Cafe 1901 in Newcastle upon Tyne

Absolutamente exuberante desayuno! El lugar es peculiar y con carácter. Buen servicio. Una amplia y variada selección de menús. Teníamos huevos, tocino y salchichas. Generosas porciones. Un excelente lado de pudín negro. Delicioso todo el día. Buen café. Y un ambiente relajado y fresco. Estábamos de visita desde Londres y desearíamos tener algo tan bueno cerca en casa. Jesmond rocks.

Ubicación inesperada para un café tan increíble 10 / 10 en la presentación, los precios son muy justos, ambiente espacioso, limpio y el personal es muy agradable. Si quieres un buen desayuno saludable sin duda vale la pena visitar!

He visitado varias veces, todas las cuales la comida ha sido deliciosa! Esta vez disfruté de los buñuelos de maíz con huevos escalfados, que estaba muy bueno. Mi amigo disfrutó del Shakshouka con vino con una gran porción de pan fresco. El gabinete de pasteles siempre está bien lleno de un montón de pasteles impresionantes y bandejas de horneado. Esta vez no nos dieron algo dulce, pero disfrutamos de un indulgente chocolate caliente de galletas. Hay muchos asientos, se permiten perros y solo se puede caminar.

A pocos pasos del metro y sin duda vale la pena. Ambiente bullicioso y bastante ocupado, pero nos sirvieron rápidamente y la comida era deliciosa. Recomendaría la salchicha a tope ya que recibe un montón de salchicha!

Hermosas bandejas grandes, enormes y muy deliciosas, que me encajonaron y me llevé a casa. Hermosa arquitectura y ambiente en esta antigua iglesia. El personal era muy acogedor y amable. Sin duda volveremos a sentarnos y probar el menú de desayuno todo el día.

Great food and vibe. This place is dog friendly which is lovely. There are SO many cakes to choose from here and they all look delicious. We went for breakfast and I was not disappointed. The bacon roll was incredible; genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly although it was not clear that you had to go up and order. The decor is really rustic and industrial which was a nice twist. Recommend coming here

Cafe 1901 is a lovely spot with great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food however doesn't match up to the image. I've eaten here several times and always left dissappointed. Today I thought I’d give it another go. I'm vegan and options are limited so I went for the salad, what could go wrong?. It was absolutely awful. It was tiny, especially for the price but it was also disgusting. Tofu burned with the black bits added in. I have no idea what they were going for but it was a massive fail! The kids like the drinks here so I can't say I'll never go back but I definitely won't be eating there again.

I visited this morning for breakfast with my husband and father-in-law. I had the corn fritters, my husband had the hashbrown breakfast bowl and my father-in-law had scrambled eggs. The plates were all clean other than a couple of slices of toast we couldn’t fit in. The corn fritters were absolutely incredible. I would go back for those tomorrow! Coffee was also good. We also got some cake to take away and they also did not disappoint. 100% intend on going back
