Birthday present excellent vegetarian Sunday lunch. Food fantastic and great beer selection. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Every Sunday during British Summertime, different charities and local good causes take the Hall, (the Old Village School Building in the triangle of roads) to raise funds and enormous praise for the fabulous homemade cooking! Although the title is ‘Teas’, I find I can put together a nice light lunch of sandwiches and quiche, and then I can’t resist staying on for the Tea!! Great fun, great causes, great prices and absolutely fantastic baking, I recommend you make it a regular event because it’s something special.

Having booked for lunch over the phone well in advance, we arrived on time, to be told there was no sign of a booking made in my name.. i was then 'interrogated' as to when exactly I had made the booking, and with whom.. the two female members of staff were dismissive and made excuses as to why there was no booking. I told them I had asked for e-mail confirmation and was told. 'we're too busy to do that'.. It was my birthday and had arrived with family members, we were all shocked by the 'reception' we were given.. there was no indoor table available.. as it happens, the place looked overcrowded, dark and pokey.. somewhat uninviting.. We had not been to the Bears Paw before, and will not be returning.

Called after seeing the place had changed hands, much cleaner and brighter than the last visit. Great menu choices, the 'Out of Africa@ experience is marvellous, the seafood incredibly fresh and the steaks you cook at your table on a hot stone. We all enjoyed every dish we had and would not hesitate to call again, would definitely recommend the establishment to anyone.

As if the magnificent surroundings and resplendent building are not enough, the quality of home made delights on offer, make this 'up there' with some of the best tea rooms I've visited. Home made bread, quiches, cakes... hot drinks served in China ware - utterly delicious! You are transported back to another era, a taste of the finer things. Enjoy!

A lovely evening had by all, Fantastic Birthday meal with the family. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, we are going back tonight with some friends.

Went to the cottons for breakfast with my family and the service was quality 👌 garth who I think was the manager was very attentive and george went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything. The food was really good and if you have a sweet tooth I would recommend the waffles and bacon 😋. Already planing our next visit.

The Kilton Inn I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. The interior was nicely decorated, with lovely mirrors adding a touch of elegance. The country pub was smart and homely, making it a great place to unwind. Although I only ordered Diet Coke, the lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and bubbly, making my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

What a welcoming and friendly place! The pub is so warm and inviting and beautifully decorated. The landlady Kel and her husband Paul were so friendly and attentive and looked after ourselves and our friends perfectly. We all ordered the Sunday roast which was the largest I have ever seen and so tasty. We were served by Julie who was so friendly and attentive too. I hadn't been to this pub before but I shall certainly be returning to support the great work the staff are doing and would highly recommend anyone to go and enjoy the food and ambiance. Thank you for a lovely afternoon! 5* rating highly deserved! Note....Just remember to put your reg number in at the bar for the free parking!

Had a wonderful meal in the club lounge, George was very professional and polite, I had the lamb which was delicious 🤤, was a bit noisy with all the golf members, but overall had a lovely evening , nothing was too much trouble.

Pretty down to earth golfers bar with bar staples such as fish and chips, etc. Lots of people drinking lager in shorts

We've just got back from a lovely stay here and i must say i was very impressed. The owners were very welcoming and kind and the staff were all lovely. The place was beautiful, it felt like a home away from home. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfy bed and plenty of room and storage. We had some lovely meals in the evening in the pub area which felt very homely. It was a decent price and very tasty. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone, and i certainly hope we will be coming back again! I miss it already, thank you!

La noche que estuvimos allí, no estaba lleno, pero aún así tuvimos que esperar 50 minutos para la entrega de nuestra entrada (no eran platos complicados). Maître es muy buena, pero el resto del personal se necesita un poco de entrenamiento en finura. La comida estaba bien. No te molestes en vestirse como había varias personas en el restaurante en pantalones cortos y camisetas
