Just had the blue suede cheese burger which was phenomenal, so much flavour and the bun was also amazing !

Great food, friendly staff and great setting.

Tried the mother clucker chicken burger and was not disappointed, all of the food was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. I Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends.

Quite night - maybe I ordered the wrong burger, but they were better when they came out of lockdown than this night - however tasted like a burger

Absolutely excellent service. Had an issue with their card readers for buying some food and they more than made up for it by putting it on the house. The fries were banging too, skin on sweet potato with garlic dip and Cajun sauce. Will certainly be back again.

I got Brack Burger from Uber Eats on Tuesday 10/09/2024. Burgers were too salty, to a point which myself and my partner were not able to eat them. What a waste of money. I will never order from them again.

Worth the hype! Brack really does do some of the best smash burgers you'll find. I had the 'Ronald Rancour' and enjoyed every single morsel! The patties were delicious and cooked perfectly with a nice crispy char around the edges. The 'Tokyo' chicken tenders were also superb. Beautifully crisp coating and a tasty teriyaki sauce lathered on them. I had the sweet potato fries too and the portion was huge! Everything came piping hot and cooked well. Definitely won't be my last experience of Brack!

The food has so much potential to be great but it’s so salty I can’t physically eat any of it. Ordered twice now as I thought I’d give it a second chance but I’ve never had anything as salty as this before. Every item is inedible. The salt and pepper chicken wings actually hurt your mouth with the amount of salt on them.

This location is spot on right main strip on jesmound road if you going past i swear pop in a burger cause the food is diffent level best burgers yet by a mile on the main strip

Lovely burgers, friendly staff and great atmosphere, sums this place up great.

Please do not order from here! The past 3/4 times it's taken genuinely two hours to arrive and has been stale and cold. But most importantly it is SO salty it's actually inedible, I've never experienced food as salty as this it's insane. I don't know what has happened as this place used to be amazing but it's awful now. Please save your money and time and go elsewhere - truly vile!

Used to be bless, last few times it's taken time & stupid salt levels in the scran. My last order I couldn't even eat the burger it was so salty. Proper gone down hill, right waste of money!

Accepted our order on UberEats at 8:40. Never bothered getting in touch, closed the restaurant at 9:30 and didn't let us know. Thanks for the good service.

Possibly the best chicken burger I have ever had, absolutely stunning! I don’t think the caramel brownie was worth £6 but still tasty nonetheless, will definitely be returning

Fine fine burgers, no wonder they're winning awards!! Often order via Uber Eats but eating at the restaurant is far better. Fresh, tasty burgers, proper skin on seasoned fries and the hot cheese sauce is MEGA! We'll be trying all the other Brack Burger venues and 10/10 to the Brack brothers and the team, superb scran!

I hate this place simply as it is bad for my diet I am trying to be on. Hands down the best take out burger and chips I've had. Really really good. I never leace reviews but thought this burger was too good not to share.

Veela the man we spoke to on the phone gave us possibly the worst customer service I have ever received! We will not be ordering from here ever again and suggest if you don't want spoken to like this, don't order either! What a Rude little man !!

My willy was touched when I went in the bathroom by some gremlin called Jack Glen. I reported this to staff and they refused to help me. I feel disgusted with myself and I am now taking therapy.

Foods OK place is a bit run down

Used to love this place but seems to have gone right down hill compared to the other brack burger restaurants the portions are pathetic for the price and I’m not sure what you’ve took out of the sauce but it tastes like milk rather than sauce now whatever you’ve changed you should change back because it’s not even enjoyable anymore and the prices have gone up? It’s a shame because as I say never used to be able to fault the place used to be my go to place everytime

Good food as always but the place is so loud, rowdy and the tables are filthy. Probably wouldn't return to this one ever again which is frustrating as it seems to be the main place that has the specials !

Brilliant smashed patty burger easy to eat not messy. Brilliant loaded fries second to none. Buffalo wings could have been a little spicier but still tasty. Can't wait to have it again.

Travelled 20 miles today to see what all the fuss was about We'd seen all the videos of fantastic food so we wanted to try it for ourselves But 😪🤷 To our dismay the food wasn't being served today as I think only 1 lady was there & Outside was grubby with tab butt's everywhere Not a nice look or feel to the place 🤷 But maybe cleaning staff & chefs were all planned a day off today 🤷🤷 Now bringing mind we don't know the area We asked the 1 lady that was there "where else around here is there somewhere open to eat @" We were actually told there's knowhere You'd have to go to the "quayside" Defo NOT a helping soul was she !!! When next door as we found out was "Rio Steakhouse" Which was a total contrast to Brack Burger !!! So "Happy. Friendly. Open. Clean. Great Decor." On this 1st visit to both premises there's only 1 we will return too though Sorry Brack Best Wishes for future improvements

I have never used this place before for take away OMG- amazing I only placed a small order- it was hot despite being miles away TASTE? I’m currently in “heaven” Amazing taste and quality Even in a box- it looked amazing! Will definitely be placing a bigger order next time The wings and churros are to “die for” Thank you so very much xxx

I added an extra patty and jalapenos to the Ruben and my God, it was without doubt the best burger I've ever eaten. The kids ordered BBQ Boss burgers and the wife a Ronald's Rancour, everyone agreed, the food was exceptional. If you love burgers this is the place for you. Deliverywise, the food arrived ahead of the predicted time, was piping hot and beautifully presented in recyclable cardboard boxes that opened out into makeshift plates.

Promise time was 15 minutes as it wasn’t busy when we ordered. We waited an hour until, so I went up and asked where the food was and found out it were just sat there, not even been ran. Was cold too but had to eat it as we didn’t want to wait another hour.

When I heard Brack Burger was opening in Tynemouth I knew I had to pay a visit. I went for the Peanut Butter & Jelly burger. Mannnnnnn - 2 smashed, juicy patties, fries were fresh as and the halloumi fries were to die for! Located in the Surf Cafe Co, I ate outside with views of the beach and out to sea. Can't wait to go back!

Burgers are delicious & well priced. Fries are good portion and a nice spicy seasoning. Only criticism is this is second time I’ve ordered & there has been some food missing which is slightly annoying!

Came to get ‘the OG’ burger, ‘Diablo’ loaded chicken strips and ‘Louisiana’ chicken strips. Honestly the best burger I’ve tasted in Newcastle and the chicken was to die for. Will definitely be visiting more regularly!!

Myself and my family were visiting Newcastle. We were recommended Brack Burger for a meal and it did not disappoint. We had a fantastic meal. Great food, something for everyone and the service was wonderful. Our waitress was extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely the best burgers in Newcastle and we would recommend this place to anyone.

Burger felt to bits, tables were messy as oot people who worked here are clueless, halloumi fries were the size of a kitkat chunky, place stinks of old cooking oil so wouldn’t go before you go out, wish I just went to McDonald’s now

The Ouseburn venue will be a trendy spot in the summer. You have to upgrade by 50p for fries on the app. If you overlook this you could just be paying £9.50 for a standalone burger instead of £10 for a burger and fries - seems odd? The chicken burgers are top notch and worth going back for. The beef burgers aren’t at that level. IMO over smashed so that they lose any meat texture or flavour (like Kenji Lopez’s). The luchador fries were phenomenal and the normal fries were a bit like five guys.

worst customer service I have ever experienced In my life was served by a young girl with short hair who was extremely aggressive and rude as well as swearing in the workplace, not a good environment.

Popped in for food today after work as it’s a Sunday, food shops are closed and didn’t have any food in the house. Heard really good things about the food at Brack Burger and I was really excited to try it. I went with my housemate, the table we had was reserved for 18:45 and we arrived and ordered at 17:45 and my food order was accepted at 17:56. My food arrived at around 18:25, and I can’t fault the food it was lovely. But my housemates food did not arrive. I polished off my burger, fries and side and hers still hadn’t arrived. She went to the counter and waited 5-10 mins where she was not addressed by staff that weren’t busy. A woman with short hair was openly swearing in the workplace and had a very poor attitude; this was also noticed by other customers in the queue. Eventually, she spoke to my housemate at the counter and said “there’s a 45 minute wait on food.” My housemate then came back to the table where the server explained that the tables had been moved around by bar staff which is why my housemate hadn’t received her food. She offered 2 20% off vouchers as a way of apology and understood why we were annoyed. My housemate nicely explained that she would not be returning and asked if there was anything else she could do as a way of apology. She offered a refund, and after it was processed she aggressively slammed the receipt on the table and stormed off. This made us feel rather uncomfortable. Her food still did not arrive and we were told to leave because the table was reserved at 6:45. My housemate left still hungry and very annoyed about the situation. Lovely food, awful service. I work in customer service, and if I behaved the same way as the lady did who dealt with the situation, I’d have received a disciplinary or the sack.

Honestly the best burgers in Newcastle. Beats all the best burger places in NCL: meat:stack, five guys, fat hippo in terms of flavour, texture and bang for your buck.
