It’s a sweaty kebab you get after a night out, nothing more or less. I’ve been coming to flames on and off since I was younger and it’s not changed much, aside from the prices. Seven quid gets you a fat kebab with salad and sauce. Eat in or take it back to your bed sit, the choice is yours.

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread on Uber eats before seeing the reviews. But after seeing them I was a bit sceptical, however the food was quite good. Especially for the price. Can't complain. Maybe I was lucky 🤣. But will definitely be ordering again. I reduced one star coz I thought the pizza sauce could do with a little bit more punch.

Food arrived an hour and a half after ordering, when arrived food was stone cold and inedible, contacted the restaurant 30 minutes after being notified that the driver had set off to be told that they only left 3 minutes ago and that I needed to wait a further 10 minutes for the driver to get to me

Very greasy pizza and the topping just fell off when trying to pick it up, very very heavy on the jalapeños as well

Ordered around 6pm for 730 pm delivery. It is five past 8 and just had a call to ask me my address. When i pre order its always late. When i order when im home the eta is usually on time. Its oddly annoying.

My food was a little burnt. Still edible hence 4*

waited over 40 minutes in the shop for a basic order 2 pizzas 1 garlic bread kept being told be ready in 1 minute complete joke no apology and food isnt that good avoid like the plague

Large kebab is smaller than a regular, salad consists of onions (lots) and 3 pieces of tomato! We regularly order from here maybe no more

Burger wasn't cooked properly and chips felt like plastic it was poor.

food was Cold and awful didn't taste like it usually do had to ring the takeaway to see where the food was said he would be there in a few mins still had to wait 15 mins. awful

Delivery was expected between 12:45-01:05 and never showed up after calling them multiple times without a reply they picked up the phone asked for our address and told us to wait 10-15 minutes after the app telling us it had been made,sent off and delivered even after that tried calling them 30 times to see where our food was at and didn’t arrive till 10 to 2 in the morning highly recommend if ordering from here to collect

I always order from flames when I am in the area. However, my recent experience was very unsatisfactory, the chips cheese and gravy had spilt everywhere. By the time I got it. The chicken Shawarma was soaked and the paper wrapper was completely stuck to it so unfortunately I wasn’t able to try this. Having said that I do have to praise the mixed kebab donner as that was superficial however that unfortunately was the only silver lining.

Amazing they cane super early and were super kind and rrespectfull I will always buy food from this shop and also most if the food is halal

Hi, delivery came a little late which was okay but the food had gone soggy and cold by the time it arrived with me. Also the sauce from one of the boxes had been chucked around that much during delivery (In the drivers car boot I noticed) that it had exploded inside the bag over everything else and made half of the meal inedible. Chips were very small for £2.50 literally just one handful which I have never seen before. Really disappointed with the quality of the food.

paid for 2 drinks and didn't get them when we're so thirsty

Food cold when arrived and no pop what was ordered said he would bring back still waiting 45 mins after receiving food . Like we didn’t want a drink with our meal . Rubbish service!!

Enjoyed the food but a little bit annoyed that I ordered a bottle of coke and a bottle of Pepsi came. I don’t like Pepsi so this has gone to waste.

I have been up really unwell all night after eating the food I ordered. Not happy with this at all and won't be using just eat again. Whenever there is an issue Just Eat don't do enough to sort out the issue. Absolutely disgusted with Just Eat and the service I had received last night and previously.

Ordered yesterday at 7pm, paid for and accepted. Did not recieve food due to problems with Just eat system. No option on just eat app for refund for not recieving. what do i do?

2 and a half hours later, they still haven’t turned up. They’ve disconnected the phone too so that you can’t call and complain or chase the order.

ordered for 8:30pm, came at 5pm while leaving the house, just ended up being a waste of food and money

Usually this place is great and the driver is fantastic 10/10. But on this occasion I didn’t have the usual delivery driver. I left a note saying don’t knock, it’s late and I’m in a houseshare on the top floor and won’t hear the door so please call and included my number. The driver proceeded to pound on the door waking everybody. Please teach your new drivers better. The regular driver is fantastic though.

The last 3 times I have ordered, I have had to chase up the order 90minutes + afterwards and then it comes, stone cold. I am done. I have supported this business since it was The Italian Job in the 90s. I won't use them again. (NB below is my orginal review. But these days, it would be dishonest to leave it up, hence the edit above) Just ordered a 4 cheese 12" pizza via Lancaster Eats- what a great pizza! Friendly delivery right to my door, piping hot pizza and tasted absolutely brilliant!

Chicken was a bit greasy, but was cooked properly. Chips was pretty good and sweet potato chips had a little bit of crisp. Incredibly early and extra enjoyable to eat.

asked for large kebabs turn up and they had hardly any meat on them they all looked regular but would class them as small. garlic bread with cheese hardly any cheese on it and cold. bought 3 tubs of sauce none tuned up they sent 3 different sauce than I wanted

I’m actually disappointed today which is a first for flames the burger buns where not nice at all ruined my burger (they are not the normal ones you use) also the pizza base was to soft again it wasn’t the normal pizza base. So today my normal trusted takeaway even couldn’t be trusted to provide. gutted ruined my Sunday takeaway which also cost me nearly 40 quid 😭😭

I ordered it at 5 and it turned up at 9PM. I would like a refund. I requested one from the restaurant at about 8 but they turned up with my order an hour later and took the money from my account.

the driver told me that he had forgotten my 2 drinks and that another driver would be here in 10 minutes. the drinks never turned up and I havnt had a refund for these items.

Food came cold. Didn’t get delivered to us, had to go looking for it. Pizza was stuck to cardboard lid. Kebabs were half full. Drinks weren’t what we asked for. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food didn’t come 2 hours later and no knock on the door, the bag was left to hang on door handle had to bin in morning.

By the worst take away I have EVER had. The only thing that was fresh were the chips. Everything else was dry and clearly heated up. Waste of money! I want a refund!

Presentation was shocking like it had been dropped on the floor and kicked around also what’s handy is read the notes when we write in it also large kebab I’d say that wasn’t large either delivery driver was good though 👍

Ordered about 16.45. Initial estimated time of delivery 17.30-17.50.No show. Requested update on order, got new delivery time of 18.15. Phoned Flames, got fobbed off. Food delivered at 18.30. Food OK, but not worth the long wait tbh.

Good value for money. Food tested great and it came early. Delivery was less than half an hour. No complaints

They fetch the wrong order, that was given back to the guy, he said he was sorting the order out then drove of, rang the shop to be told it would arrive it 15 mins, in total it took 1hr 30 mins to arrive

Took 38 minutes to get a very simple order other people got food 5-10 minutes, overprices low quality food that took way too long to make for the terrible quality and costumer service; no apology given for the extreme wait time. Genuinely terrible food for its price . It shouldn’t take almost 40 minutes to reheat the terrible chicken they have very flavorless, Absolute scam do not buy waste of time and money

ordered at 11:30, they marked it as delivered at 12:15. contacted them several times to be told the same thing "10minutes". It's now nearly 2am and still not received any food!!!! I've had to put in a request for a refund!!! Won't ever order from here again, it has gone downhill significantly!!!!

We ordered some ice cream and never received it. We Called two hours later they finally picked up and said it was delivered but we never got it. The guy said he would deliver it never did. Waited till 4 am for it never showed ordered at 1am

gave us the wrong order to begin with. gave us someone elses food. I had to call them to send the driver back. then. when he did come he gave me a 2nd wrong order and I had to go to the car to help him find my food at this point was cold. won't be ordering again. waste of money

Great quality food, good value for money.

we called up after waiting an hour for it he said it would take 15 minutes after 30 minutes we rang back up then he continued to say it’ll be 5 minutes 3 times an hour later we rang up again he said it would be 2 minutes after that they didn’t answer he was rude over the phone and ended it on us and after 3 hours we are still waiting.

My chicken wasnt included. My salad was a very small portion which was just 1 tomato, 2 slices of cucumber and mainly lettuce. I rang the restaurant after waiting an hour, he told me 10 minutes, it was another 30 minutes. Disappointing
