Great food, on time, ordered from here many times, possibly the best kebab in Morecambe

I asked for a mixed kebab with lettuce and cucumber and mayo, they sent me a mixed kebab with lettuce, onion and red cabbage, I'm allergic to cabbage so to open my food yo find that was lucky, not reading the order slip, abysmal

When the order first came it was cold and late by nearly half an hour and then when we came to unpack the food we realised food was missing! By the time they managed to get the food items that were missing it had been an extra half an hour by the time we received them! Cold food, missing items and an extremely long wait time was not what we wanted on our chilled night in

Had this for tea last night could not believe how DISGUSTING it was!! chips where dry as anything pizza came with just tomato puree burger was cold MINGING!!

not ordered from here for a while , food gone down hill use to be chippy chips I was sent Mcain Microwave Crickle chips and the Pukka Pie is not a Pukka Pie it's a Hollands Pie ( only thing I enjoyed )

Order process excellent, delivery time and food quality very poor, after several phone calls the order arrived late, cold and greasy, would not recommend this restaurant and will never order from here again, the only thing I can say is the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and was trying her best, shame everything/everyone else let her down. Not great when you have hungry kids!

Ordered - 2 hours late and food cold , items missing - when called to complain was told “ it left here ok “ requested refund but wont hold my breath : DO NOT ORDER if you want it in time and correct.

CheeseBurger and chicken Burger meals were amazing everything else was great aswell but deffo recommend the burgers 🤤

Food was 2 hours late and came cold. The order was also wrongly prepared as we asked for no salad and there was salad on both of our kebabs. Very dissapointed.

Long time waiting and Delivered wrong kebabs, with other things was mainly chips than meat, large portions of chips looks like half potrions anywhere else. General small portions of everything. Not recommend. Avoid

I have bo 8dea where this amount comes from & demand an immediate review if the amount as I have not had the food paid for for this amount & it was paid for by mistake I there fore want a full refund immediately before I take legal action against just eat.

Order barely arrived within specified time . order requested was 2 x combi kebabs with pitta bread I received them both in naan breads! Not quite customer satisfaction I was expecting. Disappointed with service.

I have been here a few times the food is okay nothing special. A few times it has come on time of 5/10 minutes late which I don’t mind but when it goes past half an hour late it becomes a bit annoying. Placed an order at 16.20 an hour later at 17.20 I decided to ring and ask how long it would be I was told they are just cooking it now and it will be about 15/20 minutes so left it until 17.50 then decide to call again this time to be told they’re just making it now I said they were making it half an hour ago and she said we’ve just fixed the over so I said when will it arrive and I was told another 10 minutes…10 minutes later and I still haven’t received any food at this point I’d just want money back and to go elsewhere but guaranteed that won’t be an easy option. I’m still waiting for food at 18.05

Sent the wrong items, i ordered chips and cheese, got sent plain chips, also ordered a hawaiian burger and had no pineapple on it, only had salad and sauce, i have photos as proof

Not impressed at all - ordered here many times for a fair few yrs - kebab always came wrapped (naan) so easy to cut & share - last couple times fallen apart on us and tonight fell apart before i even cut it to put on plate!!! Chips not chippy chips any more just cold soggy fries….an hour and a half for 1 soggy kebab and soggy chips - will def be removing from faves and ordering elsewhere ☹️

delivery driver was awesome. shop forgot the drink so the deity driver went out of his way to the shop to buy a replacement food was also really good 👍

Delivery was very very late. Ordered at 545pm, it’s now 730pm and still no sign. Avoid unless you want to sit not eating but having the lovely experience of paying for it

Placed order just after 6pm it didn’t turn up until 8:30pm. I requested to cancel the order and have a refund but then the food arrived within 5 minutes - stone cold. All I got was £3 off for it being late.

Only got 3 stars because the combo kebab was hot although was missing all the salad. Chips are the worsted I've ever had from Mario's taste like cardboard an cold.Pizzas were hot and kids enjoyed Garlic mushrooms with cheese were nice.the fish was so dry and chewy.

Yuk, mixed kebab was disgusting, meat pie cold and solid, chips cold and soggy, pizza burnt on the edge barely cooked in the middle. We won't order again, none of it was nice.

Food was very late over 2 hours, arrived cold, Chips were awful, doesn't look or taste like the chips weren't cooked properly, hard chips, couldn't even chew them, pizza was okay, donna meat was okay, chicken was fine but all cold arrived cold.

Mario burger is a VERY big burger 😗!

Chips where like they was warned up from early on rock hard the pie was warm on the edges cold inside and the wrap was burned never order from here again waste off money

Food was cold and some of it was overcooked, couldn’t eat the chips and cheese. Even though it was cold the pie was ok.

65 mins late. Horrible and cold. Garlic and chilli sauce added to one of the kebabs when specified for no sauce

A common theme for this place. Easily upto an hour after the estimated time. The food is awesome but timings are awful.

Absolutely the worst takeawy ive encountered 🤢 pizza was like cardboard, burgers dripping in oil and breadbun was soggy from oil. Chips were discusting Delivery was late!

What a shame used Mario's for years always amazing, food now cold hard dried up chips,they came and collected to return with more of the same not as bad but not good. It's been going down hill for a while but tonight was the last straw. Such a shame the lass delivering was soooo lovely not her fault at all

Food cold and inedible on delivery. Took 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery when the place is only around the corner. Chips and cheese, cheese was solid on arrival, chips tasted of plastic, like they'd been sat for a while.

Sorry Marios, you used to be so good. Not ordered from you for a while but this order was dreadful. We only ate it because we arrived back from Dublin today and were too hungry to send it back. Garlic and tomato pizza? No taste of garlic and a thin scraping of tomato puree on an overcooked and hard supermarket pizza base. The worst garlic/tomato pizza I have ever had. And cold. Kebab was overcooked, burnt in places, dry and tasteless. Can't say if there was any lamb. There were some burnt lumps that might have been lamb. Doner was dry and rubbery. Garlic sauce was like a weak yoghurt with a few herbs thrown in. No taste of garlic. There was some shredded meat, which we guessed was chicken. It wasn't good, but the least of the crimes with this meal. Chips were overcooked and cold. Overall, absolutely horrible and only eaten because we were tired from driving back from Ireland since 6am this morning. Mind you, we only picked through it and threw at least half of it in the bin.

It was the worst kebab ive ever had not to metion 2 and a half hours ov it will be there 5 min driver there then i got old meat stone cold i do not advise anyone to use this place

Pretty disappointed this time. The naans seem to be undercooked and quite doughy, hardly any chicken on the kebabs (maybe 6 bits compared to lots of donnar) and the garlic bread was very hard and chewy, almost felt like it has been microwaved. Its a shame as we've had good food in the past.

Both Donna and chicken kebab were extremely dry overcooked ..chops cold and chewy.... barely edible ...£17 on a wasted meal

Food was damaged,well what was left of it as missing items feel I'll after eating from here, I keep throwing up, Found out they was the ones that messed about with my elderly + disabled mum, she mentioned them in social media about her order n how they charged her for something she never received n was rude about it. I shall be doing the same as her.

Food took 1hr 30 mins, when it arrived it wasn’t hot. I ordered a special box. Wasn’t so special the lamb Shish and the mushrooms where missing. The box was floppy with grease, it used to be a good kebab shop. I’ll not be ordering again.

Awful. Chips were anaemic and cold chicken was not cooked. Couldn’t eat it.

Food is great but the super expensive delivery cost is bad it say from 0 to £4 and I'm literally two streets away and it still cost four pound delivery if I didn't have a I'll child I would collect like I normally do but the delivery fee will stop me ordering again unless I'm able to collect
