Hermosas bandejas grandes, enormes y muy deliciosas, que me encajonaron y me llevé a casa. Hermosa arquitectura y ambiente en esta antigua iglesia. El personal era muy acogedor y amable. Sin duda volveremos a sentarnos y probar el menú de desayuno todo el día.

Best American styled burger I have in the UK. It taste like home.

Arrived for my stay- and the hotel was being used as a refuge centre, so I was unable to stay over. The hotel took my money, and I was stranded in Newcastle trying to find an alternative place to stay for the weekend, with limited budget and hotel availability.

Amazing breakfast. Not cheap but very very nice. Lovely staff, good vibe, nice part of the city. Recommended.

Great for students and typical student food

I was here for a stag weekend, it's a brilliant hotel and beds and rooms are well cleaned, I was suprised to see my clothes folded when the beds were being made, that was a good touch, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the metro (could be longer if your walking sideways with drink down your neck) I'll hopefully be booking here again soon, the dark fruits cider is too easy drank

Top burgers in the Toon You won't find better quality smash burgers in the northeast. The 'BBQ Boss' was delightful. Beautiful crisp but juicy smash patties with great flavours from the sauce and caramelised onions as well as nice crunch from the crispy onions. I do think charging a £1 for pickles is a bit off, especially for 3 slices! They're a must have for me, so I treated myself... I also had 'Tokyo' chicken tenders which were actually great value for the huge portion. They were also delicious. A really generous portion of sweet potato fries too and they also went down a treat. Shout out to the staff. Really polite and efficient. Brack will definitely be my go-to for burgers in Newcastle. Previous visit: Worth the hype! Brack really does do some of the best smash burgers you'll find. I had the 'Ronald Rancour' and enjoyed every single morsel! The patties were delicious and cooked perfectly with a nice crispy char around the edges. The 'Tokyo' chicken tenders were also superb. Beautifully crisp coating and a tasty teriyaki sauce lathered on them. I had the sweet potato fries too and the portion was huge! Everything came piping hot and cooked well. Definitely won't be my last experience of Brack!

Took my flat beer back to the bar, the worker looked at me, poured the beer into a different glass and handed it back to me. It went flat again 20 seconds later. Not coming back.

The costumer service was amazing I had sonny as the guy who took my order and it came to me very fast and he was very nice and friendly. Good pizza and very friendly people working.

Unbelievable pub. James with the hair band delivered an unreal service. I will definitely be back.
