have a change of room the receptionist was more than helpful and polite. She gave us a different room which was perfect, light, airy, spacious, clean with good facilities. The mattress was amazing which helped us to have a good nights sleep. The meal deal was a brilliant idea, saving us money. I highly recommend this Premier Inn and I will definitely come back.

This is a review of the hotel, not the restaurant (which was not great at all) Rooms here are as expected clean and quite spacious. The shower is great, and everything else is OK in the room. What you expect from a premeir inn. The restaurant attached was really poor in terms of the food. Ordered vegetable curry, and it came missing all the vegetables. Beansprouts, red pepper, and peas were all listed on the menu, but it came with none of them and tasted pretty basic, too.

Clean, functional comfortable bed. Plenty of USP sockets.

Hotel clean, room clean / comfortable basic but tea coffee etc available in room kettle clean (beefeater double dip deep fried on location) slightly better than a sandwich from the petrol station up the road suppose! I probably could have travelled elsewhere for food but not had a beefeater for years and yip still the same food fried to an inch of its life. Pint of moretti was as dead as a dodo Sundae was nice, although warm scooshy cream was not so nice. Didn't take a pic of the chicken burger out of respect of its cremation, ha

Staying in premier inn east never let me down. Reception staff is lovely, rooms were very clean and tidy. Definitely recommended.

Bed bugs.....Whilst i appreciate the assistance of all staff that changed my room and apologised. The damage was done, and my body was riddled with bites.

Very clean and surprisingly quiet two day stay. Ideally situated for travel next to M6 and with the Beefeater next door, all you could want. Ample secure parking and friendly staff

We use Premier Inns often, and this is one of the better ones. With the usual lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms, and in a great location. The reception staff (Dasha) are pleasant and friendly.

Third time staying. No probs as usual. Meal great as always. Could not fault service. Left at 1.30am and a few hours later realised I'd lost my wallet. Phoned up and receptionist was very helpful, not only did she check the room she also insisted on going out into the cold windy night to check to see if it had dropped on the floor by my vehicle. Above and beyond with relation to this service. Phone cut off before I could thank her 🙏
