Bought online, pizza tasted awesome, best I've tasted in ages

Stayed at Regent Bay holiday park and ordered from here and the food is absolutely tasty, hot and delivery is quick. Would definitely recommend.

tasted undercooked, cheese didn't taste right

Ordered many times from here, for the price of the 16” pizza you can’t go wrong. Not the fanciest or best quality but for almost £10 you cannot moan. I order it everytime I get food from here. Can come slightly undercooked but could be due to size etc Will order it again, the workers are nice people too can always have a conversation with them.

Excellent and quick on collection. Can't wait for myself to order my monthly meal next week :)

Always liked it & regularly spend quite a bit. The pizza is good but customer service is terrible. Ordered at 6.40 pizza came at nearly 8.30! Rang at 8.05, 10 minutes after due time.No apology just dismissed & told it was 5 mins away. 20 minutes later it arrived. A shame as always thought a good bunch of guys but so dismissive on the phone & not even an explanation, couldn't be bothered, no respect there! they couldn't care less. Lessons learned. Plenty of other pizza places so my £30 quid will go elsewhere from now on. Don't bother

Kebab was good, everything hot and tasty, speedy delivery. Only downside was recieving the wrong cake, ordered fudge and got black gateau 🥴

Surprisingly found this pizza to be rather good, just the shop needs a facelift, looks very tired. All in all I'd use it again.

Awful. £40 wasted. Avoid like the plague. The donner meat is that manky cheap stuff that has the rubber texture. It's inedible and will probably make somebody seriously ill. The kids popcorn chicken meal has 5 small pieces of popcorn chicken and a handful of undercooked chips that are swimming in frying oil that's well past its best. £4 you're having a laugh. Pizzas have also gone downhill. They clearly don't care anymore. We have thrown the lot in the bin and went to Spice Room instead for a quality takeout experience. You have been warned.

The pizza king used to be great value for money especially with deliveries however they have changed their minimum order to £18 making it harder for a couple of people to order so you end up having to havr extras butthen they still add on a surchatge for delivery... Sometimes we would oder twice a week but now the £18 minimum delivery means we will only order on the odd occasion in the future. We never experienced any problems with food quality however its a shame the pizza bases are bought in rather than made. last order we had was a different driver who was pretty useless really and forgot the main part of the order! Yhen questioned if it was our mistake..... Normally the young lad who used to deliver was brilliant in fact you knew when he was on his way as you could heat the Bass booming from his car speakers. I know costs are going up but with the minimum order requirement of £18 its too much of a price jump & like us i bet other regular customers will decide to go elsewhere or wont bother ordering as often. Maybe £15 minimum order which includes the £1.00 delivery charge rather than the new £18 minimum order PLUS the delivery charge on top would keep more of your regular customer base.

Forest time we ordered from Pizza King took just short of 3hours for delivery. Given the day and the time of week I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again . This time , we sent a pre order through just after 4.45pm on a Friday . Given that they advertise 5pm opening , we might have our food in a reasonable time . How wrong was I . Over an hour and half and still hadn't received our order . Very poor service . Given that recently moved to the area from Ulverston (where civilization needs to catch up) maybe Pizza King needs renaming to Patients of a Saint , because this is definitely what your going to need when you order from here .

Ordered food to ocean edge caravan site when putting in address it allowed us to put our exact location of caravan and number on the order so expected it to get delivered to the caravan. No phone call or anything until I luckily checked my emails and had an email saying that they couldn’t find me. I rang the takeaway to be told driver was outside reception. Driver could of at least rang me or come to the caravan to drop off but no… sat in the car staring into space blocking the road at the main entrance. Food was standard but chips were very soggy and we didn’t eat them. Donner meat is ok and burger was standard nothing special. Will not order from here again due to service and food standard.

Everything we have eaten has been delicious and fresh.

The flavour of pizza was good however the extras we paid for didn't appear. We also ordered a special kebab costing over £8.00 it says Chicken, kofta and doner meat. There was not one bit of doner meat to be found definitely not worth £8. We ordered at 6.35 for 8pm delivery we finally recieved it 9.35pm. Disappointed

Greasy pizza won't be ordering again

Food was wrong when delivered and refund was refused after they sent us items we didn’t order. Customer service was shocking when we rang up to complain.

Im writing to make a complaint and i want a full refund back because the food was all cold and was very later arriving that my child had to have just toast before bed because it was late arriving so i am not happy.

Well what can I say the food is great the kebabs are very full and the amount of toppings on a pizza is just great and the prices are fantastic, I would advise on delivery as if you do go inside it really doesn't look clean which can be very off putting however they do have a 4 star hygiene rating so it can't be all bad but seriously give it a go.

pizzas actually really gnarly, really fresh. kebab was giant on naan and also fresh. Cant fault!

Order for here regularly. Great prices and great pizzas. Only reason it's not got 5 star is due to delivery time...almost always takes around 1hr 30 to deliver.

Unlike a lot of these reviews wingeing about late deliveries we called in after having a skinfull and got a couple of pizzas and a couple of kebabs. Fellas serving were very polite and accommodating. Pizzas were thin and crispy, as we like them, and kebabs were very good for the price. Not greasy or congealed, just well cooked, lightly spiced chicken and doner strips. To make matters better, chilli sauce actually had chilli flakes in it (ie not just tomatoes with a bit of chilli powder) and was pleasantly piquant! Cracking food after an afternoon on the sauce. Well done lads.
