Pizza Globe in Newcastle upon Tyne

The costumer service was amazing I had sonny as the guy who took my order and it came to me very fast and he was very nice and friendly. Good pizza and very friendly people working.

Ordered delivery pizza was okay but kind of bland and I got the salt and pepper wings which had wayyy to much msg on them its all I could taste would recommend the pizza not the wings

Not local but was in the area and looked on google for a decent pizza shop, this place looked the best. We were not disappointed! The loaded fries, the wings, THE PIZZA. Wow. Wish we had a place like this in Carlisle. 10/10 👌🏻

Stunning especially the Globe Sticks (much bigger than I anticipated!) Pizza was really nice. I wanted to like the seasoned fries with mozzarella as an avid cheesy chip fan, but the seasoning just wasn’t for me. Could tell they were top quality though so no marks knocked off for my personal flavour pref.

Cancelled Uber Eats order placed 3 hours in advance 30 minutes before requested delivery time with no explanation or notification.

Fallen off completely, used to be best pizza in newcastle and now they cant even cook a pizza long enough. Well marketed, but way off the mark.

Beef wasn’t very appealing as it made the pizza sogy and not very enjoyable spicy beef I believed would have been minced not stringy and over powering.

Used to be lovely, now the pizza is all cheese, no sauce so my gf couldn't eat it. I can't eat cheese at all, ordered 18 wings and got sent a cheese pasta. They don't answer phone when you call. 35quid and neither of us could eat, utter rubbish. You will very quickly lose customers

Order placed and accepted at 1900 left house to collect order at 2000 and received a text on route to say order had been cancelled by the restaurant. Total waste of our evening. Will not be back.

Received a cold and burnt pizza.

Collected the Sicily pizza and 12 wings, flavours were great but chicken was still cold in the middle and pizza base was black. Previously we had also ordered the salt and pepper wings which were just doused in salt to the point it would give you burns if you ate it so avoid the wings potentially.

Ordered 5 items from this place and only 1 thing showed up via Uber eats. I rang to complain and their response was "we're busy, these things happen" 😂😂

Everything is spot on but for me the pizzas had a bit too much on. Bit heavy on the stomach but still tasted lovely. Staff, service, speed, prices, everything is spot on but I cant get over how heavy the pizzas were. Try it for yourselves. I do recommend.

The pizza’s are incredible… genuinely. The menu is regularly changing, which is frustrating when you find one you love, but there’s always another gem in the new selection. Customer service…. It’s really up there! I ordered via the website a couple of months ago, and the delivery company used (Stuart) let the shop down. I had an early flight to catch and it was getting late, so I had to cancel the order. Upon my next visit the pizzas were free of charge. Give this place a go, you won’t be disappointed!!

Ordered via Uber Eats and my order was accepted, I was kept waiting 40 minutes and then they cancelled my order without explanation. Why even accept the order in the first place with no intention of fulfilling it. I posted this on their Facebook page and they deleted my comment 🙃 It's a real shame as the food looked absolutely unreal and we were so excited to try it but this experience and the lack of service has put me right off. Can delete my comment but not offer an explanation or an apology?

Pizza was burned i thought its just a small piec but it was all black from bottom On inquiry the guy said he did not make it May be an intern Offered me a drink as apology

Their habanero honey is insane. Pizza is amazing - especially if you’re a fan of a hearty, thick and slightly charred crust. Pizza is very filling - I barely finished it, while normally I almost always need more. Big plus when ordering from ubereats is the option to add notes - really makes a difference!

The pizza was decent - like an upmarket Pizza Hut. Wings were a bit sad.

Delicious napoletana style pizza. Best around. Only problem is with parking as there are double lines around. The shop itself it's small just for few people to fit in and I kinda like it. They also do delivery via Uber.

Really disappointed after reading other reviews. Ordered the Austin, which arrived quickly but was lukewarm and with the stingiest toppings I've ever seen (4 slices of pepperoni and a few bits of cubed chicken on a 12 inch pizza). The small amount of mozzarella was paper thin and had hardened into a rubbery layer that detached from each slice at the first bite. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Very poor value for money - paid £15 all in for a single pizza even with 20% uber eats discount Edit: just noticed the 3 star food hygiene rating too. Definitely won't be back.

Unreal! So many incredible sounding pizzas it’s really hard to decide which ones to order. We got the Acropolis special and the Tokyo and we were not disappointed! Added some truffle Parmesan waffle fries for good measure and we were two very happy, greedy, full people. Got a bonus free slice of Globe Pie and holy moly that stuff is amazing - if you have a sweet tooth definitely treat yourself. You need to try this place, this is your sign.

I’m sorry to say this is possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We threw half away. The guy in the place was great but his nose was dripping!! The floor was filthy and the ingredients were like dog food. Sorry!!!

Placed an order via uber eats. Attempted to cancel said within a minute or so of placing it... no option online and attempted 10x times to call Pizza Globe directly. Phone rang but was declined. Naff service.

Always shuts before actual close time. Doesn’t tell you your order is cancelled for 40 minutes and then tells you. No answer ever on the phone. Avoid this trash customer service.
