Amazing warm and friendly staff , excellent food at a good price . Second visit , from entering to leaving , the whole experience did not disapoint . Food is of a very high standard and very reasonably priced , the establishment is a warm , clean , friendly atmosphere and dog friendly. We were served by the lovely Charley who constantly smiled and looked after all of our needs and requests. Well done team 👏🏼 , see you all again .

Visited on Sunday for a roast dinner as we were breaking up a journey and it did not disappoint. Being part of Vintage Inns, and our local in Ilkley, we knew we'd be in safe hands. Wow, this place has got the roasts down to a tee, the lamb was absolute perfection. I am a roast snob and I never think anyone does it better than me, but these win, hands down. We'll be in whenever in the area.

The area is gorgeous, much too crowded, they don't take the order at the table, you have to get it yourself from the bar, food is ok, reasonable price

My husband and I visited today after a 2 hour drive home from a camping trip in Shrewsbury - the food was well and truly needed and did not disappoint! We were served by a lovely man named Jon, he was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Also had time for a little laugh as he was taking orders/ keeping us topped up with drinks. We had the crispy chicken starter, Sunday lunch and finished off with a mini brownie and a brew Left with very happy and stuffed tummies - Will definitely be back

We visited for dinner on Thursday evening. Our first visit in a few months and we were greeted warmly, again by Alice! Thankfully on this occasion she wasn't serving alone. We were looked after by a wonderful waitress called Heather who couldn't do enough for us. Additional drinks offered with our meals and she was so personable with all the other tables in the area. Our meals were cooked to perfection, the lamb rump was absolutely divine. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff on duty and we will certainly try not to leave it so long next time.

They clearly just microwave food, there are not enough staff so the service is shocking and rushed. Would only visit if you want cafe grade food and service.

Been recommended to go here and it was beautiful, food was delicious, staff were great, we decided to sit outside and you have to collect your own cutlery, I had to go through that basket to find clean cutlery, not little bits of food but big bits, we had starters main and dessert and dessert came out before the main, maybe it was just a bad day there.

The Honey Bee is comfortable, clean, friendly staff, prompt service, good food and a really nice, relaxed atmosphere, the only thing that could be improved on is maybe change up the menu a bit but thats just a small gripe, over all I really like the place.

A lovely pub with excellent food. Happened to drive past today and stopped for lunch as the garden looked so inviting. Ordered 2 pie and mash. Staff very polite and friendly. Landlady particularly welcoming. Sat outside - plenty of clean tables and chairs nicely arranged with parasols. Food was to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a pub! Amazing food, lovely service and lovely people. Couldn’t recommend it more to all. We chose the Camembert for starter, what a beautiful pairing with the honey. We also had the signature burger for main and the chicken, bacon and avocado salad. Both were amazing! We will 100% be back. Prices are good too. Thank you for having us.

Received a very warm welcome yesterday 26th July 2024 from Heather and Becky. They took and served our drinks and food order in the usual warm and friendly manner. Table booked for next Monday and Friday.

Had a very pleasant late Sunday lunch here with friends. The carpark was rammed but our table was reserved, we were served quickly and there was plenty of room to sit comfortably. I asked for pork belly but there was none left so opted for the beef instead. It was a good standard pub roast dinner with plenty of veg. Puddings and coffee afterwards were enjoyable too.

Great! Even better that we can enjoy a meal with our pooch. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere!!!

Lovely beer garden for nice days. Had a sunday roast and it was the best i’ve had in a long time! Staff were lovely! Stayed for a few drinks afterwards in the sun. They are dog friendly and have lots of cute details such as dog treats and crayons for kids. Would highly recommend. Close to the airport inn if you are staying.

Lovely place that allow dogs food brilliant only minor problem you need to keep the outside hut topped up with cutlery as there was none in there when we received food fortunately the food we ordered could be eaten without.

Ok so I’ve only just finished my chicken burger and I’ve actually gone inside to speak to the chefs to tell them how wonderful their burger actually was. I travel a lot and have ate burgers in a lot of so called top notch restaurants. This absolutely knocked it out of the ball park. I was insane. Please please please order it next time you come here. I’m think about coming back again in the next few days just so I can eat it again.

We were a party of nine we had a lovely meal had to wait a long time as there was only Two staff serving meals and drinks which is the norm apparently,we were served by Alison who was wonderful I definitely think the honey bee needs more staff so people aren’t waiting so long I am so glad we had our waitress who kept everything running smoothly under very difficult circumstances thankyou alison

Went to the quiz tonight how good was it? Superb, ate there as well, food was really good and the real ale was lovely, Doom Bar. Damian the quiz master was so jolly and made the night. Staff were good and helpful. Great night. The three Amigos!

Sunday roasts are epic, if you can choose which meat go for the trio, you will not be disappointed

First time coming here and the food was amazing!! I had the lamb and it was cooked perfectly, everything was cooked perfectly and perfect portion sizes. More filling than they look. The puddings were delicious too. The food is definitely worth the price. We wasn’t waiting long either for any kind of service or for our food to come. The pub is absolutely stunning to look at from the outside, it’s stunning on the inside, the staff are so welcoming and polite and the atmosphere was so relaxing and also dog friendly, which is great! Me and my partner really enjoyed it. We definitely will be back and recommending to anyone we know.

Really beautiful pub, driven past it a few times and thought we'd pop in for Sunday lunch. I'm gluten intolerant and Niamh was exceptionally helpful with what I could and couldn't have on the roast dinner. Would highly recommend anyone pop in, plenty of seating in an ambient and cosy environment. We will be back x

Ordered a ribeye and received a tough sirloin steak, couldn’t finish it even though I was starving. Spent nearly £50 for 2 meals wouldn’t recommend the steak.

It’s very expensive for pub grub. The menu isn’t anything special. Tbh I was struggling to find anything on the menu to choose. I mentioned I don’t eat cream then I had to fill in a questionnaire on an iPad. A lot over the top

We have been here several times food and service good apart from our last time on a Sunday when we asked if we could be moved to the front tables instead of being at the back which we find dark and the lady behind the bar muttered to her colleague and gave us a rude stare

The place is beautiful. The setting superb. On the night we visited it started off quiet, but then got very busy. It was apparent to me that they were short staffed, but not once did we feel we were waiting overly long for anything, proving those who were working were efficient and friendly.. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional and despite working so hard, retained a great sense of humour. Although the vegetarian fare was not that extensive, it looked good, was served hot and tasted every bit as good as it appeared. Hats off to the staff.

Nice evening meal. Aubergine bake was good. Sea bass was nice but slightly overcooked. Followed by creme brulee and mango Eton mess. Nice bottle of Malbec. Good service.

1st time visit yesterday after the airport visitor centre, cracking weather to sit outside and enjoy some food. We had 2 burger meals, both big portions and top quality. 2 desserts to finish off, all very nice. Service was pretty quick too. The Honey Bee has a large garden area with lots of lawn space, good for kid's to run around and outdoor seating too.

The food and service once seated at our table was excellent. However when we arrived it was a bit chaotic with the ‘Wait Here To Be Seated’ sign on the bar next to a long queue at the bar. So didn’t actually get picked up by the staff until it was effectively our turn in the queue. Think you need to move the sign or have someone monitor the area better. Otherwise we really enjoyed our Sunday Lunch and thought it was great value, with good sized portion's. Will definitely go back.

Great experience. Dinner was great. Waiters very polite. But in my reservation I asked for a quiet corner. We were given a table in the middle/busy spot. I could see the quiet corners were free & remained free till we left. Not sure if they actually read the reservation requests.

Loverly meal for My birthday today. Food quickly out even tho it was busy. Didn’t feel rushed. Only slight gripe was new potatoes was slightly under cooked but everything else perfect.

Went with my husband for lunch today and I have to say that we both had a three course lunch as the food tasted amazing! Not eaten 3 courses in years but would definitely recommend it! We visit The Honey Bee quite regularly, I find it a lovely place to visit and eat, the food is excellent especially the Fish & Chips, and we like to have the same waitresse, her name is Jacqueline she has a lovely way with her, very friendly and helpful, also ready to have a laugh and she cannot do enough for you.👍

Great food and lovely interiors! The portions of their Sunday roast are massive. Tried their Easter Sunday dessert as well and it was gorgeous! Would love to be back and will try the other food in their menu.

Great spot for something to eat, only 10 mins away from Manchester Airport. We visit regularly because of this. Food very tasty and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Food was amazing nice warm place but i wasn’t happy with service. Waiting for someone to give me an attention to ask if I want anything else?and my food went cold as i needed an another gravy. 20 minutes of cold food with late extra gravy which came after wasn’t happy! And I ordered the dessert I wasn’t happy with the custard! again no one came up to me and asked if I want anything or if am happy I have to get up go to the bar order myself a pot of cream and it was rubish by the time cream came my sticky toffee was gone very cold!! Improve the customer service would be good for such a good place.

Ni problem at all with the pub, the service or the food however be very careful if you scan the Qcode displayed on the table to join their loyalty scheme. I was directed to a scam site that took the £1 subscription that I thought was going to the pub group but in fact it went to something else completely. I didn't realise until I received an email from the scam site it informed me I would be debited £60 the following day. When I told the staff all they could do was give me a number for their customer care team who are investigating but up to now haven't got back to me.
