food is awful mate don’t bother spending your money. ordered chocolate cake and instead got sent frozen profiteroles. Both pizzas came cold and looked as if they’d been made the day before.

Great food here. Obviously if you order during busy times more of a wait for delivery. Personally never had delivery issues, food always really good. Had several take outs from italiano. Best kebab / pizzas in chorley! Personally i would ignore negative reviews!

Very rare I do a negative post ordered direct on their website - Italiano’s we have used quite often over the years and normally been ok. The odd mistakes been rectified which is fine. I get mistakes happen it’s how you deal with it when it happens. Tonight ordered large mixed kebab/chicken burger meal - we collected this Never again will they get my business rude/obnoxious refusal to correct a relatively small order that was given to us and was wrong. Ordered Chicken burger - we got a beef burger no chips no salad chilli sauce not ketchup ! Pepsi not Diet Pepsi my son couldn’t eat it. Tried to say it’s what I ordered NO IT wasn’t - refused to correct it so I lost my temper. It’s not even about the error it’s how your treated Kebab not great like chewing cardboard not the hottest And this is why they have lost a long standing customer today. Italiano shame on you!

Had to go to Chorley Italiano as the one in Horwich was closed and this didn’t disappoint , we ordered 2 calzones with chips and it was very good. We will call again 👍🏼

Absolutely appealed with the serve waited ove 2 hours for an estimated delivery between 30-50 minutes. When trying to call, the line is constantly busy. Very poor service and wont be going again.

I am a regular reviewer, feel its time to put it across how good this place is, read the negative negatives, puzzled. Large chicken kebab with choice of sauce served separate, salad on the side as well, best in Chorley, large chunks of fresh chicken, wow, burgers ok, not as good as some in Chorley, but use their own website, , anything over a tenner free delivery, and a free side dish, every time go for the fresh salad, superb, Chorley is better with a place like this to order from. Value for money, use their website.

We ordered at 4.10pm & was told the food would arrive at or around 5pm. It arrived at 5.10pm which was great. I had the Quattro & all four segments were very tasty. My partner had the meat feast & she was very happy with it. My daughter had a margarita with extra sweet corn & pineapple. She said it was delicious. We were given a free garlic bread with tomato which, to be fair, was average at best. No photos as we were starving & we tucked right in

I ordered a delivery to my hotel in Chorley - I decided to wait in my car in the car park to make it easier for the driver when he arrived, Italiano advised a 1 hour wait, I went to the car park 30 mins before my food was due to arrive, still waiting 1hr 10mins later I called just to check on my order - the person on the phone advised the delivery man had been and gone and called multiple times, I advised I had been waiting in the car park and honestly not one car had come in and stopped the whole time I was waiting and I had my phone on loud fully charged I had NO missed calls - the man advised I would have to pick up the order if we still wanted it which I was not happy to do, he then just hung up the call while I was talking! I called back to try and resolve the issue he then said I am cancelling your order and hung up the phone again. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service, while NOT be recommending. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. They couldn't even give us the time of day and when we asked the man behind the counter ignored us then ask d do you even want your food. We paid. Waited ,2 hours to be racially abused. Disgusting humans and you couldn't pay me to go there

I had the vegetarian calzone and i was impressed that i could add items . the calzone was big and delicious. Definitely great taste and great value for money. In fact i have done a little bit of research and this is the best veggie calzone in Chorley

I have been using the takeaway for the last few months and it has always arrived on time and the food is great. I wouldn't go elsewhere for pizza. Fantastic. The staff are lovely and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

Really bad service had to wait an hour for food burger was complete Wright off and wasn't good after waiting an hour for it and pizza cooked to long don't listen to what you say ie no sauce etc

Normally go here at least twice a month. Nice friendly staff and the food is always good. Have tried various things off the extensive menu and never had cause to complain

Well I have tried this restaurant a number if times and the food is good when it arrives....although that is the question when it arrives??? When they have been late before I have complained so after not using them for awhile I have gave them benefit of the doubt for the lateness, well what a waste of time that was I wish I never gave them a second chance because I ordered food at 18:34 and food arrived at 20:15 absolutely a joke you need to get your act together

To be fair myself and family like there pizzas we don't eat many as were not huge pizza eaters , when we want pizza it has to be from here , in the past we have always picked up , tonight for the first time we ordered online for delivery, it took 2 hours to arrive, we kept ringing and kept being told 15 mins till the pizzas are with us we had no apology when they finally arrived, will not be using them again.

Most of the meal was inedible, coleslaw was disgusting and probably out of date, chips were hard, hard to find any meat on some of the ribs. They even brought the wrong drink.

we had an issue with the driver unable to find our house.. I accept these things can happen and they went above and beyond to ensure a fresh meal cooked and redelivered - the guy who came to our house was a really nice guy - thanks again great to see such honest and friendly people

I had very nice ribs from here at Xmas time. But since then I have ordered them again but they never have them. They should be removed from the menu as they don't do them. Saving my time and effort when I could be ordering from another takeaway instead.

The nan bread tasted like it was off , tasted very yeasty The meat itself was very dry The chicken kebab had barbacue sauce all over it so that went straight in the bin Use to really like this takeaway but will definitely not be ordering from them again

Well ordered my meal at 11:30ish and at 12:40. I rang to ask where my food was? They then lied saying they came to my house and knocked 5 times, Baring in mind I had been sat right next to the door and heard no knock, and our house has CCTV. Won't be using this take away again as they completely lied to me claiming to have been once...

The chicken was extremely dry and pizza and garlic bread very soggy not nice and an item of food was missing. When the food eventually arrived 30 mins late the delivery driver had no idea how much our order was to pay and stood at our door until i searched emails on my phone to find out how much I had to pay the driver! not great.

Ordered at 2315 and didnt come at all. I called at 0030 and they said had no ribs left to make my meal so said they tried callig me, i had no miss call, so no im hungry. I have to rate one star but wish i could put 0 stars, iv checked the number its correct. Thanks

The pizzas were undercooked so the bread was soggy - we specifically asked in the comments box that they did not send DONNER meat that came with the meal deal as we are vegetarian, which they still sent, we did not receive the garlic bread that was meant to come - although going off the quality of food it was probably best that less food got wasted! The Pepsi that came was very warm too.

Chicken fillet burger were really nice, but the food weren't bagged, and my can of Vimto were warm.

We had donner and chicken kebabs one missing salad and mayo. chicken tasted strange and had loads of gristle to top things off the cheeky d/driver asked for more money "because it was far to travel" sorry but I already paid for delivery!!! Not a happy customer

The food finally arrived around 1 hour 40 minutes from order, no apologies from the driver. Food quality was average and it seems like they forgot the garlic mayo on the burger. Not a good experience, won't use again.

kebab came on pitta instead of naan and forgot my can, usually food tastes alot better too think i just caught them on an off day unless they've changed the cook in which case il be changing takeaway :)
