Normally food is fine, thus time ordered for my daughter party. Pepperoni pizzas. Day after 3 people were violently sick and had severe stomach cramps

How do I share a tip after the meal has arrived? Ondrej was really good but I couldn't find a way to give a tip on the website after collecting the food.

The person who made my pizza was an artist ! We ordered online and our pizzas and 2 sides were ready in 15 minutes. Friendly staff, pickup was good .

I've completely gone off Dominos now due to the fact they don't like to put toppings on certain slices of your pizza. This has happened a few times now and it's annoying me. I don't appreciate just cheese on at least 4 of my slices when I've ordered a pizza with multiple toppings. Don't pay extra for toppings because guess what you don't even get them because they scrimp on the toppings. We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of the pizzas had hardly any toppings on and the other 2 were great. I will be putting in a complaint because if I would like just a cheese pizza I will buy it! But no I ordered a pizza with multiple toppings and got scraps. Absolute rubbish especially for the price you pay and they give slices with just cheese and the sauce.

Normally I receive good service from this store with it being my local store. But tonight was a completely different service that I received. By the sounds of it their coupon service that they have in place has an out of sight policy! Once you’re out of sight it expires. Their store manager (Anna) was just utterly disrespectful and rude on the phone. She wouldn’t give me their head offices number for me to contact them which I think is outrageous.

Thin and raw dough on one side but lack of topping and burnt on top. Happy to supply photos if needed.

£2 delivery when you're already charging £24 for a pizza, having a laugh!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides for £30 which apparently was a deal! Both pizzas had hardly any meat on, all toppings were in the centre of the pizza nothing on the edges, garlic bread was undercooked and had tomato sauce in the centre? And the wedges were wet and mushy. What a waste we hardly ate any of it. Even the boxes they came in was collapsing in on themselves

We ordered £80 worth of pizzas for a child's party using the dominoes app. We selected collection and then went to the Alsager store to collect the pizzas. The order had gone to sandbach. After speaking to the store manager we were told they could only give us a 50% refund or we could drive to sandbach to collect. This was not our fault and we were penalised. The manager refused to give us her name and hung up. I will be taking this to the regional franchise manager. Disgraceful customer service. Alsager store would not make our pizzas for us as they are a different franchise. They didn't come out of this much better. I will never spend another penny at dominoes!

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I ordered £80+ of pizza based on an Alsager post code. When I went to collect from Alsager, they advised that the order had been sent to Sandbach. I requested delivery or a full refund and was refused both options. I’ve lost £80 and a hour of time. The worst part was the Sandbach Manager refused to give their name and hung up on me! I will never use dominos again. Absolutely awful customer experience.

Always fast delivery and everything you order is always perfect. Really sad they've stopped doing the Nduja pizza though, that was amazing.

I've only ever ordered by app but always had good reliable service from the Sandbach Domino's. Food is good and you can generally get a quick convenient delivery slot. Helped us out when we didn't want to cook or just needed something quick on several occasions.

We ordered tonight and the food was excellent we normally get a delivery but as they are now charging £2 (I assume due to the rise in fuel) we decided to collect. The food was ready when we arrived and was one of the tastiest pizzas we have had in a while much better than local competitors. Thank you.

Ordered delivery from this store via the app still haven’t received what I ordered and the tracking on the app said it had been delivered. I rang the store and they did not help in the slightest I could hear them talking about me whilst I was on the phone and the guy who answered me did not help at all 😑

Paid for a large drink and extra dip and just got a small drink. At least the pizza is hot but the choc orange cookie size is very misleading. Ian the delivery driver was absolutely lovely though! Hence the high 3 stars.

Chicken wings were great everything else was overcooked (burnt) and we manged to get about 5 tiny wedges mixed with some scrap ends . The 5 stars for the chicken less 3 stars for the rest

My wife found a dead woodlouse in the pizza box after we finished it. Prior to that someone had dropped the box on a previous order as the toppings had been pushed to one side when we received it. Never going there again 🤢🤮

I have just been served by a gentleman called Matthew he was a really polite person and very helpful and I was really happy to be served by him his voice was so calm when I was being really fussy about what toppings I wanted so me and my family just want to say well done Matthew keep up the good work

My two boys age 9-11 went in for a pizza each as a treat after been dragged shopping.while waiting for their order my eldest age 11 asked to use the toilet as he’d got caught short and did not know what to do as he’D already ordered his food the pathetic staff member told him toilets were for staff only and refused access for my son . He was then left to urinate in the middle of the takeaway and was left embarrassed and humiliated the staff ought to be ashamed of themselves and My husband will be calling as soon as soon as he gets home from work and we will never frequent the place again in this day and age it’s disgraceful a child has to go through this humiliation

Not impressed! Pizza is great if they bring you the right order! Twice now I have ordered from this place and both times with the same driver I’ve been brought the wrong order! This time I was promised the driver would return with the correct order only to be sat waiting 15minuets to receive a phone call off the manager trying to bargain with me with giving me credit on my next order so the driver didn’t have to come back. I think it’s time they hired drivers that actually read the order before setting off!

You get what you would expect from a place like this. Ordered food from here a few times and it seems ok at the time. Each time though those of us that have eaten from here end up with dodgy stomachs the following day. Food quality isn’t great and certainly isnt worth the price you pay.

Looooove pizza! Always speedy to deliver and it’s perfect every time. Could do with some more offers on but still worth the money.

good pizza my favourite mix is tandoori chicken, ham, pepperoni and beef. Was hot as expected the pizza was slight burned too much but that was understandable seen as it was a Saturday and they were pretty busy

Pretty big let down, pizza was almost cold by the time it got to us, and the store was only around a 3 minute drive away! Worst dominos ever tbf.

Recently visited order and collect two pizzas. Served my a lady when I asked about the buy one get one free offer on small pizzas she gave me the wrong information which meant I was over charged, Manager wasn't interested when I told her just apologised but they need to ensure give customers the correct information. Pizzas are nice but expensive if you don't do an offer.

Has quite a few offers, shame they took the early bird off as quite expensive now, much better to go to Pizza Hut really if you don't mind driving to Crewe

We often enjoy a mid week pizza delivered by Domino's Sandbach. Always great quality and delivered still hot and on time by friendly delivery staff. Keep up the great work guys :-)

Have tried several different Domino's, pizza seemed better made and fresher ingredients; delivery was fast and friendly.

Great online ordering system, prompt delivery and tasty, well prepared pizzas with plenty of toppings. Cant fault the product, but only an occasional treat due to the price - but as in everything you pay for quality!

I don't often get take out but I was really impressed with the ease of online registration and ordering and the tracking sytem was a hit with the kids. Pizza was punctual, hot and tasty

Ordered a pizza for collection. Went to pick it up, and when I was paying noticed I was being charged more than I had been quoted on the phone. Took them a few minutes of checking and discussing it between them before they realised they were charging me incorrectly...

Best Take Away Pizza in the area for those Lazy Days In. Its really fresh with some really great deals and the staff are friendly. And the best thing about it is that they deliver as well.So just stay in and ring them and get it to your door.

Ordered a family meal online. The system is easy to use (once you are registered, it can be a bit of a pain before that) and the tracking system is a good idea.The pizzas taste fantastic, but it's a bit pricey unless you go for the offers.There is a wide range of offers depending if it's 1 to 3 people. Above this, you then have to look a a few options that then gets difficult to agree etc.Delivery is within stated times and still warm.

Ordered on line and was an easy system, the children enjoyed watching the stages.Was delivered in really quick time

There are some great offers on with Domino's if you order more that one pizza so we ordered a couple of large pizza's and a normal Coke. The Pizza's were very nice but one of them had a topping we didn't order (ie wrong one) and they delivered a diet version of coke rather than a normal one.We did enjoy eh meal so we will be re-ordering :)

What you would expect from a chain, quality is always consistent. Price is definitely an issue for most, however it is what it is. They do gluten free pizza's (unlike any other takeaway in the area) which is a massive plus for me. Ordered a takeaway delivered so can't really comment on the staff except the delivery person was nice enough.

I love dominoes pizza! Nothing beats the cheese stuffed crust with the garlic and herb dip! But just way to over priced so don't visit much, shame.

Its dominos so you know what you get. Only guidance I would add is if live or travelling go between Sandbach and Crewe, order from Crewe Nantwich road - the offers there are superior by far .....all the time

Very quick service when using the domino's app on my phone. Able to pay through PayPal which saved having to go out for cash. We had a meal deal which, yes was overpriced but everyone knows places like this or pizza hut etc are stupidly over priced for something that costs pennies but arrived hot and tasted good!

although the pizza tastes good it will be the most expensive you will ever buy. too pricey for us, I'd rather make my own.

Lovely dominoes pizza but it just really has to be the two for Tuesday deal to seriously consider shelling out for £17 a large pizza or 2 if you're doing said deal. The sides/desserts aren't always the best quality in my opinion so usually just stick to the pizza if we're ordering.

The pizzas are always really nice, but I wish the staff would get a new Pizza cutter as it is never cut properly!!! 1st World issue I know but it's so annoying when I have to pick 2 or 3 pieces up at a time.
