Pizza Hut in Preston

The service was exceptional, and the menu offered a delightful selection of dishes. The manager and staff exceeded expectations. This venue is ideal for family and social gatherings. While the pricing is somewhat elevated, the ambiance and hospitality are undeniably appealing.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and quite good value for money.

Went yesterday it Made me sick all night and had the shits, could tell it was the pizza and tomatoes as it was all in the sick would not suggest going

I came in with my family. We were seated straight away. We got kids meals and all the adults had the pizza buffet. The managers special pizza which I think was the cheeseburger pizza was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We arrived here and from the start Kerry the manager was so nice and kind . She went out of her way to make my son feel comfortable understanding his disability without any issue . She truly is a pleasure and Pizza Hut should be proud they have her in their team

Ordered using the wrong website as I presumed the Pizza Hut website would cover in restaurant too...however since ordering on the online order, we had an automatically applied discount and was unable to sit and eat in the restaurant. Had to leave and eat in the car. The woman however was super friendly, but still wouldn't let us eat inside which was inconvenient but, food still good as always.

Don't bother ordering from here, took hours to arrive and was absolutely stone cold and inedible when arrived. spent £39 on food that is freezing cold, not even warm, must have been sat there for ages, rang them and they blamed the delivery driver even though it is them sending out freezing cold food

Used just eat to order and deliver, just eat cancelled the order about two hours after the delivery request was placed, Kerry from pizza hut then called to sort the issue out ensuring the order was sorted quickly and efficiently, brilliant service. .Many thanks....

The manager Stephen, was extremely attentive, very friendly and made our meal so much more enjoyable! Went above and beyond what I would expect! The food was perfect too!

Visited Pizza Hut with my boyfriend last night, the staff were lovely and the food was amazing, the bar was amazing with the unlimited food. We came close to the finishing hours at the bar with the unlimited food and were a bit upset about it, the lady there told us that it is okay and that we can still order it and that they still have quite a lot at the buffet. Once they ran out of the pepperoni pizza they actually made us a fresh one and it was amazing, I loved the cheese pull and the crust, the pepperoni was crispy but not burnt, so was the pizza. The staff members were extremely friendly and willing to chat, I love their professionalism which is balanced with friendly and chatty nature

Not to my usual standard. Very faffy to order.

We went for the lunchtime buffet. We were able to get a table straight away. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was the standard selection that we have had in Pizza Huts all over the country. Whilst there was a good selection of pizzas, it would be nice if some could be deep pan and have more topping on them.

Food and service were fantastic! Only problem being, we were one of the first ones in for that day and all the tables/seats were filthy with old pizza and crumbs. Floor looked clean but I didn't feel happy putting my fresh plate on a dirty table 😒

Visited a couple of times now. Quite busy due to it being school summer holidays. The service area here is quite crowded. The salad bar, the self service ice-cream machine and the pizza and pasta service area are all together. So it can be crowded and frantic when trying to queue or get to food.

We were seated quickly, the food was great, the premises were spotless and all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all, this added up to the best experience we have ever had at a Pizza Hut and we will definitely be returning again soon. They have an exceptional team at Deepdale.

We came to celebrate with our son's last day for year 4. He got 100 % attendance award. We always love to come here and they are the best. A Lovely Pleasant Girl name Becky serve us really good. An Amazing Manager Ste been amazing. The Pizza Chef Mark made really good pizza. One more guy who was not in today is Lewis who always serves us is amazing. As always the staff in here are amazing.

We have ordered online one of the deals 2for£20. I feel this is a great deal. Pizza was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed it. Salad wasn't that great, it will be good if they brought in more items in the salad bar. Overall, it was a great experience.

The buffet was excellent and love the look of the restaurant! So bright and clean! The staff were all really friendly- Stephen gave us a really warm welcome.

Excellent food with a bottomless (free refills) on soft drinks and salad bar. Great range of drinks from the dispenser and not watered down. Only negative re food was their "large" pizza... much more like a medium anywhere else. Great friendly attentive staff throughout. A great experience set in a very nice and quiet relaxed restaurant. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend the Deepdale branch in Preston.

Can't go wrong with pizza hut. You know what you're getting before you even arrive. We dined at around 5pm on Thursday night and there was maybe 5 other diners at most. Good service and prompt food although we did order via QR code on the table. As with everything these days, very much priced as a treat. We got the deal for 4 at £55 which is probably the best value on the menu

Veggie pizza is really tasty this time I wish if they have kids corner to play

I had a lovely experience with the family at Pizza Hut Deepdale today. Our waitress Becky was attentive, personable and really sweet to our toddler. The buffet was delicious, with fresh pizzas regularly provided. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely garbage food. Tasteless, meagre portions of bland rubbish. No fault on the serving staff who were fine but for 40 quid for two of us with no desserts, this was utter slop

Disappointed with our food which was tasteless, lasagne literally had 2 sheets of pasta in a slim plate and the meat content was non existent. The pizza is overpriced and dry. Hense we won't be returning and wasting our money.

Have to order food from their website even when there are 3-4 staff wandering aimlessly around. Took forever to het the arlttention of the staff to get our desserts

Firstly, be aware the £9.99 pizza on Monday is not enough for delivery, so you will spend more. Sneaky trick for advertising purposes. The food has gone down hill - more expensive toppings like ham are used less, and the toppings do seem to congregate in the middle, even on the large pizza.

Got food poisoning, never returning again. Don’t think the salad bar was fresh, staff member also smelt of strong BO which was very off putting.

The pizza was not as good as I remember. Also, I paid for extra cheese, and didn't seem to receive it.

Pizza good. Salad bar good. Garlic bread rubbish just a few slices of a baguette not proper pizza style. Desserts ok but just like shop bought microwave ones. Service a bit slow had to flag down the waitress multiple times by walking up to her as she didn’t see us looking over wanting to order things. Overall decent value for money.

It's a shame - we used to really look forward to our visits to Pizza Hut, but it's gone sadly downhill. Today, when my pizza arrived, I couldn't believe what I was getting for my money. Quality: 4 out of 10. Quantity: 1 out of 10. For £18, I expect a LOT more... the pizza I got was a little bit better (and a fair bit smaller) than a cheap pizza you'd buy for a few quid in a supermarket. Add drinks, and you're looking at nearly £100 for a family of four - enough for a huge, high-quality meal in hundreds of pubs in the Preston area. On the bright side, the manager was great, and made us feel welcome.

Went for dinner on 03/02/2024 after almost a year & again Lewis put in tremendous amount of effort to ensure the best customer service was given to us despite a few challenges faced. Lewis definitely deserves a lot more appreciation, recognition, reward & a pay rise for his excellent attitude & service. I wish him all the very best & hope he continues his great work at this Pizza Hut. He does not disappoint even for a second.

Yesterday I visited pizzas hut where manger was asking about payment method before serving pizzas and took to table to order pizzas through qrcode scanner than staff for asking if everything is OK but manger was rude through his body language and while check out he was asking same question to his staff have they made payment. Horrible behaviour of manger in counter

Don’t order the cheese garlic breads there’s more cheese on them with the frozen ones for a pound way better got photos of mine sprinkle of cheese like gold dust will not do was like plain bread takin the mick for that price

Using a code and ordering and paying on-line is over complicated and feels cold towards the staff. Good food. No idea why a coeliac should be excluded from the buffet meal option (pizza, drink, salad, ice cream), even by swapping a buffet of pizzas for one single pizza.

Ordered online for delivery and needed to call in to adjust my order and AJ was very helpful and friendly and quickly fixed the issue for me.

Very family orientated. Great for the kids. Less good for two hungry adults after a day's shopping. Horses for courses. However, very friendly, attentive staff who gave a great service.

I haven't been to Pizzahut for quite some time, and it hasn't changed that much. But that's not a bad thing. The menus are a bit more varied and there's some different types of crusts but it's still Pizzahut. I visited on a weekday lunchtime. What I really liked was the £15.99 lunch time buffet. Now that was a good deal. The place wasn't too busy and I was left to my own devices and I had a really quiet peaceful time just quietly chomping away at pizza, salad and the Ice Cream factory - my kind of heaven 😊 The staff were helpful and unintrusive. The place was calm and quiet. And the food was good. I enjoyed myself and I'd go back. I guess when it's heaving at the weekend, it's not so much fun, but for lunch during the week? It's a nice place to eat and chill out.

Well what can I say, waited on average about 30 minutes for our food to come probably normal with the restaurant being busy! What we didn’t expect is to receive our food COLD, cold pizza cold chips, the only thing that was hot was our child’s meal and the garlic bread, we did speak with the staff about this and they then sent out a hot pizza but by then we were passed hungry and having to then wait for a hot pizza to come we were just really disappointed, our bill was £61.67 so not really a cheap meal out and to be served COLD pizza is very disappointing, would we return to deepdale Pizza Hut definitely not the only reason why we stayed is so our 23 mouth old could finish her food as surprising that was hot we had to cool it down for her to eat! Overall very poor experience of Pizza Hut and such a waste of our hard earned money

The pizza deal was great. The cooking of the food was spot on. As were deserts. The decor is also very welcoming and warm. The staff were all very polite and courteous.

It was dead for a Saturday night, and you can see why. There is no customer contact anymore. You order on your phone, and all the staff do is bring you your order. You get your own fefulls, which is fine, but just adds to the impersonal feel of the experience. Pizza hut used to have a nice personal feeling to it. Not any more. On the plus side, the pizza was lovely, and the 1 member of staff I did talk to, to help me with my Blue Light Card, was very helpful.

There was no way to say "No" to this Pizzahut. Everything was awesome, nearly perfect. I like it

We went for the buffet, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice. The restaurant was very clean.

The speed of serving was spot on, the salad bar was clean and full, the food was good, the cold glasses made the drinks more pleasant and staff. The server StephenD was helpful, polite and accommodated everyone in the restaurant efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Something about Pizza hut at Deepdale I love the food was great and loads of staff with great cleanliness.

Ability to find a seating area that was comfy and worked well for us ie not cramped in on a small table. Server polite and respectful of distance and staying away whilst we were eating. Restaurant clean and tidy in all areas.

Waiting 10 minutes to open, I got inside and got told it was card only. There was no sign on the door, and I got snotty look from the young girl with blonde hair I will never go back

Pizzas are getting smaller and smaller each time when visiting pizza hut. Card payment only!!!!! not so cool, Cobwebs is hanging around and needs good clean around . Staff is nice and polite.

Great service, food excellent and kids loved the ice cream factory. Only let down was as we were finishing our meal, a large group of young kids and their mums arrived (8pm) and they let the kids aged 2 to 10 run riot ... Utterly disgusting behaviour. Like savages at the salad bar. Felt sorry for staff who are left to clear up after them. Mind you, once they arrived, every other guest quickly left 🤣

Can't remember the last time we've been to Pizza Hut. Not much more on offer than pizza, chips and snacks made out of dough. Quite poor 'bottomless' salad bar. No tomatoes or cucumbers, just lettuce, sweetcorn and paprika chopped into huge uneven pieces. Pizza was good (apart from every vegetarian option having red onions on top) One can choose the crust and size. Staff were very helpful but for the price this place was little disappointing. Sorry.

Pretty much everything was great. The speed of service, shown to our table straight away. Advised of the best options. Everyone very polite even though we were slow at ordering. I thought a family near us were quite rude to the staff but the staff were very professional. Ellie was our host and was brilliant throughout.

The food was very good, which is the main thing we're going for. The restaurant was clean and pleasantly decorated. The price was good. And the staff were very nice people.

Was stone cold on arrival. And I asked for a thin pizza and it came thick.
