Good atmosphere on a Saturday night, if you fancy a dance. Woop woop. Decent pint of Guinness too.

There is a small group of the clientele which is quite violent. Several assaults have occurred in the pub

Probably the best pub in the city centre. Always get served quickly. Good for sports fans, lots of TV’s including one huge one. There’s a couple of pool tables. Karaoke gets a good crowd on Thursdays, and Friday and Saturday nights are always packed. Also the beer garden is pretty big considering it’s right in the city centre.

Absolutely love this pub, staff are really friendly and the pub is lovely. The only thing that spoils it is the toilets. I try not to go while there unless I have to. I will wait for when I go to the next bar. Please update them for a five star.

Found this pub thanks to an LFC fan great choice of screens including one of about 12ft 🙂 getting served was no problem even though the pub was very busy Landlords doing a great job for a Geordie 😉

One of Prestons best places for watching football, huge screens, good atmosphere. Place is a bit dated which is a shame, toilets could do with an update for sure.

Great pub and atmosphere. Tremendous beer garden and live music. Went in for Champions League Final, the screen was "massive", so big infact that the Man City fans sat 20feet behind me couldn't see it and they had a screen right behind them. Or so some deranged woman and her entourage of 10 men had decided, this then led to them being abusive and aggressive. Door staff were friendly!!

Place full drink on shelf to play pool only to be taken by staff would not replace or refund.

First time in here and loved it! Many TV's showing live sport. Good real ale. Polite, efficient staff. Set back from main road so easy to miss. Worth finding.

Prices are alright. Good quiz on a Wednesday and Sunday and loads of big screens for football. Thing that lets it down massively are the toilets, they're absolutely disgusting. Never seem to be cleaned and floor is always covered in piss. Don't forget your wellies and armbands

Do not go into this pub. It is a no-go place in Preston. Do not ruin your day or night coming into this den. Unlike other establishment, this place is visited by rough people. It has had history of assaults. Just Google it. It welcomes regulars and groups who are violent in nature. You could end up being beaten up if you talk or look at them or if they do not like you unprovoked. The landlord welcomes these kind of troubled customers over many years. The place is on a dead allyway makes it more dangerous for you to escape of an assault. Just leave this place. It is not worth to have altercation or head injuries to end your day at the hospital.

Great pub! Good retro music. Good dance floor. Drink specials and nice staff. Thursday night karaoke is a treat!

Chilled atmosphere, great place to go after work meal out. Good for all ages from mid 20s to mid 50s. Nobody feeling out of place.

Big screens for sports. One or two decent enough beers such as Beaverton Neck Oil. Found down the alleyway it seems but dingy but it's fine.

Been frequenting this pub off for the best part of 30 years. Always lively with a good selection of ales, lagers and spirits. Only slightly let down by the sticky floors !

Who doesn't love the Bully? Obviously if your from Preston 😂 lots of space, reasonable prices, huge screen for sports and an excellent atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is down to the toilets which make you feel like you're at a live festival! In a field.....but love the pub itself!

The beer was great! Perfectly poured and delicious. The pool tables were a bit off, cussions bouncing the balls all over hah! But great for some fun games regardless. I will be going back!

I love the pub, but looks needs much refurbishment in the toilets or enlargement of toilets to be fair!

We saw a doorman attack a young man, it was totally unprovoked, the doorman hit the young man in the face because he didn't answer him, totally out of order, the landlord told us to mind our own business, he couldn't have cared less, I thought the whole thing was out of order, we was there for about half an hour before the doorman came across saying he wasn't old enough to be in the pub, even when he showed him his birth certificate he still hit the lad in the face, it wasn't a nice thing to see, I hope the doorman gets sacked and the landlord gets moved to another pub on a desert island.

We all had a good night in this place place on Monday night.

Pricey beer and the music blaring out in the daytime is godawful, but the staff are friendly and the building is historic.

Nice inside, plenty of seats, it's cold though. Toilets ok, garden fine but dull facing a car park. Standard lager £3.50, ridiculous seen as £2.55 across the road 30 seconds away. Not going in again and have been twice every week for 20 years before 2020.

Great pub great beer and great staff. But only down fall are the doormen. They are bullies. Hitting and pushing customer out and kicking him in the head whilst on floor.

This is one horrible pub, it had more staff then customers, the manager is rude and obnoxious and takes power too seriously either that, he has small man syndrome. I can honestly say I will not be stepping foot in that pub again..
