Disappointing lasagne, barely any meat just sauce and pasta! Staff are always very friendly and accommodating and the pizza is quite nice. Personally I prefer the wood fired pizzas elsewhere though.

The waitress and shift manager at Wilmslow were both defensive and on the verge of rude when we questioned the quality of our pizza. Surely it is the role of the waiting-on service to be polite and try to help with a customer’s concerns? Sadly we felt unwelcome and that we were the problem !! We have always had good friendly service at other locations but we will not be returning to this branch.

This place is like a canteen. We have to ask for everything three or four times before you get it. I have been too many pizza express establishment. And this one is definitely not my favourite I guess it’s Winslow so they will survive.

Too good to go received two boxes dough balls and just to make up a small cheese. Absolutely disgusted by the woman manager if you can call her that. Dough balls that's it. Beware people these people are shady. Probably saving the best to take home themselves. £4.95 no main mean just dough ball a f kin con.

We were a large school group. Fantastic service from Will and Jamie the manager. Extremely helpful with individual payments. Great food and atmosphere. Would recommend for larger groups. Will book again.

We had not made a booking and we were dealt with very well by Dan who i thought was taking a little while but ws mistaken as Dan ensuring the area under the table was swept etc we were served by Abbas who was excellent very efficient and friendly food was great i also noticed one of the chefs who been to the toilet had removed his appron and hat ( very impressed) his name was Ian overall very very impressed from start to finish

Wouldn't put pineapple on daughters margarita (too snobby) or get her ketchup. What restaurant that caters to families doesn't have ketchup?! Madness. Got home and daughter was sick and my tummy was jippy. Overall I won't be going back again.

Typical Pizza Express - good food and consistent. Service tonight was efficient. Only complaint, which applies virtually all of these franchises and some other similar establishments, the acoustics are poor. Whiny kids and forced lighter resonate and make quiet conversation difficult.

My wife and I visited this branch Sunday 24th and we're confronted by 4 kids around 8 to 10 years of age running riot jumping on seats sliding on the floor even going into the till area and not one member of staff did anything the parents saw me shaking my head at this blatant bad behaviour and shouted did I have a problem which I shouted back yes I did they came to our table and started to abuse us paid the bill and left immediate the staff came over to us we are 80 years of age by the way and told us to leave as they did not tolerate my behaviour complaining about this bunch of idiot's tail wagging the dog here. It didn't stop there once outside we were clapped and jeerard at my wife was even told car coming cross the road now this group were not young they appeard respectable but there attitude was something else. Complained to the CEO and told we would get a reply within 5 days as yet nothing we were not running riot we were not upsetting other customers they were yet we were evicted which is telling us they don't want pensioners in there restaurants only kids with parents after a few wines loose control L

He visitado y revisado este restaurante hace seis semanas y han comido allí (mediados de domingo por la tarde) con el mismo grupo de la familia de siete, incluyendo dos niños. Independientemente de otros usuarios se hayan sentido, nuevamente nos pareció excelente. El servicio fue rápido, muy amable y atento. La comida era todavía de la misma deliciosa de alto nivel, como demuestran los platos vacíos de volver a la cocina. Ah, y yo visitamos los servicios, el objeto de crítica por otros, y ellos (los caballeros encontramos, de todos modos!), muy limpio y bien cuidado. De los varios restaurantes alrededor, Pizza Express seguirá siendo nuestra primera opción.
