The best restaurants in Lancaster North West

Worst place to get your food forever, the service was terrible as they looked aggressive. Furthermore, the food was not on par. Donner kebab order with the spicy sauce was disgusting. The sauce was was like water and the salad was not fresh at all. Lastly, chicken ordered was like cardboard, hard to chew. Will not be coming ever again and 0 stars were possibly, they would even get a negative rating. This place made me feel sick.

Not bad actually for a little lunchtime snack. Pleasant staff and quick to the table.

Esperé 2 horas para una pizza muy caro, cuando me puse en contacto con el resteraunt que culpó al conductor que era basura! Hablé con el chofer que confirmó esto, cuando dije que nunca volvería a usar un Papa Johns, ¡él solo tenía una actitud de lo que fuera! Nunca tuve oportunidad de comer la pizza ya que tuve que irme al trabajo, la pizza fue dejada en mi puerta para cuando volviera del trabajo, nunca usaré solo comer o papa johns otra vez!

Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Only (small) downside was that it was quite noisy. Recommended for desserts

After visiting several Starbucks drive throughs this is the worst by far. For a new complex it was very grubby behind the counter from the drive through window. Cups, split drinks, straws etc all over the floor while staff were standing on their phones doing nothing. The shop was empty so clean up

Well over an hour late and the order was wrong - they sent someone else's order to my address and wouldn't believe me when I said that was not what I ordered onlline. They asked me to go and prove it. They blamed me and Just Eat and wouldn't accept any responsibility. I called them idiots as that's exactly what they are (the company - apologies to the girl as she was just trying to help). But the male/owner - never ever experienced customer service like that before. Absolute disgrace arguing with a customer. Soon to be closed on that basis.

Awful.. went for lunch with a client who I support and we sat upstairs and all we could hear is the kitchen staff swearing and shouting and using horrible language, and due to the echo in the upper floor this was throughout the restaurant so I’m unsure why management did not pull them up on this, was awful. Came for a relaxing lunch and got this.. Not to mention the state of the food, plastic; tasteless and disgusting.

Do not use this restaurant, it is a scam, ordered from just eat, order did not turn up, went to restaurant next to collect, to find it's ceased trading, but is still taking orders and money of people, never got my money back

Gran lugar, la cafetería en sí es preciosa y muy espaciosa. El personal es muy educado y el servicio es rápido. Mi única crítica sería que se habían agotado los sándwiches a la 1 pm un fin de semana (compramos los últimos 3 en justicia) pero todavía había gente esperando. El café es excepcional.

Pedimos desde aquí el lunes pasado (6th) pedimos 2 comidas de hamburguesas, una comida de nuggets para niños, gofres y batidos, además de algunos lados. Cuando llegó el pedido nos faltaba el gofre y una de las hamburguesas también estaba mal. Llamamos y le dijimos al restaurante que dijeron que no podían enviar reemplazos como habíamos pedido a través de Lancaster Eats y que no tenían su propio conductor. El restaurante aconsejó que agregarían una nota a nuestro registro para la próxima vez que ordenamos enviar estas cosas de forma gratuita (que rechazamos). Hablé con el gerente y pedí un reembolso y me dijeron que tomaría 48 horas, ya que tenía que enviar un mensaje en el chat de grupo de WhatsApp de Lancaster Eats. Todo esto estaba bien, y completamente comprensible, excepto que todavía no hemos recibido un reembolso y a pesar de llamar más de 10 veces durante la última semana no puedo contactar con nadie. Tendría 100% pedido desde aquí de nuevo porque la comida que llegó era sabrosa, pero estoy harto de perseguir mi propia cola ahora

Dont order from here I waited over an hour and a half I rang up and was put on hold for ages she then said the driver was five minutes away 20 minutes later I phoned them back. Lo and behold the driver was five minutes away Hahaha I was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to explain that she should at least give me some discount she said well you’ve already paid online! And she couldn’t refund anything she told me I should just cancel the order. I said have no fear I already am doing! Terrible service terrible staff should really get no stars

Very disappointed with the trip. A woman called Tracy ruined it for me with her behaviour towards her colleagues. She was having a go at one guy, who was working hard and the way he was dealing with us was great. I don't know if it was because he is black. But her behaviour is unacceptable. I have been on this train before and its not the first time she has done it. She shouldn't even be working on the train behaving like that.

This family run cafe is a short walk from the promenade gates of Happy Mount Park. There is spacious seating inside and out and a chargeable soft play area adjoining. My wife ordered two mochas from the counter and the young lady looked rather puzzled about how to make them. We eventually got the two drinks, which were the worst and most insipid specimens ever and which bore no resemblance whatsoever to what a mocha should be. It was so bad that we decided to leave them after a couple of sips. We put this down to a lack of proper staff training.

This place shows when you look for pizza but it is not a restaurant. Just heads up
