Great place to eat, the food was delicious Very friendly and welcoming people, I will recommend and give em 5 stars

Food was good as always, service was shocking, waited over an hour for main course, despite asking on several occasions, also had to go find staff to order our drinks, glasses had been empty for some time..eventually when I got a Manager, the food arrived within minutes. After the meal ended, the 'Manager' stated the reason for the delay is that they were busy, and these things happen.. zero ownership, zero empathy. But he would, on this occasion, remove the service charge.. I pointed out that there is never a world where I would be paying any service charge, for that shocking level of service. They then reduced the bill by 20%.. We arrived 15min before starters landed, and left 10min after deserts landed.. in all, we were there just under 3hrs. We were regulars, but won't be returning.

Outstanding service from Lucy our host The food was fresh hot and excellent quality . Great value . I would highly recommend this cosy warm pub in the centre of Wilmslow . Tony the chef came to speak to us which was a wonderful touch .

Great food and warm atmosphere. There were 8 of us, we spent quite a lot and left a good tip so was a little disappointed at being asked to move to the bar. Didn't realise we only had a certain allotted time at the table to eat 3 courses and have drinks. Nowhere to sit at the bar so had to just leave our drinks and go.

Incredible service. We first of all asked for more room for our disabled daughter which was catered for immediately. As she’s not physically disabled her disability is hidden therefore we always find eating out hard but everyone was so lovely, especially Abbas. Nothing was too much trouble and he made a thorough effort with both of my daughters which made for an enjoyable evening for all. Food was incredible too! We will definitely be back soon!

Had the Welsh Rarebit which was delicious. Have had it before. My friend had fish and chips. It was massive but looked lovely. I like eating here. Food is always good and reasonable prices.

Waited for an hour and a half for delivery. Called and was told it was on the way. 2 hours later when called they said it was delivered then told they had a problem with the order and the food was not made. We were refunded but very disappointed with the service and being messed about. Would have appreciated honestly about the delay but unfortunately this makes us not want to order again.

Very cool concept! Enjoyed the tasty food. Managed to try the potato and cake side on two separate occasions now ! Both very tasty with extremely friendly staff! Harry on the cake side was very warm and welcoming and made me a very tasty Mocha with a cake to compliment. Defo will be returning!

This is our local branch and we are always treated very well. In particular when I come with the in-laws including my disabled mother in law. Last week my hubby and I came for our evening meal and our waitress was just amazing. Not only is Lilly a young beautiful lady, but her customer service skills are beyond five stars. Although some items in the menu were not available at the time, the way she dealt with it was just lovely. I wish more young people would do the job they are in with the best of their ability even though it’s not their goal in life to serve pizzas. These days too many are too snotty and have zero customer service skills. This branch has a lot of good staff. Perhaps credit goes to the manager. So, thank you for a lovely evening…and Lilly…never change. You are beautiful inside out! I’m the older lady who commented on your skin.

Ordered food at 6 14 pm, it arrived at 8 20 pm - two hours later. I had to call to ask where our order was. I am unable to eat after 8 pm and I was given a delivery time of 7 25 pm. I have had to put my share of the food in the fridge for tomorrow. The entire order cost £39, waste of money as I now have to reheat tomorrow and terrible service. I will wait for our usual Chinese takeaway to reopen again before ordering another takeout.

food is awful mate don’t bother spending your money. ordered chocolate cake and instead got sent frozen profiteroles. Both pizzas came cold and looked as if they’d been made the day before.
