Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Only (small) downside was that it was quite noisy. Recommended for desserts

The cookie dough was incredible, and all the staff were so lovely (shout out to Sofia). Was so tempted to get the waffle, but maybe next time ;)

I came out for something eat with my friend and the service was awful, I had to get my own drink and I didn’t even get a glass and had to ask for a bottle opener, the food came cold with half melted ice cream and the menus there sticky from children’s fingers, there was a table broke which is a health and safety hazard and are table was bent, it is over priced for what you get and the staff have no customer service skills, overall a disappointing trip out.

Nice desserts. Pleasant staff. Had a lovely waffle pudding. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Took an hour my food to arrive, only ordered one thing, non of the workers even speak bloody English. The toilet was full of poo all over the toilet and back of the seat, mingin, place need to sort its self out!!!

Ordered quite a few desserts from this store. Staff was very friendly and quick. They made my order ready in 5-8 min. The staff was following all the covid 19 precautions. I would love to go again once the lock down is lifted, because it's such a beautiful and vibrant place to dine-in.*Of course desserts that I ordered was so delicious!!*

I have visited kaspas lancaster with my friends there do good desserts and best. I would surely recommend everyone to visit. Their in lockdown but can do all desserts for takeouts, there will organised and very friendly staff.

We thought we would order from here as a treat and were sadly disappointed as my sundae for £9 was only half full and my husband cookie dough was missing his ice cream. It was nearly melted as well. Such a shame as the ice cream is nice but we won't be looking to use again.

The server who greeted us was friendly and the food was good but the group of staff stood behind the counter doing nothing while the other members of staff struggled to get what seemed like everything done looked very unprofessional and was not nice to see. There was no clear manager and it wasn’t obvious who was in charge if anyone, this needs gripping if the establishment is going to improve.

Hygiene and Covid precautions were poor. Staff were uninterested and ignored us, had to wait to be seated. Staff took masks on/off, wore them with nose exposed etc. The food was ok but I felt uneasy the whole time we were there

Me my husband and daughters went for a dessert and ice cream on Saturday, the waffles were decorated perfectly looked amazing and cooked well, the kids loved there ice cream, the staff seemed to be wearing masks and taking track and trace information. There was a lovely lady who served me I can’t remember her name Jane I think. she was very police and made sure we enjoyed our food and it was an all round lovely experience. Will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely be returning

Really poor service, a crepe dish came out first which was finished well before the next desserts came out (2 scoops of ice cream came last)! Only 5 tables occupied! Team member said they were busy with delivery orders.Team members not wearing masks even when handing over desserts.Second time and last time here.... top prices & poor service!

Great place good service and delicious ice cream . Price very reasonable very clean and friendly smile staff. All cakes look good too really looking forward to go back to try crepes and waffles. I highly recommend

We have just treated the kids to ice creams as a last day of the summer holiday's treat.... The ice creams were tasty but the service was abysmal. We ordered 6 ice creams and 1 smoothie. We waited around 25 minutes for them to arrive, to be served by a teenage boy who carried only three ice creams, carrying the glasses by hand and touching some of the ice cream in the glass. We received no spoons or serviettes (I had to ask for these after a long wait, realising they weren't bringing them). There was then a further 5 minutes wait for the last three ice creams, where again the young server brought the ice creams by hand carrying my son's cone with his bear hands! He was wearing no gloves, and upon my smoothie being brought to the table I witnessed him wiping his nose with the back of his had. Not only this, one hand was covered in plasters. If we did not get an NHS discount making all of our order an extremely reasonable price we would have seriously complained. (But I don't think the memory of your parents complaining about ice cream is what our children would have wanted on their last day of the summer holidays). The smoothie I ordered was a simple banana and strawberry, which when arrived a further 10 minutes after the last ice cream, was watery and tasteless. I did return this and the replacement was much nicer... However, after hearing one of the other young teenage male servers tell his colleague it just needed more sauce, I became unsure of whether it was a smoothie at all. To top it all off, upon using the toilets before leaving, my daughter and I noticed there was a rat at the fire exit door.It is safe to say we will NEVER be visiting Kaspas every again. Even without their being a PANDEMIC and highly contagious virus to worry about, the hygiene standards are shockingly appalling.

Only 4 tables of people and plenty of staff but still had to wait 40 minutes for 2 ice-cream. Plenty of attention taken about cleaning the tables but the trace information was not collected. Ice cream good service poor

Visited here in July 2020 to celebrate good school reports with the kids, and have our first venture into town since lockdown. Hand sanitiser available at entrance, staff serving our table wore masks, everything was clean, and social distancing maintained as a number of tables were marked 'not in use'. We ordered three sundaes and a waffle dessert - all delicious. Really good portion sizes, the kids couldn't finish theirs and we couldn't 'help' as were full from our own desserts! I'm surprised at the number of '1 star' reviews for Kaspa's, because we've only ever had delicious desserts, polite service, and a lovely time.

We got a delivery it took 2hr-30min, when we received our food my icecream had melted into soup that tasted warm and horrible! The cake was so small with the smallest big of cream, and the sorbet was melted. They said it was sent for delivery at 9pm we didnt receive until 11pm. When I tried to ring the place at 10.30pm nobody answered and kept putting the phone down. I am very disappointed and will never order a takeaway from here again!!

Absolutely appalling customer service, do not order anything from here through Just Eat, twice bitten now, these liars claim they have delivered your order when they haven't and refuse to answer the phone to raise a query, either don't accept the order or call to say you can't do it, it's not rocket science, every other Just Eat company can do it, 3 hours we've had to wait for an order that's obviously not turning up, and 43 attempts at calling is ridiculous, somebody needs to get a grip there

Very good sundaes. Loved the service. Would recommend! Had the after 8 mint choc sundae. Decent sized portion.

We are visiting kaspas in Lancaster for the second time hoping for a better experience as the first visit we were presented with dirty glasses and cutlery. This time around we were taken to a dirty table, then self service for Cutlery and water. The cutlery was disgusting so I asked a staff member to wash them she did a poor job and handed me them back soaking wet!! The help yourself tap water is in open dirty bottles on the bottom shelf of a trolley. How fresh the water is, no one knows. We proceeded to get the wrong food to our table by unhappy staff member. All in all won’t be coming back again.

All a can say is need an EHO as soon as Does not deserve the 5 star rating. Cutlery was disgusting and still had chocolate stains on it! RATS CHAV CENTRAL

Me and my two friends went to kaspas today as it is the holidays, we all order a waffle but ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food with no warning or apology. They then messed up my order with putting ice cream instead of whipped cream. Normally they give us a warning tell us it will be a while but nobody said that, we also saw them leaving waffles and other food on the counters instead of serving them. So they then had throw them away, this was while nobody was in the kitchen and were walking around the shop. My friends tried to book a table for their uncle to come later and they said we can’t do that right now we are cooking. So we are bit disappointed.

I went here with my friends and we ordered our food at 12:55 and it came at 1:45. We were sat around waiting and nobody was even cooking anything they were all just wandering round. There was also a man who had a Kaspas hat on and a donner kebab top on (which is the food place next door) I also had a call and tried to book a table and the woman said “we can’t do that now we are cooking” they weren’t even cooking. When we thought ours were done they had to throw them away as they just left them on the side. I am very disappointed and angry I had to wait this long for them to mess up my friends aswell as she asked for whipped cream and got ice cream!!!!

We have been so looking forward to trying here for some time now. We arrived today to be told it was going to be a 20min wait as they had to clear some tables(there were 6 dirty tables that needed clearing, but 20 minute wait to clear them??) she finally said we could sit as we quizzed the waiting time!! We sat down at a table that had been wiped with a cloth that had sour milk on it so the smell was absolutely disgusting!!! Me and a friend went to put our order in and we waited over an hour for 2 cups of tea, which never arrived. We had an appointment elsewhere so after an hour we had to cancel order(drinks and food) as couldn't wait any longer... An hour to make a brew!! When we went to till we were told sorry they hardly had any staff and 2 were new starters, also one poor lad that had apparently just got there but hadn't let's till midnight the night before and was shattered!!! The staff that were there were trying there best but 3 members of staff for a busy place is just disgusting ! Massively disappointed and we will never be returning!!!

Booked for 11 people including highchair arrived early was seated before booking no highchair so asked a few times, ended up getting one my self, not enough seats for our group so some had to sit behind us, waited over 30 mins for drinks 1 of which didnt turn up till we asked for it, milkshakes sent back as cream was not on them, one of our party payed for extra ice cream and didnt get it. Desserts, staff did sort the problems out swiftly, disabled toilets not clean according to inspection sheet last clean was 11am we were there at 5pm.

Waited 40 minutes for my food and a table off 8 that walked in 10 minutes after us got they food before us service was horrible as well

Visited here today.First time and probably the last!Orders should be taken at the table,we went up to order,young girl took our order,used till then continued to make crepes!Had to grab,cutlery,napkins,water glasses etc ourselves,infact there should be a dishcloth so you could wipe clean the dirty sticky tables before you seat yourself to the table that you have shown yourself to!If this is how the management think a business is run,it wont last long!Table next to us had some young teenagers on acting out of order,the waitress forgot something and when they asked she replied oh *hit,I forgot!Too many young ones working there with no ,leadership,its a shame as three tables taken when we went in,it should be heaving!

Took our son here as a treat, we walked in and the place looked really smart. We sat at our table and there was just us three in. The waitress said to order at the counter, would of been better with table service, so off we trotted! No problems with the waiting time, but what a big disappointment the ice creams and service was. First no cutlery, had to go and ask for some, after waiting 5 minutes since the ice creams arrived, again no napkins and the customer service was very poor. Portion size for the price was shocking! £6.95 for a sundae which was half full of whipped cream and hardly any ice cream. Totally disappointed with the place from the service to the deserts, wont be going again!

When you go in you have to wait for them to allocate you a table even when you can see empty tables. Then once you have decided you have to queue at the counter. I made an order at 4.47 pm on Sunday and waited and waited for a crepe and an ice cream sundae. After 25 minutes we asked how long we would have to wait, they quickly brought the crepe which had clearly been in the microwave and went hard before it could all be eaten, we then had to ask again where the ice cream had got to as it didn't appear with or shortly after the crepe. Tables nearby had the same problem, long waits and the items for different members of the party arriving at different times. All in all it took a really long time, nearly 55 minutes from arriving to leaving. Give it a miss, they don't deserve customers.

As soon as I walked in we waited half a hour to get a seat then waiting another hour for are waffles which was alright not the best and it was quiet.

Great place to celebrate birthdays. Kaspas do amazing waffles. Staff is helpful and friendly as well.

The place felt grubby. There was a sickly smell about the place. The order took far too long to arrive although it was ok. the toilets stank and my daughter decided to wait until we got back to Lancaster station to go to the loo as they were that unclean. The place wasn't full and there were plenty of staff so there was no good reason for slow service and uncleanliness. we will stick to local independent outlets in future.

Went her e with a friend for ice cream , we didint have to wait. the icecream was lovely. i think its just a bit out of the way and could be positioned better. Its a shame because the icecream is lovely and well presented. be nice to go as a group or family . I would go again as a treat.

I have visited this dessert place many times with friends, my first ever visit on opening day was brilliant and the food was great. However, this has quickly gone down hill, the floors and tables are always littered with food debris. The cutlery is dirty despite being “cleaned” and the staff can be very rude at times, they will ignore you when you ask questions. The service is very slow and they do not serve the orders on an organised time schedule, so you will find you may have ordered 20 minutes ago, but someone who ordered 5 minutes ago received their food before you do. The staff work areas are DISGUSTING always covered in bits of food and old burnt waffle or pancake, there stations should be wiped down regularly and kept organised to meet simple health and safety standards. The frappes are disgusting tasted more like frozen water than coffee, and did not come with cream as advertised. In conclusion this place is dirty, overpriced, falsely advertised and has a seemingly unfriendly atmosphere. Unfortunately I would have to say I do not recommend this to anyone.

new customer been in lancaster for a meal and fancied something sweet after - opted for shakes - what came didn’t resemble the pictures in the menu - whipped cream was £1 extra as i assumed was other bits but didn’t say that on the menu so a bit misleading ...but they were drinkable what most surprised us initially was the lack of cleanliness the booth we were in it was dirty,sticky and all the surfaces could have done with a wipe but what was most shocking was the carpet at the till , the menus were ripped but the the attitude of the staff was awful- it was later on in the evening when we came in but we weren’t the only ones but it was the ‘sigh’ and the fact it felt like we were interrupting- for example i asked what kind of ice creams they had and she mumbled a couple then waved her hand in display no one seemed interested- not a good look.

To be honest the food is ok for what you pay, but the service is rubbish. Stand and wait for someone to show you to a table, order can take ages to come even though it is just mainly scoops from a ball not freshly made. The worst bit for me was asking 4 times for just a glass of water and finally deciding to pop across the road and get a bottle of water from Sainsbury's.

1st time visit for us greeted and seated straight away after ordering didnt wait too long for puddings, fab value and descent potion size cheesecake was amazing. Looking forward to returning.

Visited a few weeks ago-never again. It started well greeted by a lovely older lady, she told us her name was Joanne, showed us to our seat and gave us a menu asking if we had been before and suggested some things on the menu. Lovely lady!! After ordering, had to wait forever for our food to come and when it finally arrived it was wrong anyway, the young lady who brought our food was not very nice and was rude because the order was wrong ...which was there mistake not ours. Also while waiting saw lots of young staff members chatting and laughing and on mobile phones.....I thought they were supposed to be working!!! The older lady was running round doing lots of jobs clearing and wiping tables she seemed to be the only one working and other people were sat waiting for there orders as well. Toilets-toilet paper and water all over the floor pretty disgusting.

So with a good start, we were welcomed in straight away and shown to a table, then told to order at the til. There is an extensive menu perfect for if you have a sweet tooth....

Me and my partner visited the restaurant for our lunch where we were immediately struck with the chaotic environment of disorganised staff and children running around more closely resembling a fast food restaurant than a sit in one. The staff were unable to assist with with simple questions such as “where’s the cutlery” and came across as rather disinterested in customer satisfaction. We ordered a strawberry and Nutella crepe along with and m&m; waffle and a Ferraro Rocher milkshake. The food itself was great! We throughly enjoyed it and would have recommended, however the experience was tainted with a lack of cleanliness, disinterested staff and a noisy atmosphere. The cutlery was in short supply and stained with chocolate and the jug of water was also stained which was, to say the least, off putting and raised the question of wether or not the food we were eating was to the standard we had in Initially thought. These are a few things to consider if you are planning a visit in the near future, it certainly doesn’t live up to the standard of other restaurants of its kind and overall I would say it was highly overrated.

It was a mild Saturday evening, when Kaspas called us in with it's bright lights and neon pink. A group of four adventurers braved this journey to the back of the store, taking their seats in the corner, as hunger loomed we placed our order with the disinterested man at the till. Who laughed as we scrapped the barrel of our wallets for the 15p as the Kaspas till was all but empty. Brownie Waffle, Mint Choc and White Chocolate ice cream to share between four hungry adventurers..

Came here today with 2 friends as we hadn’t been since it opened. Was really disappointed with our experience. I ordered a strawberries and cream crepe - it was awful. The crepe was rubbery and you couldn’t taste it under the mountain of syrup over the top. Both the ice cream and cream was half melted when it arrived. Had to ask staff for cutlery and was ignored so went to the counter and no spoons were left. My friends crepe was also underdone and had barely any powdered sugar. My other friend found lumps in his waffle from the mix. Considering the price we were very disappointed will not be going again.

Went here whilst visiting Lancaster. We arrived and waited at the hosting station to be seated as the sign asked. We waited abit then my partner went to use the bathroom when he came back I was still waiting there so we just seated ourselves. There was one other table of two who were already eating when we arrived. My partner then asked a staff member for a menu. The member of staff was sooooo pissy!! And said you’d of got a menu when we seated you, you should of waited over there. Ok so how long do you want us to stand there whilst you ignore us?? Doing a lot of nothing. The food was nice but expensive. A few groups came in after us none of them were greeted either and seated themselves. Whilst in Lancaster we also visited a place called Wallings ice cream. It was much nicer there better waffles, ice cream and service. I’d suggest going there instead.

After months of excitement about visiting this place, I was left disappointed.

Both behind the counter and the table where very dirty. The staff where very rude when ordering food and when being the food over, the food was standard but an dispointing visit due to the staff.

The menu is colourful and exciting and has loads of sweet treats that look and sound fantastic...

What a place, sugar rush central! Ok so we arrived at the end of happy hour and it was busy, but the staff were friendly and got to us just as quick as they could. Trust me, it’s worth waiting, the waffles are amazing, the sundaes feel like they’re never ending and crepes just the best. Definitely will be coming back!

Stood waiting to be seated for 5 mins, decided to just make our own way to a table instead. Waited 40 mins for anything to arrive (wasn’t busy). Was a struggle to find some cutlery that wasn’t dirty. Food and shakes arrived, did not taste anything like they looked. Loads of staff working not sure what they were actually doing. Just generally not a very nice experience and won’t be returning.

Exterior and interior are fab, proper diner interior with booths. ice cream, cakes and drinks are beautifully displayed with a extensive colourful menu to tempt your taste buds. Staff however is not so receptive, they don’t seem to smile or make any friendly gestures or even suggestive sell. Ordered two shakes, strawberry cheesecake and cherry skittle. Husband had to pay extra for cheap processed whip cream for top of my shake which actually was a very very bland glass of cheap strawberry ice cream, not a shake, not strawberry cheesecake flavour and not worth the cost as the ice cream enclosed was of poor quality. My husbands was shown in the menu as a delight however when it arrived the credibility of the picture and the delivery were not matched. Trading standards may question what you perceive to sell and what you deliver. Glass of milky ice cream with cherry syrup in outside of glass and on top, non in between contents, no skittles, just a glass of ice cream again. People see with their eyes, maybe add simple ingredients like sprinkles, chocolate stick or syrup and not charge for cream?. Waffles and crepes looked great but we only had the shakes. Certainly an alternative place to take the kids however could work out very expensive.

Visited kaspa’s for the first (and last) time. On entering the place looked very quiet so we ordered and sat down. My partner and I both ordered pancakes. It took 35 minutes to arrive, such a long wait they really couldn’t cope. The waitress said people often wait an hour. What are they doing, this place is for desserts only. The quality was reasonable, though the ice cream on one of the pancakes wasn’t good. The whole thing was very sweet and quite sickly. Also expensive at £10 for 2 pancakes. Never, ever again

Went in at 9pm today after ice skating in Dalton Square, it was quiet inside but we still had to wait to be seated. We were told to wait at the side but got forgotten about for about 10/15mins by which time there were plenty of tables but all needed a serious cleaning down. We placed the order of a single scoop of ice cream and a gluten free sticky toffee pudding at the time of 9.15. We were in a bit of a rush and we're hoping to leave at 9.45. This didn't happen. Our food didn't arrive until 10pm!! I contemplated walking out and getting a refund for the ridiculous amount of time we had to wait - our order wasn't even anywhere near complicated!!! The desserts were good and for a small ice cream a generous portion was provided. Shame about the appaling service.

There were two staff for the entire restaurant, which was very busy. We were told food would be a 20 minute wait - we waited 40 minutes before the first out of two dishes was (a crepe) brought out. When we questioned where the waffle was, the fella turned around to look at the order screen to assure us it was coming, before hurriedly piling waffle mix into the maker.

Oh my - where to start. Disaster from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Dirty plates covered the majority of the empty tables. It quickly became apparent that the two members of staff who were on duty were not coping at all. Hardly surprising. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait following placing our order, no worries, we were in no rush. The food took around 40 minutes to arrive, only one of the two ordered dishes arrived. My daughter tucked in, the pancake was cold, and tough as old boots, she couldn't eat it, it was truly awful, completely inedible. My sons order didn't arrive, so I went up to the counter and asked where it was; the guy said it was on its way, as he hurriedly started ladling waffle mix into the waffle maker. It was at this point that I returned the pancake to the counter and told the guy to forget the waffle as we were now waiting an hour and the food wasn't fit for eating when it did eventually arrive - it was a real horrible experience all round. My son was so disappointed because he had been looking forward to this visit for ages, there's been a lot of Kaspas hype, shame it didn't live up to it. I have written to customer services to request a full refund...strangely my emails all bounce back with 'mail delivery failure' - my advice, give this Kaspas a wide wide berth, go eat somewhere else, there's so many other options in Lancaster, this place does not deserve your custom or your money.

I don’t like how you have to order your food at the cashier as you have to go one at a time, and the queues are really long. Once we got our food, we both asked for the cakes to be heated but they were cold. The food and milkshakes we’re really nice tho the food is amazing and very filling. Overall I’d say service was very rushed and they just wanted to get us to pay and out of the door asap as it was very busy.

Pretty shambolic to be honest . We went to order and a dessert was left on our table for ten mins before I could let someone know it had been left by mistake . The dessert was then taken to the customer who had ordered it . Cold and having been breathed on by my family. I didn’t eat there after that ...also very long waits .

Bunch of drippy clueless spanners, can’t do their job properly. Bit annoyed I had to even give them a star really, avoid at all costs.

It was late afternoon when I once again visited with my young daughters, after a previous attended let down back in September with a friend when We Discovered the ice cream lacks any luxury or quality but instead Screams icey supermarket cheap end . Travel to wallings instead

I have been on two occasions on one I got the chocolate cake and custard which. Was small but very nice. The second time we shared the brownie and apple crumble waffles. They were quite good.

This diner opened a few months and driving past it, appears to be busy during peak periods. You wait to be seated, choose your desserts and then order at the bar. It is very retro, funky and bright but the music is loud.

Visited with a friend, was told there would be a wait of around 20 minutes but waited so much longer, put an hour on the car and came back to a ticket!! Waffles were cold and far too much chocolate for my taste. Also almost all of the empty tables needing clearing and wiping, it was quite off putting whilst eating. Wouldn’t be bad for children. Won’t be rushing back again soon.

Waited ages for order to arrive they brought myself and daughters order forgot my husbands. I had to ask the manager as we had finished ours then waited another 10 mins. Argument between manager and a member of staff that had arrived with such ridiculous eyelashes she couldn’t open her eyes. She was getting a telling off on restaurant floor regards hygiene from the manager who was dirty covered in foodstuff herself. The food was overpriced and cakes tasteless all gimmick and style over substance

Sucha welcoming decor and bright colors, the menu is so tempting and confusing in a very good way .So tough to choose from such a massive list of creppes, icecream, shakes, waffles, dessert ! IOrdered a chocolate icecream( forgot the name) loaded with chocolate sauce, chocolate chips and ferrero rochers, what a massive serving ! One ice cream is good enough for 2 ! Highly recommend and personally will be there again !

Decided to treat the kids today. Ordered at the counter after finding a table it was extremely busy it is also extremely expensive £17 for two ice cream a coffee and a tea. Then sat and waited for 25 minutes. Watching all the staff especially the one making crepes wiping her nose on her blue hygiene gloves (felt sick). The kids liked it. The place has great decoration. Shame we won’t be going again

Me and my friend went to kaspas for our first time and it was so tasty. The meals are large and you could probably share one meal between two people. It is a self service restaurant were you order yourself and get your cutlery and water from a little table. Kaspas was packed which meant that we had to wait a little while for food to come. The food was good quality and well worth the price. I will definitely return to kaspas to try some more of their delicious deserts.

We took our 6 yr old son as a treat, Our greeter was good and explained how to order etc but the teenager who took our order had no get up and go let alone the ability to say please or thank you.

Having visited previously we were very disappointed today to have been given cutlery and glasses that looked like they hadn’t seen a dishwasher or sink!,,, staff need to be trained to clean properly and check before it leaves the kitchen

we didn't have time to sit in for a meal so parked opposite and nipped in for a takeaway. the staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. my little girl is lactose intolerant and really enjoyed the sorbet. I'd reccomend they could make a gluten free batter for people with food intolerantces. definatly be visiting again soon.

We visited Kaspa's for the first time yesterday whilst been with a relative at the hospital. The menu was good with plenty of choice. Mike who served us was very helpful by seating us and explaining the system of ordering. Although it was busy at the time our desserts came quite quickly. Mike was very attentive and friendly making sure everything was to our liking. We had an ice cream sundae and a crepe and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. Definitely would visit again.

We paid our first visit to Kaspa’s this week and am sorry to say, it will also be our last.

We heard bout this place from our grandaughter and thought we would try it as treat. We are in our late sixties so we're probably the oldest in there but desserts are not only for the young! My husband had a Knickerbocker Glory which he hasn't had for years this cost £6.95 and I had a crepe with maple syrup and slice strawberries with a serving of ice cream in a small dish on the side at a cost of £4.95 a grand total of £11.90 Both were delicious and we ate every bit. Don t think a visit here would become a regular event but it was certainly a one off treat that must be tried if you love desserts!

The desserts are amazing, portion sizes too big if anything. Staff are friendly although service is slow which is understandable as it’s so busy. I really want to love this place but everything is just a bit sticky! Glasses and cutlery were covered in finger prints. Cleanliness let’s it down :(

Visited as a family of 4, spent £37 on dessert and drinks which is a little on the pricey side. When the desserts came and we saw the size of them the price is probably justified. You can help yourself to water which is nice except the cups were all filthy as was the cutlery which you help yourself to. Our daughters waffle was great but again there were traces of someone else’s dessert on the plate. My wife ordered a Diet Coke and after all the food was brought out I asked where it was and was told you have to help yourself to drinks. The bottle of Diet Coke had a kid on it which required a bottle opener so then had to walk back across to where you pay to open it. All seemed a bit of a faff when I’m sure someone could have just brought it over with the rest of the drink.

Kaspas has a lovely modern atmosphere and the food is honestly amazing. I have been a few times now bd tried different things and they are all so good! It has an amazing menu so many things to go for. The service is quite slow but that’s understandable considering how busy it is.

We have been dying to visit here since it arrived in Lancaster but wanted to wait for the rush to die down abit so ended up opting for a Thursday evening after enjoying a meal out in town.

Went to kaspas and was accommodated really quickly considering it was busy. Mick was especially friendly and chatty! 😁

Brought my three teenage children here one weeknight during the school holidays. A former run down pool room, the place looks fantastic with bubblegum purple lighting and big booths

We visited Kaspa Lancaster as a family, 3 adults and a 3 and 5 year old. It looks amazing, but we waited 1/2 hour for a table. Parties of 4 came in behind us and were accommodated ahead of us. No smiles amongst the staff. When we'd had enough we paid takeaway ice creams and I still had to approach the counter again to ask why no-one was serving them to us 5 minutes later.
