Dont order from here I waited over an hour and a half I rang up and was put on hold for ages she then said the driver was five minutes away 20 minutes later I phoned them back. Lo and behold the driver was five minutes away Hahaha I was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to explain that she should at least give me some discount she said well you’ve already paid online! And she couldn’t refund anything she told me I should just cancel the order. I said have no fear I already am doing!

Not happy with the store at all food arrived cold and pizza limp and warm. Verinder omg digesting customer service puts buisness first instead of customer. This guy does not understand English. I WANTED A FULL REFUND waited over an hour. Fabricated delivery times (fraud I believe) by accessing the systems saying delivery done when driver is still 15 mins away. Delivery guy was ace however Verinder let thd store down £25.66 is the order and blackmailed me (against dominoes policy) I wish a full refund not a voucher because you have just lost this customer. Verinder and Lancaster Domino's i guess I wont be getting a refund from this franchise so Dominoes head office here I comeand environmental health food safety

I think we were snagged by the 'famous' signs and perhaps thought we were in for something pretty special.
Hotdog was pretty poor... Chips were as expected but served in a polystyrene cup. Sauces on offer were the cheapest on the market; watery, vinegar and sugar sauces.. Horrible.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the actual boss of the establishment. Delivered wrong food, phoned back to explain the matter all i got was bad attitude and told me to come to the shop to get the right order when i phoned to get it delivered in the first place, they hung up on me 3 times and didnt pick up again after, terrible customer service.
Morrison’s Morecambe cafe is a disgrace.
As a regular customer for many years I am greatly concerned over a lack of maintenance of the coffee, tea and water machines. We have just walked out because once again there is no coffee machine working. This has happened too frequently aver the past two years. The staff do their best but even when they query when a machine is to be repaired nothing seems to happen. I suggest new machines with a maintenance contract be acquired as a matter of urgency. You are losing custom and customers. When this happens we go on to Sainsbury’s and give them our custom.
Went here on my day off to have some breakfast and wishes I hadn't. I ordered a bacon, breakfast bap. The young lad that served me, asked if I would like it buttered, which I replied "yes please". When it arrived, the bap was unbuttered and the bacon (1 piece) was uncooked and stone cold. I complained to the waitress that the bun was unbuttered and she just muttered something under her breath and returned a few minutes later, throwing a few sachets of butter onto our table without saying a word. I then realised that the bacon was undercooked and cold and that the bun had been previously frozen as it was falling apart when I tried to butter it. The breakfast bun cost me £3.50. I did not eat any of it as it was inedible and I did not have the patience to complain as I knew it would not get me anywhere. I shop at Morrisons every week and the staff are always very friendly but that was the last time I would ever eat at the cafe again.

Absolute con artists. Ordered a pizza 90 minutes before closing time; was assured it was en route 15 minutes before closing time. Lo and behold, midnight comes and there's no delivery.
Not only am I out of pocket, I've wasted my time waiting for this shysters.

I ordered at 6:15 and it arrived just 30 minutes prior at 7:45 the food was great, and I would highly advise you to get the delicious pepperoni pizza. The delivery man was nice but I could see his chest hair as he was wearing a bikini top but no judgment here. I would 100% go again maybe for two pepperoni pizzas instead of one.
Just leaving this services after a quick stop to use WiFi and grab a coffee. The internet is not working on either side of the motorway. Coffee was fine from Costa. The tables and chairs are stained and not clean. The building plus the tower are worn out and require an overhaul. The amount of trading that goes on here you would think that Moto could keep the internet on and tidy the place up.
