Worst £30 I've ever spent tastless food the chicken kebab was that bad even the dogs wouldn't eat it avoid at all costs

Used this pizza shop for years. Ordered today and the pizzas arrived burnt. Called the shop the manager claimed he cooked them himself to perfection, when I explained they were black he stuttered ummed and arred and then screamed down the phone he'll come to my house in a very aggressive manner. Exceptional customer service skills. NEVER AGAIN. The boy can't cook.

Staff are really nice if they make a mistake with your order they fix it straight away they brilliant

The only pizza I have eaten with a spoon ,COLD SOGGY and UNDERCOOKED , thought we would give them another go , exactly the same as 12 months ago. Never again. .

Me and my fiance ordered take away. It was 20 mine late. My food was burnt and my fiance got food poisoning from the chicken and puked his guts out. Don't recommend

Best garlic bread around with speedy service too.

Ordered a delivery through Morecambe Eats. Was due to arrive at 18:50. Arrived over 30 minutes late. Luke warm food. So-called kebab was some chicken and a bit of lettuce in a box with a bendy pitta bread wrapped up on top of the box. No sauces despite asking for it. Was supposed to be chicken tikka but didn't tast of anything but salt . Soggy chips. Won't use again.

Terrible customer service, their menu is wrong. And they wont change my pizza for one that isn't loaded with onions. AVOID.

Fantastic take away, never a complaint with the food. Plenty of choice of kebabs pizza and burgers. Always a quick turnaround with food.

Very good tasty kebabs, though not much range of salad, our usual place adds red and white cabbage, cucumber, chilies and more, but none the less delicious. Service was quick, and price is good. Looking at the menu, a full range of kebab, pizza, hamburgers and more.

When you open a Pizza Parlour across from one of the Best Pizza Parlours in the Country you better know what you are doing, And these guys do!

18 notes for 14 inch undercooked pizza, chips with grated cheese on top and 2 warm cans of coke! First and last time visiting shop

CLOSED 9.45 told they were shut ! Apparently they close at 9.45 pm which gives them 15 minutes to clean up ready for the staff to leave at 10 pm

I placed an order from this takeaway on 08.07.23. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive when we was told on the phone the food would take 1.20 minutes. When the food finally arrived, we was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food, with no flavours whatsoever and foods was cold. My children were really hungry and after waiting such along time they fell asleep. Please avoid this takeaway at all costs, if you don’t want your evening spoilt like ours!!

Ordered an 11" meaty supreme pizza with chilli on it around 2p.m with an expected deliverey time of 3.25p.m as they didn't open till then. They arrived with it early and the box was really warm. 1st good sign. The pizza was still hot when i opened it up amd it was lovely. Just enough meat though i couldn't identify sausage or salami on it and there was loads of cheese which was borderline radioactive with heat and still gooey and stretchy. Despite past inconsistences this was by far the best pizza i have had in the area. Fabulous.

Burgers arrived mixed up, 2 phone calls and over an hour later still nothing this used to be great till it changed hands never again

Marinated chicken kebab...Whats it marinated in water ??? Not the best quality chicken, zero taste, probably the worst chicken kebab ive had. Very poor

WOW :( - Nothing like what we were expecting. So so disappointed compared to what we are used to having back home in the North East. Rings up and could hardly hear the young chap on the phone as so quiet so decided to call in to order. Same chap on counter, gave my order in. 2 chicken kebabs. 1 with full salad and 1 with just lettuce & onion. Can I have garlic sauces separately thanks. 2 portions of chips. Cost £16.10 Waited only 10 mins. Gets to room to find no garlic sauce. Both kebabs with full salad.(difference was 2 pieces of sliced tomato) Only 4 pieces of what looks like processed chicken in each kebab.( hardly any taste) Went back to shop to get garlic sauce which tasted more of Mayonnaise with a hint of garlic in it (terrible) and a weird colour. salad was tiny. Mainly lettuce.(this suited me but not my partner) I just expected more for the price I paid. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Mind you the small fries were actually nice. Kebab 4/10 Fries 7/10 Garlic 1/10 Will not return

Keeping going back to pizza time because it’s my family’s regular however the past three times I’ve been I’ve been very disappointed. Every time I’ve ordered it’s takes between 1-2 hours to get here no matter how small the order and whenever just eat notifies me that the driver has my food it takes over half an hour every time to deliver it despite being five minutes away meaning every order is cold the two snack boxes we have order have been so cold we have has to microwave it and the pizza was lukewarm And the only time I’ve called to complain all they said was that they was busy. I live the selection of food that’s why I go back but the service these days have been awful

A sainsburys £2 meat feast pizza is actually worth more and ten times better than a socalled pizza time meat feast steer clear from pizza time at all costs so dont be lazy go to sainsy and also pizza times onion rings and chips are what gives take aways even more of a bad name they must work in their own filth cos that what they deliver to everyone should be ashamed of themselves I bet they dont eat the same food they sell us thats if you can call it food review concrete and complete

Pizza is good I just had a major problem with the staff and delivery driver who refused to come upto the front door so had to go to the flat building entrance leaving a 5 year old on his own to collect my food. Called the shop to complain and all they could do was act like it was acceptable for me to leave a 5 year old child on his own. Will not be ordering again and you need to sort your drivers and staff out

If I could leave no stars I would, worst pizza I have ever had. Under cooked and stone cold barely melted cheese and practically raw pepperoni, mushy and slimy in between cheese and base. It all went in the bin. Never again. Don't waste your money.

Friendly staff the food is very tasty, even though there is a takeway opposite I prefer pizza time as the pizza is not crunchy it is just moist

Over 2 hours for my order is just ridiculous. No communication, no apology, phoned for an update & the miserable guy on the phone said "On its way". It clearly wasn't. Shocking.

Really nice food and not greasy. We had a lot of things as kids have friends over and it arrived within an hour, nothing was missing and it was hot. We had burgers, kebab, onion rings, pizzas, chips, garlic bread and it was all good. The meal deals are a great price too.

Called in there tonight for a simple burger and kebab. Left us waiting for ages. Then suddenly young lad asked us what we ordered and discovered our order had been ready for ages. The burger was nice but the kebab was cold, had to microwave it to make it edible. and we live on the same road as the place.. very disappointed.. ....won't be going back....no need for this to happen......

Used to love it order maybe 3-4 times a week ,now donner meat as thick as a mcdonalds milkshake and the fries were undercooked and soggy

Worst takeaway and customer service ever, I'm giving it 1 star only because there isn't a 0, my sauce was missing with my kebab, rang them only for them to say they didn't know when they could get it to us as they was very busy and if I put it in the notes next time I order they will give me an extra one, we also ordered a 14'' pizza and the base wasn't cooked, it was wet and doughy so it just went in the bin as we had been told before that they was very busy.

Amazing food! Hands down one of the best pizza places in morecambe! Super fast at preparing and the staff are so friendly. Would 100% recommend.

It's a fair place to eat. The sides are all decent, what you'd normally expect from a takeaway in terms of menu options but fairs better than most places in Morecambe. The pizza and garlic breads can be all over the place, it'll either be great or plain awful depending on how busy and the day/time but the prices are reasonable and it's a definite go-to in a pinch

Messed up on order. tried sorting out over the phone and they was really rude and hung up! Put I big dampened of the season finale of obi wan kenobi… the force is weak with this takeaway

We ordered a home delivery which should have come with in approx 1 hour..nearly 2hrs later when I telephoned them to ask when we would get our order I was told that they always send a notification stating that order is on its way ,even if that's not the case, before its ready and before its dispatched. I was told that they were busy but I was on its way shortly. Nearly 2 1/2 hrs later the order arrived stone cold. NOT even put in a delivery bag!!We were all very disappointed,both with the service and the food quality.. Customer service not good.

26/2/22 ordered Kebab pizzas X2 and a normal Kebab. Sat on the seats inside the shop waiting for my order, over 30 mins expired and numerous orders taken and completed, to then be told my order had been overlooked despite staff looking straight at me, I even had to ask how long it’s going to be, they must thought I was sat in there for a warm. Offered free delivery but wasn’t interested, went over the road to Gizmos who were just as busy (online order of 18 pizzas as I walked in) but order completed in just over 12 minutes. Never using again.

DISGUSTING Cold Chewy Late Parts of order missing - bin is full!

i have to write one hundred characters but all i needed to say was food hasn't turned up. it used to be great they've gradually got worst.

I've had a few donna kebabs from here. The donna meat is lovely but every time i order theres a problem with the salad - last time i was given 2 ends from the tomato both had the flower part, this time i made a point when i called the order in i mentioned it and ended up with NO tomato at all 🙄

Long wait for the food had to wait 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and chips which was fries not chips. The burger was bland and flavourless and the fries was cold and also flavourless. Was not impressed with the behaviour of the staff swearing at eachother while waiting for my food.

Massive wait time.. Cold food.. And no cans of pop... Rang up and they lied to me telling me A driver was on the way.. Still Sat here dehydrated 😂 Not Ordering again.. Shambles of a gaff.

Tried the new salt and pepper chick box. Was very nice as most salt and pepper things are. Chips can often be bland from takeaways but these were pretty good crispy too... Might have benefitted from maybe some chicken wings just to mix the meat up a bit but other than that. Very good.

Pizzas were lovely- seemed freshly cooked And not dry like some - garlic bread and mozzarella sticks went down well too . Friendly staff and extremely good value . Would go again .

Good service! Got 2 be one of the best pizzas 🍕 in Morecombe! Amazing dough & proper mozzarella cheese 🧀 not like some places using that bright orange imitation cheese!. Been 3 times now definitely recommend 👌👍

Ordered through Morecambe eats at 5.50 didn’t arrive until 7.55. Food was cold!!!! Phoned twice no one seem to be bothered about the long wait

2nd time ordering from here because 1st time was fab but this time awful spent just short of £30 the food arrived cold, rang them and heard a member of staff shouting no way is there food cold person i was speaking with told me the mushrooms were hot because he had done then and there had 4 orders to deliver all near each other, i did point out i work in catering and our food does not go out cold. they agreed to send us more fries and onion rings which was kind of them however these were not much better and only luke warm, 2 children did eat there burgers, kids dont care, rest of food was binned. Wasted a lot of money.

Ordered a mixed kebab all I got was dried chicken and donner meat and it was cold asked for chilli sauce when I got home no chilli sauce wouldn’t go there again

Ordered for collection but 6 chicken wings were missing. Came all the way from Lancaster too so was disappointing to find food missing. The order was double checked by staff before I left too!

Good takeaway really nice food. Delivery times always seem to be long seem to be waiting an hour and half on average which is only thing that let's it down and puts me off ordering sometimes.

Could only eat half of it. Very little tomato base, mainly cheese and pepperoni on a meat feast - almost boiled meat that was there underneath cheese. Dough not cooked properly and raw in places. Usually good food but very disappointed with this order - wife had very tomato base too.

Ordered take away. It was 50 minutes late and cold. Will never order again. I called to chase up delivery. They stated that when they said originally it had been sent they were mistaken but that they will send it now. Not good enough. Avoid at all costs.

We collected our order hoping for fresh hot food, however the chips were cold & dried out like they had been there for days. Both pizza crusts were like charcoal, the kebab chicken was awful - like something you would find from Asda cold meat section. To top it all off we all had bad stomachache the following day, being sick & the runs. If we lived locally and wasnt going home the next day we would have definitely returned to complain!!! Disgusting

OK well this is my 3rd order in the last 2 months. Just a simple 2 person order. 1st occasion- they forgot my can of pop however the food was lovely. A nice kebab not greasy. Even though just eat said it could take 2 hours they got it to us within the hour 😃😃😃😃 happy days. 2nd occasion. - order over an hour late, but again food not too bad. Just too late to eat at 11pm 3rd occasion- ordered again but this time we pre ordered which ment yes we did get it on time. This time I was really disappointed. The kebab box was open, the food was cold and to top it off they didn't send the chips. Order came at 9pm its now 40 minutes later and still no chips. *******so disappointed. ****** morecambe has plenty of competition. Time to move and try elsewhere!

Chicken burger share box, chicken burgers fab, plenty of chips, cooked just right not soggy, great value for money ( never had a share box before) delivery fast, driver friendly, food piping hot. Thankyou pizza time, we will be back.

I have been a regular a this takeaway ,but lately it's just getting worse the management need a good kick up the backside the service is getting slower and slower tonight I ordered and was told 30min knowing how bad the service as been lately I gave them 45min,got there the shop was full no social distancing at all to be told my order would be 30mins ,I now know what everyone is moaning about another good customer lost

We ordered two Chicken kebabs and a garlic mushrooms. Friendly staff, quick delivery and the food tasted great and v good quality.This was third time lucky in Morecambe after two other places being bad. Fab.

After being let down by our usual takeaway we tried Pizza Time for a midweek treat. It was delicious so we returned on a weekend. Big mistake! Kebab meat overcooked and inedible, chips soggy and just tasted of pure fat, naan bread rock solid in the middle. Won’t be returning

Pizza is uncooked, doughy. Onion rings taste like plastic. Garlic bread dry. No red salt on chips as requested. Tried contacting the shop but no answer. Wont be ordering from here again! Discusting. Much better places in the area for takeaway food.

Ordered a pizza it taken 1hr 20mins we called 1st time 15mins after asked for garlic mayo said they set of called 45mins in asking we're they was as set of said the taken a diffrent route even tho we live 3mins and only one route then called again 1.15 mins later told they was out side 5 mins later pull up stone cold pizza all hard and missing pepperoni of the pizza dispointed as go there alot.

What can i say, we decided to give Pizza Time another go after previous orders have been burnt, late and 9/10 there's something missing from the order... well here we are again, 1hr later than expected, stone cold, missing the salad and dip! (They miss this nearly everytime!!) Garlic bread hard like cardboard, a total waste of Money yet again. Sort it out PizzaTime :-(

When visiting friends and family in Morecambe this is my takeaway of choice, the pizzas are packed with toppings and so flavoursome leaving some is impossible! They make the best garlic pizza bread and the kebabs are the real deal with pieces of meat. The large menu caters for all tastes. A must for late night deliveries when returning back home or to your hotel after a night out!
