food was cold delivery driver given me the wrong order so had to wait again for the delivery driver to come back with my order.

both chips and pizza just and so above cold. cheesy chips barely any cheese and chips seemed 'old' not fresh. just really disappointing considering quality is usually good.

I have ordered from here many times without any issues. However, this time, my order was significantly delayed and I received no updates from the restaurant until I called myself. When the food finally arrived, it was not up to the usual standard. Not very pleased with the experience this time.

The cheesy Garlic bread and Mozzarella sticks were amazing 10/10!!! The only flaw was in the cheesy chips, I used to love the cheesy chips from pizza time however the last few times they have been quite bad and it’s quite literally due to the box they come in as the cheese sticks to it and if you try to pull it off then the box breaks and sticks onto the cheese. Please bring back the old boxes for them as the new ones really do make a difference for the worse.

The cheese and garlic bread was cold and the chips were not nice and on the cheese burger the burger was really thin the meal deal is not worth £14 all together it cost £22 it was not worth the money

Shockingly bad! Chips came cold, like eating cardboard extremely dry. Pizza wasn't the best and left my skn needing a drink for the rest of the night so must have been full of salt. Wont be ordering again.

Me and my family love Pizza Time, family meal deal works great for all 4 of us, i especially love the garlic bread and my hubby loves the ham & salami pizza, never greasy, always arrives hot and either on time or early, only pizza place we use 🥰

Can’t fault any of our food or the speed of service for collection. The mixed kebab roll was amazing

Went in and ordered food waited for 15 mins orso then walked 25 feet to my hotel next door and the food was lukewarm absolutely bizarre

3 hours to deliver a pizza then obviously it was stone cold and brick hard . This company needs a good shake up .. You've just lost a customer.

Cold food delivery aged all went in the bin shocking

20 mins late and food cold. Should have been before 8 pm. Didn’t think I’d have to microwave it. No bag either. Straight out of the delivery drivers bag which I didn’t like !!!

Had a call from Mark letting me know the Pizza sent out was wrong (I hadn't even checked it) and that they had sent another driver out with the right Pizza. both Pizza's where tasty and appreciate the honesty as well.

Found a mushroom in my chips, chips cold and limp. There’s mushroom for improvement. I’m not just saying this to be a fungi but I hate mushrooms

Pizza was made perfectly and was the perfect temperature on arrival.

Ordered Garlic Bread and cheese, 2 Donna Kebabs, Chips, Onion Rings, and Fred Chips. It arrived early. However everything was barely warm, so after the wait everything had to be put in the microwave to get piping hot, Last time I order from Pizza Time I’ll stick with Gizmos.

I asked for garlic base instead of barbecue but unfortunately got barbecue so the pizza wasn’t how I like it but my son still enjoyed it and it sure did look good, I do think it’s rare mistake as it usually comes as I ask, came 15/20 mins after I ordered it so definitely can’t complain about that! 😌

Food was really good. Pizzas were perfectly cooked and our chicken share box was very tasty. We will definitely be ordering again.

Little bit disappointed tonight whereas been here a few times before and been excellent. Pizzas had crushed in the box and delivery time was significantly longer after ordering than it suggested initially.

The food was amazing and exactly on time. I messed up by ordering 4 drinks but wanted 2 sauces two drinks called got sorted straight away. Make sure to add extras on pizza as you will be niced love love

terrible attitude lied about my order being delivered when I was still waiting finally got through on the phone to be lied to some more first time ordering from here kids have been waiting 2 hours on Christmas eve shocking.

Ordered quite a few times over the years, but recently less so but i keep giving them a chance as the pizza when its good is good. Lately the arrival time is late. This obviously affects how hot the food is on arrival and it's a shame as it used to be pretty good.

Always top quality food from Pizza Time. The order was estimated to be around 90 minutes but food came piping hot around 30 minutes early (Massive Bonus). Pizzas cooked perfectly, Burger and Kebab were fantastic, delivery driver was friendly, faultless service. 100% Recommended.

2 hours for delivery to arrive no apology of the driver no nothing then everything was stone cold. , Waste of time , Never ordering from this place again .

rare disappointment from pizza time pizza undercooked kebab was none existent and the nuggets were underdone and far too chewy. Shame as always been my top takeaway round here

We always use pizza time as we have only ever had one issue when the wrong order was delivered and it was rectified super quick. The food is always nice and the staff are friendly.

Not sure whats changed but your pizzas are not what they used to be. It seems your trying to save money by make your pizzas, thinner and cheap, just put your prices up and keep them the way they have always been. Big shame

I'm a fan but tonights order was very poor. i'm amazed that they sent out a pizza burnt as badly as that. i only know it was a pizza by using dental records to identify it!

This place as gone down hill , Firstly the orders take far to long then it's always stone cold with hard ( Break your teeth ) Chips . No apologies of the drivers no nothing. And to top it all off the prices have just gone up . Absolute joke it was barely worth it before they increased the prices. I won't be using this place anymore .

Wouldnt even give it one star I ordered a chinese chicken wrap and they well and truly ripped me off. I got 6 pieces of measly thin chicken the rest was bread and it cost about 8 quid. I rang and complained and was basically told nothing can be done and they " always put 6 pieces of chicken in " do NOT order from them they take the piss.

Chinese chicken kebab was absolutely shocking, the portion size was a joke.

it took an hour and a half to make 1 pizza and 2 chips and cheese, and deliver it 5 minutes away! food arrived cold

Really disappointed with tonight’s order, chicken kebabs x 3 Very small portion of chicken in each kebab, huge tortilla wrap which was dry and swamped the amount of filling Did ring to share out disappointment and was offered a free meal next time

just within the estimated time... Happy with the food, I normally add an extra tip if it's on time but with the £2 delivery fee plus it 3 minutes off being late I didn't add any extra money... however bo complaints... a very consistent take away... my regular orders show I'm happy with pizza time
