SPOT ON AGAIN MEAT BOX SPECIAL LOADS OF NICE QUALITY MEAT EXCELLENT VALUE OF MONEY.. MEAT WAS SEASON WELL TASTY.. CHEERS GUYS... VERY CHEAP GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AND QUALITY IS REALLY GOOD 👍 👌 ALSO THE DELIVERY WAS SUPER QUICK NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

We ordered to golgotha Rd Lancaster via Lancaster Eats. The service was rapid The food, for a takeaway at 1am was pretty Good and way ahead of time. We will order again.

I’ve purchased pizza from Pizza Cottage twice now via the Lancaster & Morecambe Eats app. On both occasions the pizza has been delicious, value for money, and delivered quickly. I really can’t fault this place for pizza.

Had a couple of box kebabs recently that were really good but last order got pizzas which weren't great. Prices also gone up paid £3.50 for a portion of cheesy chips and the portion was pathetic chips at £2.50 is extortionate aswell

My order was a tray of Kebab Meat, Chicken Nuggets Chips and Onion Rings. All good was fine and would definitely try again. My previous experience hasn't been good but highly recommend the most recent food. Guys behind the till very polite. Fast service. All good for less than £10!

First time trying here but it won't be the last Very tasty and very good value for money, some good deals on offer We will be back when on holiday in the area

Home delivery chicken kebabs, Burgers or Pizza's, always had great food and always deliver in good time so food is still hot. Highly recommend 👌

My wife and I like kebabs, my daughter recommended pizza cottage and we are so glad she did!! The Donner kebab is fantastic, the staff are very efficient and the prices are very good! We WILL be going back!!

Food too nearly 1 hr 30 minutes to arrive for two things ...... pizza and garlic bread ..... both luke warm and taste old like have been sitting around and reheated ..... not impressed

Been using Pizza Cottage while our usual place was closed. It’s been ok, until tonight. Chips cold, pizza cold and soggy at the bottom, the onions were still crunchy but the top was cooked? Not to mention the car that pulled up and delivered several half frozen kebab spits from its boot. I’d have to liked to think things like this are only delivered in a temperature controlled vehicle! Won’t be back.

usually the food is great but went the other night for my tea I ordered burger and chips and it wasn't that good because they had to take my burger into the back k and when I got home with it the bottom off the bun was swamped in vinegar I couldn't take it back because I live in carnforth I was very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting service 2 hours late, and then asked me to stand in the middle of the road for another 15 minutes after that to find where i lived on a main road, still no show. Had call back and refused the order in the end. Absolutely not a care given for lateness. Only giving a 1 star because I can't give lower. Will never order from this place again!

We ordered this online!! Took 2 hours to come 👿👿🤷‍♀️ for 3 items !!? Food was good when it finally arrived , but over two hours !! Have ordered previously and have arrived quicker ! It was a Wednesday !! Bit disappointed ☹️ tbh

I ordered a large Kebab with salad, food was ok as I collected but half a hour later was sick in a bag. Wouldn’t recommend.

The best ever place in town, after trying their food two years ago,I stick with them, i have only been ordering from here , staff are polite and friendly, nice atmosphere , good food always my favourite is a cottage special kebab highly recommend it.

When visting our caravan we allways go to this shop but last few visits very disapointed the kebab meat has changed to the cheapest possible and full of grease couldnt eat it the burger was burned and thats all you could taste it was black wont be going again plenty other kebab shops will give them a try

Got the mixed kebab gotta be the worst ever the chicken wasn't to bad, but the donner wasn't cooked enough and really greasey pitta bread was like cardboard won't be back £12 wasted

The mix kebab box is something else will take two people to eat it

i ordered a takeaway last night and it came cold and uncooked , the chips were cold and soggy and the pizza dough was raw and freezing cold.

Food is always served and delivered with care by Friendly staff. The majority of the time food is delivered quickly and Hot. Although There has been the odd occasion where it's been lukewarm. But it's understandable during busy hours. Overall: Great quality Good pricing Quick delivery Great food (especially Kebabs)

They accidentally put mayonnaise on a kebab I ordered which my girlfriend can’t have. When I rang to tell them they were so apologetic and had a fresh kebab sent out to me within 10/15 minutes. The food is always fantastic from here. And the customer service was 10/10.

Terrible service staff can’t understand English got our orders wrong three times now plus they keep swapping staff over for a cigarette breaks and everything’s messed up order wise will never use again steer clear folks

Just had my order of just one pizza delivered after nearly an hour and a half, for it to turn up and be absolutely stone cold.. last time I order anything from this place

ordered the share box with donner meat chips and cheese and onion with two sauces don't understand how they can get it wrong forget to put sauce on and forget cans of pop aswell

Absolutely awful service waited 70 minutes rang up was told that the driver came and rang my phone to no answer 100% not true as I’ve patiently sat for the duration with my phone in My hand starving….no missed calls! When I said this to the person on the phone I was told it was not his problem! O therefore cancelled my order!! I I’ll never order or recommend again!! Awful rude service

Let me tell you something terrible the doner meat gives you the runs the next day. My partner came in here a few days ago and spent £12.60 he gave them £22.60 so expected £10 change but never got it. When he questioned them about it the server swore blind he didn't give £22.60 and said it was £12.60. He stole from my partner simple as. So hes had to sadly put it down to a lesson learned.

I got a margerita pizza from here this weekend, staff were not very friendly - no please or thank you-, pizza was very thin & didn't have much flavour, it would've benefited from some herbs. Was only visiting Morecambe for the weekend so no need to go here again!!

Probably the worst kebab and fried chicken I’ve ever had, the kebab was so bland and too much sauce it was sickly, the fried chicken isn’t even proper chicken pieces it’s like a drumstick shaped nugget that’s been deep fried to an inch of its reconstituted life. Poor quality food. Don’t waste your time or money. 1 star for delivery time that’s it

This is one of the worst pizza place going . Every time you order food it's late never on time . And as for just eat they do not evan care about customer care both parties only happy because they got your money and that's it . I HAVE TO RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM DIFFERENT PLACE AND DELIVERY COMPANY

I ordered a mixed donner pizza without onions (as I am allergic to onions) and it came with onions so rung them and told them it was wrong so they said they would send me another one without onions and this is what they sent. That has never seen a mixed donner pizza in its life it's a Mexicano pizza.

Found 3 hairs in my food and the Meat wasn’t cooked properly, wouldn’t advise anybody to order from here

Beautiful chicken kebab with naan

Ordered in shop, donner was cold. Chicken kebab was covered in sauce and not freshly cut chicken pieces.. Pretty low level food all round would expect more.

Best customer service of any takeaway in morecambe and Lancaster. Great Greek salads too. They always try to accommodate any changes needing to be made due to allergies etc as well

Ordered two simple pizzas with two ingredients only. They said the waiting time was 45min to on hour. After an hour and 30 min I rang them to find out why the delivery had not arrived and was told they were busy, but the order will be with me in 10 minutes. After another 20min and another phone call to them, no pizza arrived, I cancelled the order as nearly two hours of waiting is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of apologies I received a call back with verbal abuse because I dared to cancel the order that I never received. I will never order from them again and would not recommend you do so. AVOID.

Very rude staff and the food is very poor quality

Terrible phone call manner. Ordered meal deal 3, which should have included: 2x 12" pizza, 10" garlic bread 2x chips. Arrived with no garlic bread and driver argued it wasn't included then he suddenly didn't understand English??? We ordered at 6:30pm it didn't arrive until 8pm, 1 hour 30 minutes late, was cold and had items missing. I will NEVER use these bad-mannered fools again.

This was not a pleasant experience! Ordered pizza and chicken kebab and I was so disappointed.The pizza base was dry and not very fresh - I assumed that they had bought in their bases ready made. Poor toppings and overall tasteless. Much nicer pizza places in the area.The chicken kebab was completely dried out and the pitta was horrible. I would not even call it a pitta it was more like a thick wrap! Place was a dump and badly needs money spent on it! Get rid of that horrible sofa as well!! Desgusting! Will not use it again!

It's a shame the standards of this place as gone downhill the food I received tonight was disgusting let's just say the bin enjoyed it if I could get refund I would I can no longer recommend this place

Just got a huge mixed kebab and drink for 6.80 and its was beatiful! Defo will be having again the portion was huge!!!

Be careful what you order. I bought a mixed kebab and that was priced at six pounds. When they added salad n sauce it came to nearly ten pounds. Absolute rip off. You go anywhere else and salad n sauce is in the price. These guys are sneaky. I would go else where as the food wasn't all that but I hate sneaky overpriced food.

Won't go to any other takeaway in West end now as they have memorized what I order and always make me feel welcome by asking how my day has been and they make the perfect cheesy chips
