Still hasn’t been delivered and I’ve called multiple times however they won’t answer. Order is saying delivered but has not arrived

Ordered off Lancaster and Morecambe eats. Ordered at 00:05, was told it would arrive at 00:55, arrived at 02:10. I called at 01:30 saying where is it, they said it would be ten minutes but was actually 40 minutes. Paid extra to have pitta bread with my kebab and it came in a wrap instead. The “chicken strips” and actually the size of popcorn chicken. Food obviously arrived cold. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very dry hallomi fries (burnt) Dinner meat dry/tough and overcooked Naan was cheery but burnt Wrong drink came ordered coke and got pepsi

ordered at 17.10, only 2 items and o ly just delivered at 18.55, then the food was cold and rubbery

donner meat was good pizza was cold. no communication from flames or updates. tried to call 4 times and msg twice. really need to get a grip

I rang up after it being 10 minutes late to be told it was 5 mins away I called again 25 mins after that to be told it would be mad now so from me placing my order it took 1 hour and 10 mins and it's literally 5 mins drive from my house.the kebab meat was like rubber never again will I order from here

ordered 2 doner and 1 chicken kebab, received 3 chicken!!! the excuse i got was the kebab gas wasn’t working!!! no phone call!!! and when i rang the guy was rude

Pedí papas fritas y se entregaron todavía crudas, pizza en un estado en el que no daría de comer a mis perros!! y luego cuando llamamos al restaurante procedieron a colgar y luego cuando nos llamaron dijeron que no podían tratar con nosotros y que no pedir si no nos gusta! ¡GROSERO!

Absolutely vile people to deal with! Raw chips pizza splattered all round the box! Ring up to be hung up on and sworn at then to be told don't like it don't order! Avoid this place like the plague!!

Arrived but didn't knock and the bag was wet and left on the doorstep. Had to reheat the food. very disappointed.

Fire food and fire delivery, defo better than other options, recommend the pizza

Food was nice. Came very quickly, very hot. Only issue was I made a mistake with the base on the pizza (bbq instead of tomato). They had made it and wouldn’t let me change it. I called within a mins of ordering. Was still good.

My food was t fresh my lettuce was brown… there was pop in my delivery I’m not happy with my chicken was not even cooked proerly

Second time we have received a pizza completley squished to the top of the box, all the topping etc stuck to the inside.

Never received the free garlic bread and ordered curry sauce and it was put in a bag with cold cans so was cold and the chips looked like they were kicked here

Delivery was late and food was cold. To be fair I had ordered from Lancaster to be delivered to Morecambe. However some restaurants are better than others at delivering food warm. After I had warmed the food in the microwave it was very tasty.

I had ordered pizza and BBQ wings, the wings was sent dry burned no bbq sauce nothing, just boiled,charred wings sent. Very disappointed!!!

Don't understand why this place is still open when they have had their licence revoked.. 🤷🤷🤷

I orderd mo salad they put me chep cabbage in large amout it was not eatable. I am old customer and spending lot of money. Workers don’t read Motes and messages in app. I fieel really disappointed. Also drinks are not cold properly.

Awful we didn't even get the actual takeaway , I rang them explaining I type the wrong address they said they'd sort it then we never got the take away , then at 12:05 they decided to call me saying they'll resend it but then now it's 00:59 I've tired ringing I've asked if it's actually coming they just put the phone down on me I tried calling again they just left it too ring

chicken wings were tiny and the chips were dead average

Burnt pizza (inedible), unacceptable chicken hardly any chips, cold food, cold onion rings (like cardboard), stale cake. I have photographs if needed. All in all a waste of money. I am requesting a refund.

The food has become much better in last few weeks.

Never disappointed with their service, as always food sent hot, tasty and always on time

It’s a sweaty kebab you get after a night out, nothing more or less. I’ve been coming to flames on and off since I was younger and it’s not changed much, aside from the prices. Seven quid gets you a fat kebab with salad and sauce. Eat in or take it back to your bed sit, the choice is yours.

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread on Uber eats before seeing the reviews. But after seeing them I was a bit sceptical, however the food was quite good. Especially for the price. Can't complain. Maybe I was lucky 🤣. But will definitely be ordering again. I reduced one star coz I thought the pizza sauce could do with a little bit more punch.

Love this place and delivery is fantastic

Have had the same delivery driver a lot now and he is fantastic always rings ahead to let me know when he will be here - FIVE STARS and the food is great to top it off!

Food arrived an hour and a half after ordering, when arrived food was stone cold and inedible, contacted the restaurant 30 minutes after being notified that the driver had set off to be told that they only left 3 minutes ago and that I needed to wait a further 10 minutes for the driver to get to me

Very greasy pizza and the topping just fell off when trying to pick it up, very very heavy on the jalapeños as well

Ordered around 6pm for 730 pm delivery. It is five past 8 and just had a call to ask me my address. When i pre order its always late. When i order when im home the eta is usually on time. Its oddly annoying.
